The staff here are fantastic, so welcoming and helpful, nothing was a problem. The rooms are lovely, my only downside was the beds were a little hard. As for location, it’s 30 seconds off the bus route and have ample parking if required. Would definitely return.

Great and affordable family hotel near Sirmione (walking distance to the old city). Cross the street and you are at the lakeside. The rooms are nice and clean. The pool on the rooftop (with lakeview) is a nice plus. Last but not least: the staff are very friendly! (And one of our kids really liked the hotel's dog Athena too...)

The hotel was spotless rooms cleaned and mopped every morning, breakfast was delicious and kitchen staff kept on topping up what was needed. Very friendly and helpful staff and great value for money. Free WiFi and had a lovely roof top pool

Good location, pool on the roof. Fantastic pizza place around the corner.

Family room spacious and modern. Breakfast is excellent. Bike to reach the center, even for children! Perfect!

Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The hotel is not big, but it is a plus, because you can relax. No crowding, quietly. In the garden mini-area for children and a rooftop pool with beautiful views of the lake. The hotel is very clean. The rooms cleaning daily. Delicious śniadanka - each something for itself will find. Directly at the hotel there is no restaurant, but the restaurant available in the hotel next door. On the other hand, a large market. From the hotel close to the promenade V. lake. However, to the centre of Sirmione is better to go by car. A big plus for the free Parking on site.

We found the hotel by chance traveling by Lake Garda and it was the nicest surprise ever.
The staff is extremly friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and decorated with care. Bathroom big enough, well equipped.
It is *** hotel but would deserve 4* for sure.
Bike service, swimming pool, perfect breakfast.

Good room, amazing roof top pool with a view. Accessible to all places in Sirmione. Rent bicycles for free. Good breakfast and WiFi both included in the rate. Adequate parking for cars.
