Absolutely beautiful hotel. Situated in the centre of Turin just a few minutes walk from the main shopping areas. No noise to be heard from outside and the staff were all attentive and polite.

The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas

I definitely didnt feel welcome when my colleagues and i were asked to move from the bar seating area to the restaurant area, away from local travelers, when we tried to sit together at lunch on our last day

Breakfast was nice but nothing exceptional. The hotel is well located with the city center nearby. The parking situation on Sundays is a bit confusing but in the end it all worked out fine thanks to the friendly staff

First they put us in a room which is a bit noisy, next day they switched us to a inner and much quieter room without question when I mentioned. The location is excellent, many tourist attractions are in walking distance

We also used their gym which was well-equipped with brand new equipments and a great view of the city! The breakfast had a lot of choices and was very tasty. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The location is very good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the film museum, which has Cameron's works. The hotel is also very clean. The room is large in Europe.

Spa (wellness centre) was way overpriced so we went elsewhere…plenty of decent options around. (Use of the wellness centre was an extra €35 and massage treatments started at €120 pp

Rooms could do with a few tweaks… more USB sockets, particularly next to the bed; a couple of types of pillow (bit firmer would have helped); a duvet in a duvet cover not just between two huge sheets; milk (even UHT) for the travellers who like a bit of milk in their morning tea; a shower that doesn’t require gymnastic ability to get in and out of the bath tub and an extractor fan that works for those...

We were here for a wedding and they cheerfully accommodated to the highest order. A standout of this hotel is its staff, who never make you feel awkward or as if you are asking too much

Although some minor problems like TV not working, Kettle base connecting problem but hotel staff sorted out very quickly. The location is right next to metro station

Our room was quite large and very comfortable. The staff are always friendly and eager to please. On a nice day the top floor terrace gives a nice view of Turin (including the mountains). Very much recommend this hotel

When we checked in at night, they told us there was a bar on the sixth floor where we could get something to eat, but we just went to sleep and didn't go. The breakfast was really great, with a wide variety of options

In NH Torino Santo Stefano, you can really feel they take pleasure to welcome you and make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is not brand new (but it's clean & well maintained), which brings charm to the place

The spa is not really just a spa-the hotel lets families use it as a hotel pool. Don’t expect any relaxing time here. When mentioned, the spa staff recommended we detail this issue in our review

Location is 10 min walking from Torino Porta Nuova. Very close to via Roma and touristic area. Everything was perfect. The bathroom is good equipped.

The location was great. The cocktails in the Bar were amazing. We were glad that our car was safe in their parking space. Room had a good size and it was very nice!

The hotel was located near the central station, porta nuova. Very convenient as it is also close to teams that take you to popular tourist spots. Paid extra €30 to use the spa. The sauna and steam room were very nice

For us, it was very convenient to be near the train station. The room was nice, clean and quiet. We did experience too short power outages overnight. The staff spoke English and was very friendly.

The location is good as it is close to the city center however the area from the to hotel to the city center (around 200m) is full of drunk people and doesn't suit families coming back walking from the center during the night time

The gentleman at reception was very friendly and could speak several languages and the hotel exuded a kind of old world charm, like time had stopped somewhere some time ago

It's on the nicer side as Holiday Inns go. My room and bathroom were large and clean. It's just a few meters from the main train station of Turin and is easy walking distance from the main part of the city

Modern and stylish downtown Hotel. When you come by car go to the hotel where you will get a permit to drive in the city center - you can short term park in front of the hotel - than park your car in the garage nearby

Great location in city centre, nice staff, quite a wide range of continental breakfast included, quite & tidy room. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurants & café in neighbourhood, supermarket downstairs

Stayed here a few nights and enjoyed it. The room (#307) was modern, comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet had enough to choose from and staff were friendly and helpful. Contrary to its name, the hotel is quite big

In the middle of Torino, 10' to 15' walk from main Porta Nuova railway station. Incredible value for money and very clean

Downside: no air con (with ceiling fan), it's ok in June at night. TV only has Italian channels, no English ones

But the next night I had to sleep with open windows because the room was a sort of a sauna, totally exaggerated. Noise all night long on the street: either people or cars, didn't almost sleep

Just a few blocks from Piazza San Carlo. Restaurants on via Alberto excellent including the hotel bistro and bar. The desk staff is helpful and pleasant. Interesting outdoor breakfast with turtles in the garden

Breakfast each morning had all the typical offerings, and the service and cappuccinos were both excellent. Overall, friendly, efficient staff and a very pleasant hotel. Would certainly stay here again

Only complaint with the shower was it needs a light as it's a bit dark, otherwise just fine. Hotel is close to restaurants and to the Egyptian Museum along with other main sites and attractions

The location is great! Serviced butler-style one-to-one service. Overall, it is great and worth experiencing. A small suggestion for the hotel is that their gypsum board is a little peeling
