This place has my heart! We rebooted three times due to Covid and were welcomed with open arms on the fourth. You could not have nicer people help you. The hotel and pool area is immaculate

We have been coming here for over 20 years and this is the finest hotel in Sirmione for location, amenities and impeccable service. We would recommend it without qualifications

I wait years to come here, read a book, and drink a spritz by Lake Garda, and dine with their fantastic food, great wine selection, and service not seen in many places

It is complicated to arrive with a car, as you have to drive through the center of old Sirmione. But the cars were parked by the staff for us. Also at arrival our baggage was brought to the room for us

Incredible hotel with amazing in and outdoors, beautiful view and location on the garda lake, with private pier for swimming. Impeccable service and delicious food. Worth the price for such an outstanding experience.

The location itself is titled as a Palace, and they are absolutely correct. The hotel is majestic, fit for Royalty! It also has some of the most beautiful views of Lake Garda and the grounds are breathtaking

The Hotel send us wine, and in general all the facilities are amazing everything is high quality the staff is lovely We will definitely come back again and soon ! Highly recommended

Wonderful place to stay - the hotel is immaculate, well located between Sirmione and Peschiera del Garda, and the staff were amazing. The hotel has a pool, a great restaurant, and offer the possibility to rent bikes

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Dogana. It is a nice little hotel with a good pool area. The arrival via bus was really easy, because the bus station is directly at the hotel

So you can decide where to swim, the lake or stay with their lukewarm pool

All of them speaks english very well. Rooms are really clean and kept clean everyday. Room rates are reasonable with respect to their amenities and services. The Garda lake is very near the hotel

A very nice hotel with a historic character but fully updated towards the latest standards, the staff was very friendly and the pool was very relaxed, we will definitly come back when we visit the garda lake

Dinner at the hotel was somewhat average. For example, fresh scampi were served with a bitter accompaniment that overpowered their natural flavor, though the pasta with pesto was delicious

The bar staff were also very chatty and the waiting staff in the restaurant were very attentive and polite! We will definitely be returning to the hotel as there is so much to do in the area its impossible to do it all in one trip! Thanks to everyone at the Grand Hotel Terme for making our honeymoon so special!

When approaching the hotel, you’ll encounter a barrier about 100 meters away. Access to the hotel grounds is restricted

You need to enter through the middle gate, press the call button, and inform them that you’re heading to the hotel. You’ll receive a ticket, which should be handed to the reception upon check-in

Room was clean but definitely needed renovation, mold on walls in hall and in the shower, when spa is open you can smell typical odors from water all over the hotel so it is not nice. Staff is very friendly and kind

Other 4 star hotels l've stayed at in ltaly provide free bottles of water, tea and coffee, nuts, fruit, chocolate this hotel - absolutely nothing The hairdryer took ages to dry my hair as its power was so weak

Very nice hotel. Great customer service, very good food and breakfast. Three coffe machine, so no need to wait for coffe :) Quiet and clean swiminng pool, but on beginning of May water a bit too cold.

Nice hotel located quite close to the «new» town of Sirmione. Positive experiences: The hotel offers a big swimming pool with plenty of sun beds avaliable. There is a bar/restaurant avaliable in the hotel/pool area

And the hotel thermal pool is wonderful; the outside bathing in winter when you can look at the snow caps on Dolomites was a great experience for us. We were very satisfied and absolutely recommend this hotel

I give the full rating although not everything is perfect. The "cheaper" rooms are really small as well as their beds; the breakfasts could provide some more choice; wifi is available only in the reception area

But, you get a huge value for every penny spent here. The hotel stuff is very professional and helpful, parking on site is included, the location is a few steps to the historic center of Sirmione

Friendly staff, nice modern rooms, clean everywhere, little pool on the roof, fridge in the rooms with AC, great variety of breakfast foods and TV if you can understand Italian

The bus stop is so close and there are lots of great restaurants and shops near too. It isn't too far to walk up to the castle area and also the busses make it easy to see other towns too

