Absolutely beautiful hotel. Situated in the centre of Turin just a few minutes walk from the main shopping areas. No noise to be heard from outside and the staff were all attentive and polite.

The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas

I definitely didnt feel welcome when my colleagues and i were asked to move from the bar seating area to the restaurant area, away from local travelers, when we tried to sit together at lunch on our last day

Lobby is absolutely stunning ! The rooms were very spacious , high beautiful ceilings and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good . Location is excellent!

The location is very good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the film museum, which has Cameron's works. The hotel is also very clean. The room is large in Europe.

This place worked really well for a short stay to Turin. I went with the lowest tier room (125€ a night in the middle of July) and it was exceptional

Had a fantastic sleep with the quality of the bed and the AC was helpful for combatting the humidity of Italy. The bathroom also works well and it is clean. Breakfast was varied and has something for everyone

Although some minor problems like TV not working, Kettle base connecting problem but hotel staff sorted out very quickly. The location is right next to metro station

The spa is not really just a spa-the hotel lets families use it as a hotel pool. Don’t expect any relaxing time here. When mentioned, the spa staff recommended we detail this issue in our review

The spa is the true gem of the hotel. You would not expect such a nice indoor pool and spa area in such a small hotel. There are 2 hot tub, 2 steel rooms with different scents, a nice big pool and a great relaxing area

The location was great. The cocktails in the Bar were amazing. We were glad that our car was safe in their parking space. Room had a good size and it was very nice!

Room was clean, with a safe and mini fridge. Bathroom was excellent and the shower was good. Bed was on the uncomfortable side of things. Good central location, lots to do in walking distance.

the room had no insolation so felt like trying to sleep in the middle of a train station with a lot of commotion since you could here the other guests in the other rooms all the time and the traffic outside even though all doors and windows were closed

Placed right next to the Duomo and Piazza Castello in the historic center of Turin, the hotel looks new even though it is in a historic building

Lived here for a month, the location is very convenient, the owner, is very good, much better problem to help solve, to Turin, the main street stroll out the door. The price is also similar in the moderate price range.

We spent New Years Eve at this fabolous restaurant. The staff made us feel like home the entire night with their care and kindness. And we were served bobbles to celebrate the midnight together

The hotel may not be in the best neighbourhood of Torino but it is well located. The idea of having different designers and artists design each room is a lot of fun

I haven't traveled much in Italy. The breakfast seemed very basic, especially for a 4* hotel, but I was told by business colleagues that it is normal - and that 4 different types of croissants were luxury

Excellent, it was pleasant, and being close to the train station allowed us to enjoy the last day with luggage storage in the hotel. Large rooms with a beautiful view of Piazza Carlo Felice and a rich breakfast.
