This is a beautiful hotel and feels very welcoming. The food and breakfast were delicious. You can choose from a good list what you want each day.
How room was a suite which was spacious with a lovey bathroom. Large bath and a good size separate shower.
The lake side pier is a lovey escape and very tranquil.
We will definitely be back.

Great wee hotel. Lovely and quiet but 5 mins walk from busy centre. Old fashioned style (in a good way), nice lounge area and outside eating areas. Nice small pool area. Pier onto lake very busy with only space to sit/lie for a few people, but nice idea.

The room was smelly and super noisy. Unfriendly reception staff. Weird breakfast system. You have to fill out the list with the exact amount of products you wanna eat. For example, If you write that you want 1 pancake, you gonna get only 1 pancake. Moreover, you must specify at what time you want to eat. It is not possible to come earlier or later. Save you money and book a different hotel

Very bad breakfast system. During check-in, you need to fill out a list with the products you want for breakfast. And you need to choose the exact time when you want to have breakfast for example from 8 to 8:30 sharp. They will only bring you what you specified in advance. If 1 pancake is indicated in the list, then you will receive only 1 pancake.
Only bread and jam are available, which the hotel calls an Italian breakfast.
It is very noticeable how the hotel tries to save money on visitors and does not hide its joy from every euro saved. For example, they calculated my city tax incorrectly and refused to recalculate it. And 1 unused breakfast was not compensated for in any way. Although they do have express breakfasts. I hope the hotel gets richer from these 2 euros :)

Lovely family-run hotel with breakfast on the patio, a private beach dock, near Roman grottoes and Sirmione center.

Perfectly situated, away from the crowds, but within easy reach of the shops and sites. Comfortable and clean.

I loved staying at Hotel Serenella! The location is perfect, very near the city center, but on a quieter area. It is a very cozy hotel,
with great amenieties!
The staff was very welcoming and prepared to help us. I was traveling with a small dog an this was by far the Hotel where we most felt welcome!
PS: breakfast was perfection!

A wonderful experience! Friendly staff, they spoke English very well. The hotel room is clean and spacious, the hotel pool is clean, the drinks at the bar are very good, and the breakfast is very delicious. A wonderful experience, I recommend it.

A hidden gem in Sirmione. Can't fault the service and facilities within the hotel are great. Love the easy access to the lake to totally relax and be so close to nature. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area.

A bit too far out on the Sirmione peninsula. Nice family run place. The room we got was clean with a new bathroom but the room itself wasn't that great. The thing that stood out here was the breakfast and service that came with it. Nice and calm location and surroundings.
