Finally, the owner of the hotel - Flavio - is a very helpful and likeable guy, always happy to attend to any request, guide and recommend suitable attractions, suggest a restaurant or make a reservation, with a constant smile on his face

Great place to stay - clean rooms, excellent service, family friendly, and perfectly located! Free bikes, free Wifi, free coffee for guests! P.S. Flavio, the owner, is just the nicest guy in the world!

The location is good: right beside a Penny supermarket, in a lovely quite area of Sirmione, with pleasant walking streets decorated with fountains, and many restaurants and stores around

In order to reach the old-city, though, you do need a car (there’s a bus stop right beside the hotel). But I find it better than to be in the more crowded area just beside the old city

The stay was excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious and well equipped. Even the kitchen has all you need. Friendly owner and free bikes make it even more worth it.

On April 2014 our family spent a week at the Residence Nuove Terme in Sirmione. The apartments were very convenient, spacious, with balconies and home-feel to it

Hotel is located on the shores of Lake Garda, offers breathtaking views and a range of amenities for relaxing. Thermal pool is an ideal spot for rejuvenation. The rooms are clean, comfortable

Dinner at the hotel was somewhat average. For example, fresh scampi were served with a bitter accompaniment that overpowered their natural flavor, though the pasta with pesto was delicious

The bar staff were also very chatty and the waiting staff in the restaurant were very attentive and polite! We will definitely be returning to the hotel as there is so much to do in the area its impossible to do it all in one trip! Thanks to everyone at the Grand Hotel Terme for making our honeymoon so special!

When approaching the hotel, you’ll encounter a barrier about 100 meters away. Access to the hotel grounds is restricted

The thermal pool provided a blissful and relaxing environment, while the spa treatments, including massages and facials, were superbly executed, contributing to our overall rejuvenation

You need to enter through the middle gate, press the call button, and inform them that you’re heading to the hotel. You’ll receive a ticket, which should be handed to the reception upon check-in

Meals were also good - a wide selection was provided at breakfast, and we thoroughly enjoyed the dinners we ate in the restaurant. The pool area and spa were large enough that it didn’t feel crowded

Some people have mentioned a bad smell from the pool - we did notice this occasionally (it’s heated by a hot spring so you can smell sulphur) but it was never a problem for us

The pool was beautifully warm and has two jacuzzis as well as sauna, turkish bath etc

5/5 as the question is "How would you rate your experience?" Our experience was great. They looked after us well and we had a lovely time in Sirmione thanks to the well-run, perfectly located hotel

My husband and I had a very nice stay in this hotel. The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was good as well. It is in a great location in the old city center.

The location itself is titled as a Palace, and they are absolutely correct. The hotel is majestic, fit for Royalty! It also has some of the most beautiful views of Lake Garda and the grounds are breathtaking

The Hotel send us wine, and in general all the facilities are amazing everything is high quality the staff is lovely We will definitely come back again and soon ! Highly recommended

Fantastic hotel perfect location right at Jamaica beach, wonderful staff, very reasonable prices on food and wine, restaurant does the nicest Caesar salad in the world, will definitely be back, there is also a little tram that takes you down to Sirmione center for a euro, brilliant place to visit

Just finished a two day stay at the hotel, I really enjoyed are stay and found the hotel very nice, clean and modern. The spa is excellent and both me and my boyfriend had very nice spa treatments

I found information available easily around the hotel and all staff very nice, I think maybe the hotel misses something in the service element, it’s perhaps trying to operate in the luxury hotel market without fully providing the service to match, I picked this up from small details and the food definitely needs some work considering the old town is about a 10 minute walk I would like the food at lunch...

Variety of pools, cold ones and a thermal hot one, Huge jacuzzi, multiple saunas. There's an answer to whatever mood or desire the guest has his heart set on. The long deck right into the lake is just terrific

I think the facilities make up for a lot of this hotel and it’s experience. The spa, outdoor pool and ocean front really give the feeling of relaxing and luxury

Patient, smiling and always there to assist with whatever you need. They gave us a warm feeling and cared about our experience as their guests. The hotel itself and its facilities are top level

All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate and very quiet, they even give you a pool bag with fresh towels every day. The pool area is particularly wonderful with 2 tiers mingled with lemon trees

We have just returned home from an amazing week here the hotel and location was just beautiful and just a few mins walk from the old town wheres theres plenty of choicesof restaurants, all the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you we even got a free upgrade for a few nights , plenty of choice for breakfast and the spa was lovely and the pool area was perfect and quiet

