Went to Siena, looked at many hotels, was influenced by the reviews, and finally booked a two-day stay. It turned out not to be a particularly good decision. This hotel is fantastic. A beautiful farmhouse with a view of Siena. Really nice staff that take the time to recommend great restaurants and sites. It's a 10 min walk to Siena and there is also a bus stop that will take you to the main square (20 min walk) which we really appreciated in the heat. Lovely place. We would stay again!

My mother and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. Leonardo was so accommodating and gracious. The views were incredible. Resonable rate and a short convenient bus ride or walk into the medieval town of Siena.

Best described as a value for money. Nice villa in close proximity to Siena. Not very warm welcome but at the end the approach was fine. Breakfast room quite tiny and cramped. Bus takes you to up to the city in 5 minutes. Back you can walk in circa 20 or 30 minutes. If you came by car and want to save some money, this is ideal place to stay.

I highly recommend this place. I got a private room for a fair price. Siena is breathing but you wanna step away from the city to experience the countryside too. There are a few buses, definitely enough to get in and out somewhat comfortably. Careful though, I believe there are no more buses after 8 or 10 or so, so you wanna double check.

We had an excellent stay at Fonte Dei Tufi . The staff were so nice. Breakfast was a real highlight. Excellent location, spacious room and a large parking car. The hotel has a beautiful landscape, surrounded by greenery. The main feature was the attitude of the staff. Very helpful, very customer focused. Top class.

A beautiful place, great to visit siena. The building in the climate of a Tuscan villa allows you to feel the spirit of Tuscany. Lovely garden where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. A great restaurant serving local dishes.

It’s close from the historic center. But the bedrooms are super little, the mattresses are very old, the WiFi is bad. And during the mornings everything it’s super noisy. The breakfast is good and the views from the hotel are amazing.

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was large and the bathroom seemed to be updated recently. The views are amazing and there is free parking if you have a car. The rooms are a bit loud and the WiFi was spotty but overall great for the price.

Lovely hotel just outside the city centre (approx 15-20 min walk) with free parking and amazing views of the Siena countryside. Rooms are good for the price, we paid around €60 for a superior double including breakfast. Easy access to the hotel from the autostrada and being able to park the car whilst we walked into town was a boon as like most cities in Italy you have to be careful of the Zona Traffico...

We stayed at the Hotel Piccolo Chianti for 2 nights with friends (we were a group of 25 people). The staff was kind, welcoming and always ready to satisfy our needs. The rooms were tidy and clean. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable (it is rare to find them like this). The breakfast was excellent, plentiful with fantastic cakes and fresh fruit. The dinner was also delicious! Unique experience staying in an actual castle. There were separte dining rooms beautfully arranged. Great views of Siena from the top tower and the most intersting luggage elevator we've ever seen. Freindly host. Comfy beds. Highly recommend for a unique experience.

Memories!!! We stayed July of 2021 thinking of all the places I have been this by far is my favorite. Old world charm, the castle, the owner, the breakfast with a amazing view that we will never forget. Our daughter stayed here in May 2022 she also loved it. We will be back next year.

Amazing place to stay. A real castle, but intimate. You can talk to the host, Nicola, who grew up in this castle and still lives here. My kids loved exploring one of the towers and the grounds. The breakfast was typical Italian- the pastries were warm and fresh. We loved it here.

Friendly, well kept hotel. Not really walkable to the old town and restaurants but there's sufficient free parking around the walled city if you look hard enough. Room was spacious and in good condition. However there where no curtains that stopped the daylight from coming in to the room at 5.30 am. This + the very trafficked road outside prevented us from a good nights sleep. Bring a sleeping mask! Otherwise good value

It's a bit of a hike up to Sienna but the walk is worth it, you avoid a lot of the tourist crowds coming from this direction. There are some steep hills to the top of the town, so be warned but I would stay here again. Relatively simple check in and out, no complaints.

If you are tired then yes there is bed and shower, but room had no Window and parking is somewhere where You can find the place. Pics and info aren"t accurate. Room is underground, so how you say that there is a window. Better to be honest than make up. Post a pic of this room and prove that there is street level view.

Really nice place, comfy, warm and clean. Because of my dog, i had to take a private room, which is normal! But for the price, the shower works really well (i dont remember seeing one in italy for a long time!), the breakfast is just ..amazing!! A lot of choices and fresh stuff. A very quaint hotel that used to house the nuns dedicated to Saint Catherine of Siena. Comfortable, cozy, warm and friendly staff and located ideally for exploring the Sanctuary of Saint Catherine of Siena and the Dominican church that holds her relics.

The view of the Duomo from our room was spectacular! Room was small but perfect with a super comfortable bed. It is a fabulous location.

Amazing location for a tourist to stay in the middle of Siena's center. The room is quite good, but it was missing some basic stuff like: slippers, shampoo + shower gel + small fridge for water and drinks.
