Such a beautiful place. Like stepping into Sienese history. Amazing breakfasts on the balcony overlooking S Giuseppe and the hills beyond. Caterina provided dairy free alternatives and a kettle so we could make tea any time. Everyone was really helpful. The original Etruscan house has was added to in the 15 and 17 centuries. Wander around to find the old kitchen, patterned marble floors, painted ceilings...

Special hotel in an antic house! The stuff is fabules. I can recommand this place.

Absolutely loved the place. Comfy beds, I slept like a baby. The room we stayed in has a terrace which is connected to the main garden of the property. It's a very quiet place and it's not the average Bed&Breakfast you're used to. 100% would recommend.

This place could be so much better! It's a lovely little hotel but you enter from the lowest level and unless you are on the top floor you will miss what this place could be. There is a small tarace garden with a well that you may also miss is you don't smoke! The bathroom plumbing and ventilation could be improved and tea and coffee making facilities are lacking in the rooms. But it is close enough...

Great location in Siena. It's a fantastic historical building -- frescoes on the ceilings, a big ballroom at the top, wonderful outdoor space with views of the tower on the center square. I'd stay here again.

Was a nice B&B but the room was a little crowded, also the shower was tiny. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be better.

20 meters from Il Campo square. Quiet, clean, large and comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi. Ideal for spending the night in Siena. It does not have a reception, but all our doubts have been resolved by WhatsApp.

Very close to the Piazza del Campo, and a cool room despite the lack of air conditioning.... I will definitely keep it in mind for a new future visit to Siena

Room, facilities and location was perfect. Everything was very clean and pretty decorated. We felt like thrown back to medieval times :) unfortunately the noise from the street was pretty annoying. Were used to live in the city center but here the echo intensified the noise so that we kept waking up every hour or so...

This hotel is in the middle of the historic center of Siena. It's within walking distance of everything that you might want to visit. The staff was very friendly and professional. They kept a good line of communication with us at all times and were available for questions and suggestions. Highly recommend this place.

cool ancient rooms in the centre of Siena. good service and clean. only bad thing was the shared bathroom but this was part of the experience of staying in a super ancient and classic apartment. you really feel in the 15th century in the room

The room was very comfortable, and the location was within a 15min walk (uphill to the walled town and downhill back) that wasn't too challenging if you enjoy reasonable mobility. Breakfast was not available at the dwelling, that does allow more time in the town, and lot's of choice there. A little bus makes the journey every 15mins, tickets at the tobacconist near the stop. Nice BnB place before Siena. Very friendly and helpful host who explained the entire Tuscany Area. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and well equippee (fridge included!). Unfortunately, no breakfast due to local COVID restrictions. However, for sure it should be possible in some way to offer it - but that is up to the owner. The way up to Siena can be done by walking (20min), bus (no. 54) or by car...

We stayed a few days here in October. Beautiful place walking distance from Old Town Siena, but with a feeling of the countryside. Rooms were bright, immaculate, and nicely updated. Gianni, our host, was great, helping us with where to go, how to get there etc. and just as friendly and personable as could be. Would stay there again in a minute.

We stayed at Il Pero for a night traveling through Siena. The owner Gianni is an attentive host, friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat. Very nice and well-kept location.Siena is about 6 km away You can walk but count on some hilly terrain. With a bicycle it is only doable for well-trained MTB or cyclists or an electric bicycle. Really nice quiet nice pool and everything for breakfast is taken care of.

Beautiful boutique hotel outside of Siena city. We stayed in the deluxe room and it was perfect. There is no shuttle but a bus stops right outside the hotel- we found this wasn’t very dependable and relied on taxis at times (€14 each way) While the hotel is close to the city, it’s not walkable, so take that into consideration. From the garden to the room, everything was wonderful. Above all, it was my first time in Siena, so it was difficult to find a taxi. I'm so grateful to the managers who made sure I had a comfortable stay no matter where I was. The coffee, bread, and fruit for breakfast were all delicious. Lovely traditional hotel, great pool and good food. I’ve had better breakfasts, but more than adequate to get you started in a morning.

It feels like going home. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. Clément is very warm, friendly and warm. The room is very clean and comfortable. I will stay here for a week next time!

The location was not convenient to the center of the town. The breakfast buffet was limited and we had to be there at an assigned time.