The staff were always pleasant, friendly and helpful. The pool area has a fabulous view of the lake and it was spotlessly clean with plenty of sun loungers We had lunch by the pool on two days which was enjoyable

We really enjoyed our week in Blu Lake Sirmione Hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our bathroom was spacious and modern. Breakfast offered plenty of options, including gluten free

Lovely and quiet but 5 mins walk from busy centre. Old fashioned style (in a good way), nice lounge area and outside eating areas. Pier onto lake very busy with only space to sit/lie for a few people, but nice idea

I loved staying at Hotel Serenella! The location is perfect, very near the city center, but on a quieter area. It is a very cozy hotel, with great amenieties! The staff was very welcoming and prepared to help us

I spent 4 days in this hotel in the month of October. The thermal baths of Sirmione are really 2 steps! The village is very nice and the location of the hotel allows you to enjoy the beauties of this place

Can't fault the service and facilities within the hotel are great. Love the easy access to the lake to totally relax and be so close to nature. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area

Of all the places we stayed during this trip to Italy, this was the best staff! Our room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast the best! A spritz with the view priceless. One note, no need to drive through the castle

Start to finish an excellent experience. The hotel is a little challenging to arrive at if you are coming by car, but the staff was friendly, helpful, and were able to help us navigate the process with ease

Great and affordable family hotel near Sirmione (walking distance to the old city). Cross the street and you are at the lakeside. The pool on the rooftop (with lakeview) is a nice plus

I was there with family in May 2018. Very close to it are grocery shops, restaurants, gelaterie, coffee bars, and also Gardaland is not far away from it, cca 15-20mins of driving by car

and,especially dear to me, free,good espresso coffees. Rooms are not big,but they are tidy and not noisy at night. In each case, very good value for the money you pay

Just finished a two day stay at the hotel, I really enjoyed are stay and found the hotel very nice, clean and modern. The spa is excellent and both me and my boyfriend had very nice spa treatments

I found information available easily around the hotel and all staff very nice, I think maybe the hotel misses something in the service element, it’s perhaps trying to operate in the luxury hotel market without fully providing the service to match, I picked this up from small details and the food definitely needs some work considering the old town is about a 10 minute walk I would like the food at lunch...

Variety of pools, cold ones and a thermal hot one, Huge jacuzzi, multiple saunas. There's an answer to whatever mood or desire the guest has his heart set on. The long deck right into the lake is just terrific

I think the facilities make up for a lot of this hotel and it’s experience. The spa, outdoor pool and ocean front really give the feeling of relaxing and luxury

While others that stayed in the historic area had to trek to the beach, we were able to hop down, and back up to cool off in the pool

The pool was closed, but never mind, the beach below the hotel was great for a paddle (large rocks but flat and lovely, although steps down to it so be aware)

Fantastic hotel perfect location right at Jamaica beach, wonderful staff, very reasonable prices on food and wine, restaurant does the nicest Caesar salad in the world, will definitely be back, there is also a little tram that takes you down to Sirmione center for a euro, brilliant place to visit

No frills hotel but perfect location with a pool and private access to the beach. The rooms were clean, the front desk service helpful and accommodating, and lunch and dinner at the hotel were quite good

Sirmione old town gets busy with the tourists off the boat, and there's nothing better than walking away from it all after a long day and heading to this wonderful retreat (it was fully booked out at the weekend and still felt peaceful)

We have just returned home from an amazing week here the hotel and location was just beautiful and just a few mins walk from the old town wheres theres plenty of choicesof restaurants, all the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you we even got a free upgrade for a few nights , plenty of choice for breakfast and the spa was lovely and the pool area was perfect and quiet

The breakfast staff were not quite to friendly, never asked once if everything was ok. But the hotel itself is brilliant. I would go back, it's just away from the really busy part of Sirmione so perfect location

We have the Classic Suite, had a great view of the lake, and yes it was compact but most suitable
