Really enjoyed our stay here, room had a double bed and bunks, bathroom didn't have a shower curtin so bathroom could get a bit wet but nothing to major. Beds were super comfy room clean, property has a lift!!
Breakfast was great, wish we had time to try the dinner there aswell. Owners are really lovely.
Easy walk to the main tourist area or shuttle bus outside the front door.
Would be more than happy to stay again :)

Very nice we are here at this moment and is very confortable the owners are nice and polite people, breakfast is like have breakfast at home I could definitely back again.

Don’t even come here. Waste of time and money. First of all the ants are so many here like just drop a chip or something and they crawl so fast second of all the toilets smell so bad like even if u do not use it, it still smells like someone took a huge dump there and thirdly the shower is so little and annoying to use and lastly the food sucks it was only pasta every night and no other choice oh and extra is that they don’t clean very well like if u lift the bed cover u might see some stains which sucks since the are know for thier „cleanness“. Well that’s all hope this was helpful

We arrived only for one night and were planning to get up early. The owner really helped us - he gave us breakfast in the evening and arranged for us early check-out.

Great family ran hotel right opposite a lovely pizzeria. Supermarket is walking distance. Breakfast was nice and you can get a bus directly to the old town from the blue bus across the road for only 1.50

The place is good.near the bus stop ,resto and stores .the staff as well the owner are kind . The portion of food is small just right for the budget hotel . But highly recommend.

Very nice hotel except a couple of valuable items in our room were moved about and a pair of police designer glasses were snapped and the desk staff didn't care!

stayed here previously and its a perfect location short bus into sirmione and along to other towns nearby, will only ever stay here when i comr back with my girlfriend. the rooms are basic but aircon is soo good breakfast nicely setup and staff extremely accomodating.
