Hotel Serenella

Hotel Serenella exceeded all expectations. This is the second visit I have made and this time stayed in the Bizet Suite, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully renovated. The private balcony provided a lovely space to relax.

Breakfast was a standout experience, with meals freshly prepared based on pre-orders. The private jetty, complete with sun lounges, was a fantastic perk—perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a dip in the lake.

The hotel’s location, slightly removed from the main centre, offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being convenient for exploring Sirmione. The staff were exceptional—friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch by remembering my previous stay in 2022.

Hotel Serenella is the ideal choice for comfort, tranquillity, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

We were here for our niece's wedding and picked this hotel as looked quiet and just out of the centre. It was a good choice . Quiet location, very clean spacious rooms, excellent breakfasts served on the terrace and lunch/snacks at bar til about 5(?). Yes you have to pick a 45 min time slot for breakfast and say what u want before but they aren't that strict about it ( we were often 15 mins early and no problem) and you can change every day if need be. Lovely staff serving quickly and all food fresh and tasty. NB the fruit salads are HUGE so we shared one. Pool area isn't big but there is a jetty 5 min walk away with loungers and parasols which we preferred . Remember the tourist tax which will be added to your bill we paid€21 between us for week so nothing major

Just back from a wonderful week at Hotel Serenella in Sirmione. We booked through Topflight. The hotel has a quirky charm with its antique style decor which we personally loved. Our room was beautiful and cleaned regularly with new bed sheets and towels. I was impressed with cleanliness. The cleaners do a wonderful job. We did have a small balcony but unfortunately with no view but that didn’t bother us. The breakfast menu was Al la carte which I loved. (I really dislike buffet breakfasts and you are able to change your order if you please). There is a pool and also a pier to sunbathe and swim, and a little bar for refreshments. The male bar member was an absolute sweetheart. My partner and I adored him. He always welcomed us with a smile and was fantastic at his job. We did have an issue with our air con on our second last night but it was soon rectified the next day when we mentioned this to the receptionist. Finally, I also thought the brown haired lady in reception was so genuine, helpful and lovely.

This is a beautiful hotel and feels very welcoming. The food and breakfast were delicious. You can choose from a good list what you want each day.
How room was a suite which was spacious with a lovey bathroom. Large bath and a good size separate shower.
The lake side pier is a lovey escape and very tranquil.
We will definitely be back.

Great wee hotel. Lovely and quiet but 5 mins walk from busy centre. Old fashioned style (in a good way), nice lounge area and outside eating areas. Nice small pool area. Pier onto lake very busy with only space to sit/lie for a few people, but nice idea.

Lovely family-run hotel with breakfast on the patio, a private beach dock, near Roman grottoes and Sirmione center.