Our room was lovely with a wonderful view from the balcony of the lake and overlooking the hotel pool and gardens. The bed was very big and comfortable, the shower was huge and the rest of the bathroom was very clean

The room also had plenty of space for storing clothes, a large tv and lovely decor. We were able to access the outdoor pool for free when the weather was nice and lounge by the pool

And when the weather was wet we opted to use the spa which is discounted for hotel users, featuring both an indoor and outdoor pool with thermal waters

Both pools were lovely and warm, featuring a variety of different features that made them very relaxing and well worth the money for our 3 hour slot

This place has my heart! We rebooted three times due to Covid and were welcomed with open arms on the fourth. You could not have nicer people help you. The hotel and pool area is immaculate

We have been coming here for over 20 years and this is the finest hotel in Sirmione for location, amenities and impeccable service. We would recommend it without qualifications

I wait years to come here, read a book, and drink a spritz by Lake Garda, and dine with their fantastic food, great wine selection, and service not seen in many places

It is complicated to arrive with a car, as you have to drive through the center of old Sirmione. But the cars were parked by the staff for us. Also at arrival our baggage was brought to the room for us

Very nice hotel. Great customer service, very good food and breakfast. Three coffe machine, so no need to wait for coffe :) Quiet and clean swiminng pool, but on beginning of May water a bit too cold.

Nice hotel located quite close to the «new» town of Sirmione. Positive experiences: The hotel offers a big swimming pool with plenty of sun beds avaliable. There is a bar/restaurant avaliable in the hotel/pool area

Such a lovely hotel! Rooms are comfy and clean, nice swimming pool,free parking and the breakfast is delicious! But the best part of this hotel is the staff who go out of their way to help with advice on how to get around, where to eat,etc

The gardens are very well kept and the swimming pool is very clean. There is parking around the back and it is well proportioned rather than cars crammed into small spaces

Room was clean,tidy and shower always had hot water available. We bused in from Verona (LN26) and our hotel was less than 5 mins from the bus stop in and out of the Sirmione peninsula which was a real bonus

Perfectly placed just off the 'main street' of souvenir shops/supermarkets/coffee shops/restaurants and bars. The castle and old town are a very beautiful and lovely walk along the lake(bus also available)

Having a pool and private lakeshore right next to the hotel was the best (extras like umbrellas, pedalo boats and kayaks - all free!) Top value for money

We have been staying here for many years and find it charming. It has a lovely pool and lake side beach where you can borrow kayaks and pedalos

WiFi coverage was a bit poor (we had a corner room, it was sometimes working there, sometimes not) and shower cabins are somewhat small (my dad is a tall Russian guy :)), otherwise honestly nothing to complain about! Been there twice already

The location is amazing - close to the town of Sirmione (5 mins by car), but far enough away from the bustle of it. The staff was very friendly, eager to provide you with best attention and service

We enjoyed the hotel amenities for a weekend, with the suite terrasse whirlpool, very healty food at the Vista restaurant inside the hotel, exceptional breakfast. Lake view is exceptional at the sunset

We visited Hotel Alfieri in Sirmione/Colombare several times. We stayed in many hotels, but this is the best, and the price is cheaper then all services they offer

Great hotel, very clean, excellent breakfast and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 3 nights while on a mini break around the lake

If you want you can also rent bikes or electric scooters from the hotel. The pool area on the roof is also really great

The bus stop is so close and there are lots of great restaurants and shops near too. It isn't too far to walk up to the castle area and also the busses make it easy to see other towns too

The staff was nice and helpful, especially Emilio the waiter. We stayed with a dog and there was no problem. The pool is lovely and quiet.

It is also a great base for walking, cycling, touring Lake Garda by boat/coach/car and for visiting Verona and Venice

It is a great location for exploring the town of Sirmione, the castle, thermal spa and several great restaurants

And the hotel thermal pool is wonderful; the outside bathing in winter when you can look at the snow caps on Dolomites was a great experience for us. We were very satisfied and absolutely recommend this hotel

I give the full rating although not everything is perfect. The "cheaper" rooms are really small as well as their beds; the breakfasts could provide some more choice; wifi is available only in the reception area

But, you get a huge value for every penny spent here. The hotel stuff is very professional and helpful, parking on site is included, the location is a few steps to the historic center of Sirmione
