Good location, good room size, maybe slightly bigger than average. Our bathroom was not good: door handle pulled off, the shower head connector to the wall was broken so the shower head pointed to the wall and would fall off so you had to hold it. The shower also leaked so the bathroom would be covered in water after a shower.
The lift wasn't working for 2 evenings and 1 morning of our 3 night stay.

I never stayed at this hotel.
It was enough to try to book a room: I confirmed my reservation to the receptionist, both by call and by email, also providing credit card number for warranty.
One day before my stay, they send me an email saying that our room had been booked by another customer and I could no more go there.
Just for that, I will never go there.
Neither serious nor professional.

Great location, convenient to walk everywhere. I booked here for reliable Best Western quality. Reception and breakfast staff were all amazing and helpful. For some reason the wifi worked on my laptop but not on my phone on the 3rd floor ("connection error") - worked only when I went down to reception and breakfast. The windows closed well for noise insulation from the streets which have restaurants and busy. There was a strange humming noise somewhere still in the room but not enough to bother me. The double bed is 2 beds pushed together but this is normal. There were cosmetic hiccups, like unfinished towel bar placement in progress? Breakfast was basic but has all you need to start the day.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, yummy breakfast. I have stayed there a few times already and will definitely go back!

Very good price-quality ratio for a solo traveler. I was very happy with big, comfortable bed. Air conditioning was working well. The sitting area in the lobby looks very nice.

Good position. Staff friendly. Knocked a star off because a few lightbulbs in hall ways not working and one in the room. Also the room could do with more plugs. Good size room and bed. Would return so that says all you need to know.

Original room in the fourth floor had pipes stuck so had to change in to the first floor in the room 111. Room was dark and noisy. With earplugs sleeping was okay. Original room seemed to be a lot more nice.
Breakfast was very basic but good. Gluten free options were available, but nothing special. Minimum effort. Crackers and some cereal.
If you are not gluten free and you get a room from upper floors. Review would be 3 stars.
