Stylish elegant hotel in the city center

The location was perfect, the staff was exceptional, and the room was wonderful (although the almost see-through doors to the bathroom were not welcomed), the breakfast buffet was delicious, the bar staff amazing, and the hospitality we felt made our last two night in Italy memorable

Situated in an excellent location both for arrival at the station to visit the centre. Develops the complex of the hotel in the pedestrian area, tranquility is guaranteed.

The staff were very friendly, easy check-in, the lobby area where the bar had a lovely atmosphere, people relaxing or having drinks, very nice atmosphere. The room was beautiful and very clean

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff were very obliging and patient with us. We had a problem with our door (key card wasn't working) but unfortunately the technician was not available to fix it

Rooms are clean but very old furnishings, hair-dryer broken, staff is friendly . You should rearrange a little bit, but you will sleep well. Near the station and the centre. Breakfast was well organised.

I even loved the hair&body wash (with argan oil!) and they serve free coffee in the mornings! The price and the location of the hotel was also exceptional. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel

I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. We planned to stay for only 1 night but stayed for many nights more:) The reception speaks English very well and the workers are really friendly

Very nice and clean hotel with perfect location near to main train station. Few minutes of walking to all tourist location. Great big bathroom and friengly staff.

You don't HAVE TO leave the key at the reception, it is just a nice option because it might be inconvenient to carry it around

Certainly it's not a luxury hotel, furniture seems old and outdated, services are at the bare minimum. Though it is centrally located and I didn't mind spending two nights there.

A storey hotel in an old apartment building, very central location near river Po and old town. You can reach the major part of inner city by walking. The room was very clean, but a bit dark to the streetside

Very good air conditioning, right in the centre, polite, simple breakfast

Only problem was that the double bed was made up of 2 single beds put together. Close to stop which takes to Central train station and other places of interest

TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm

The spa is the true gem of the hotel. You would not expect such a nice indoor pool and spa area in such a small hotel. There are 2 hot tub, 2 steel rooms with different scents, a nice big pool and a great relaxing area

This hotel is a nice gem 💎 of pure elegance and style. Decently priced and in a great location...forget about parking though...it's impossible to find any around here, unless you pay for it (1 min walk from the hotel)

This place worked really well for a short stay to Turin. I went with the lowest tier room (125€ a night in the middle of July) and it was exceptional

Had a fantastic sleep with the quality of the bed and the AC was helpful for combatting the humidity of Italy. The bathroom also works well and it is clean. Breakfast was varied and has something for everyone

I stayed at the Majestic Torino for one night in Feb 2018. The staff are very helpful and the room was spacious and clean!! I arrived late and got an upgrade!!! Centrally located easy access to the main train station

Our room was quite large and very comfortable. The staff are always friendly and eager to please. On a nice day the top floor terrace gives a nice view of Turin (including the mountains). Very much recommend this hotel

This is not like Best Western in the U. The rooms are wonderful, especially the family suite. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. We are excited to use the spa facilities and they look wonderful