Great location, quiet neighbourhood 15 minutes walk from the center of the old town. Room was nice size, well appointed, nice bathroom. Breakfast was typical Italian Fair. Only complaint is that the room was dusty in area that is not usually used.

In walking distance to the Piazza: about 8 minutes. We loved the location, the roof top, the patio for which we had our breakfast each morning and the service was excellent!

Located on. hilltop west of the old city. Rooftop lounge provides Awesome view, especially at dunset. Historic villa tastefully converted to small hotel. near a bus stop. Only a 15 minute walk to the old city and attractions.

Quaint spot in Siena Room was lovely, very clean & spacious. Breakfast was tasty and had many healthy options. Staff were helpful and friendly. I’d definitely stay again. Everything was walking distance as well.

5o stairs up to the door. No elevator. Not good for seniors.

Lovely little spot for a short stay Stayed one night on my solo trip. Could check in early as my room was ready and leave bags after check out. Super friendly host. Very clear directions on arrival. A few flights of stairs to navigate and maybe a bit of TLC needed but a nice little b&b. I’d stay again.

This could have been a disaster. The day started in the bustling European ex-pat town of L'Alfas del Pi with a ride to the Alicante airport, where the Swissair flight to Zurich with our connection to Bologna was an hour late, making us grateful that we only had light carry-on for the now-10-minute connection. Flight to Bologna was a couple minutes early, but the Marconi express was down for the weekend...

What a wonderful and convenient property. They couldn't be more accommodating also. Located inside the city walls and within walking distance to everything. Siena is a must see, and this is the place to stay !!

Parking is free. You can walk or drive to the city. The price is quite advantageous.

Very simple accommodation, new concept between apartment and hotel with kitchen and living room, clean and convenient. There’s not a 24 hrs of reception service and you can reach every 10 minutes from 7 am to 8 pm the close center of Siena with a public bus.

The manager Gianna helped me with full service. With a film crew we needed 10 rooms and parking for 4 cars. Everything was taken care of. Also some extra help with local questions. Rooms where clean and nice. Could use an upgrade but it didn't effect my stay. I would recommend this place to a traveling family/group. Easy acces to the road.

At first we're kind of doubtful about the quality of the hotel, but then it's turns out pleasant. The staff was kind and helpful. I think the price was okay and reasonable among Siena's hotel. It takes 20 minutes on foot or by bus to get to the city center of Siena and 10 minutes by car to the free parking lots near city center. The breakfast was great a bit American breakfast a bit Italy. Beautiful complex with a great view of the town. 30 min walk into the city. Fresh herbs all over the property made a excellent mint tea every morning. Giant chess in the yard with a beautiful pool.

Great place for families and friends

Amazing place to relax, the pool is quite nice and the staff is very helpful! In the day you have the opportunity to tan by the pool or take a stroll down into Siena city, and by night you can sit outside enjoyin a glass of wine whilst looking over the city. All in all a fine location to have your vacation!

Our family stayed here in 3 separate apartments a few years ago. The location is ideal, the staff accommodating, the apartments and environs lovely. We've recommended it repeatedly to acquaintances who plan to travel to Italy.

I had the room with the private terrace, which was glorious. Room was so clean and the mattress and pillow the most comfortable ever.

We really enjoyed staying here! The room was clean and comfortable and Diffuso was excellent at making recommendations when we asked. There was some noise outside in the evenings but it did not go late. Although we did not use it, there was a kitchen available. The name “B&B” was a little misleading as we thought there was breakfast but you do have the option to make your own

The room is clean and the rooms all are located at different points I guess. The address mentioned on the app is the reception office.

I was a little confused because the structure was such that I couldn't check in/out at all after a certain time, but they kindly welcomed me in a situation that could have been a nuisance. It was a really good accommodation that faithfully performed the function of a B&B.

Very clean rooms, super friendly welcome and lots of tips for the city. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of homemade cakes as well as cheese, salami, ham and fruits. They also supported us with parking the car in their garage. The apartment is located in the city center, everything in walking distance. Excellent value in this small bed-and-breakfast in the heart of old Siena (on the boundary of the Tower and Unicorn contrade). Morgana, the owner, provides a delicious light breakfast and helpful advice. The modern facilities and rooms are a surprise; the building must be centuries old!
