Located in Sirmione, 10 km from the d/f station, Desenzano, 25 km from Verona airport, 170 km from the airport of Milan.
Consists of a 4 storey building.
Only 52 rooms.
Beach: public sandy 650 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas and sunbeds available.

Nice hotel, but please check your bill, when you check out. You risk paying someone elses bill. And if you don't see it immediatly, tough luck. The room was a bit small and the bed had a double-quilt, not ideal. The ventilation outside was guite loud, when the door was open. The bathroom zink was a bit low for me, I'm 180 cm. A lot of signs made it easy to navigate. The breakfast buffet was great. The view from the 3. floor terrasse was nice. And the Christmas decorations were pretty. Nice that parking was free.

Best hotel i ever been, i went around italy and tried many hotels nothing compare like this hotel they are very welcoming specially we are an arab they treat us with zero racism unlike others i enjoyed being here thanks for humanity i had a great time being here

Lovely hotel for a short family break by Lake Garda. Great service, comfortable rooms and many have great views from balconies and a convenient location.

Hotel with excellent value for money, friendly and helpful service, great breakfast and a very quiet and pleasant pool. To me it seems more like a 4 star hotel than a 3.

Very nice hotel. Great customer service, very good food and breakfast. Three coffe machine, so no need to wait for coffe :)

Those who arrive are greeted with a smile, who order a taxi to a place half an hour away, they take excessive profit from you, that I asked for a taxi to Gada Land for five people, they asked me 80€ one way, that I ordered a taxi independently, I paid 70€ both ways. Just stealing. When I brought food from outside and ate by the pool, Mrs. Valentina came and excused me with the excuse that the tables belong to the bar and she can't let anyone bring the food with them and sit down to eat, yes you can let anyone Mrs. Valentina because we are guests in your house and if that's how you treat your guests, then it's better not to stay with you. The family room we got looked like a room in a hostel with a triangular roof and very low, toilet and shower were small and not clean and the balcony is outside the shower. The dining room staff is very smiling and sympathetic, informal and friendly, but the breakfast is very sparse and repeats itself all the time Bicycle service for 3 hours free, very nice and efficient I would think 3 times before booking at this hotel

Nice hotel located quite close to the «new» town of Sirmione.
Positive experiences: The hotel offers a big swimming pool with plenty of sun beds avaliable. There is a bar/restaurant avaliable in the hotel/pool area. They offer both drinks, ice coffee, milkshakes and lunch/dinner options. Food and drinks are excellent. Breakfast offers a wide selection of food, and is also of good quality. The staff is friendly. Free parking in a garage under the hotel (limited spaces avaliable) and free parking outside. Easy to access with car. Minibar in the room.
Shuttlebus to the old town of Sirmione (castle) stops literally right outside the hotel. Getting to/from was easy.
Negative experiences: The rooms was of OK size. The beds were terrible - rock hard. AC didnt function properly, so the rooms didnt cool quite enough. Especially during day time the AC struggled to keep the room somewhat cold. There was a heatwave and We had between 36-38 degrees during the day, and barely below 30 at night. During a «normal» summer the AC might be powerful enough. The bathroom was outdated and partly falling apart.

Very welcoming staff. Great to sit outside being served drinks. Our grandsons loved the pool and free bikes. Breakfast was very good. shame about the water pressure failing in the morning.
