In the off season this hotel put us into the room directly above amplified live music that was blasting into our room past midnight. When I told the front desk at 1130pm that the music was blasting into our room, she said, “only 10 more minutes”. But it’s now been over 30more minutes and the noise continues. Our first night after being up for over 24straight hours, and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to sleep.

Follow up, the blasting noise and the sound of people drinking at a bar continued until almost 1am. Do not let them out you in a room on the first floor if you want to sleep. Truly horrific.

Don’t stay here if you want to sleep.

The hotel is nivce but more thoughtfull touch is neede in the rooms - lack.kf hangers in tbe shower amd shalves in the wardrobe. The breakfast is the same every day.

Spent a week at the Rio Stava for skiing. The ski bus stops outside the hotel so good access to the lifts and slopes at Pampeago in 15 minutes. The hotel staff are very friendly and happy to arrange matters. The food was good with large breakfasts and a different dinner every evening. Make time to visit the Wellness center. Great Saunas jacuzzi and steam room. I especially recomend the sports massage.

Wonderful hotel, large rooms, great and large bathroom with walk in shower, indoor and outdoor pool, kids pool, kids club from 2 years old, a lot of activities for kids. Great for families and wonderful view ❤️ we love it here

Very nice and organized structure. Very well positioned for mountain walks (max 15 minutes from the Predazzo or Pampeago ski lifts) We stayed for a week. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful. The cleaning of the room is excellent and daily. It was an excellent solution for us and our daughter because the children's entertainers are good and helpful and available from 2 pm to 10 pm. For us adults the spa and pools were well looked after and very pleasant. Just one note for the staff: I suggest equipping the rooms above the entrance with an umbrella because the terrace is very large but is exposed to the sun for a good part of the day

It was a pleasant stay with very comfortable and clean room. Facilities in hotel are well maintained, both adults and kids had a wonderful time! The food in hotel restaurant is superb! Highly recommended for family vacation!
