A great hotel with amazing staff at the center of Torino. At arrival we had a small problem with the electricity in the room. But the staff was very helpful and came with a quick solution

You can book this in advance! When we were leaving and picking up our car, the staff left a note in our car saying they washed our front window screen - it was such a lovely surprise! The staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed was amazing

Very good hotel for visiting Turin. you can walk to many attractions from it. Staff professional, helpful, friendly. Has underground parking but EUR 30 per night for parking. Rooms good size and comfortable

Breakfast was nice but nothing exceptional. The hotel is well located with the city center nearby. The parking situation on Sundays is a bit confusing but in the end it all worked out fine thanks to the friendly staff

Checking in at the reception was quite cumbersome, definitely a bit slow. However, it is possible that this slowness was due to the relative inexperience of the employee at the desk, who actually appeared quite young

This is an old style luxury hotel. I would even say old fashioned, but in a charming way. We stayed in a junior suite that was nicely decorated but could use some touch ups here and there

Our room was quite large and very comfortable. The staff are always friendly and eager to please. On a nice day the top floor terrace gives a nice view of Turin (including the mountains). Very much recommend this hotel

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Situated in the centre of Turin just a few minutes walk from the main shopping areas. No noise to be heard from outside and the staff were all attentive and polite.

Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms

TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm

I definitely didnt feel welcome when my colleagues and i were asked to move from the bar seating area to the restaurant area, away from local travelers, when we tried to sit together at lunch on our last day

Room was really far away from main entrance. And its very difficult to reach exit because hotel has many blocks. They offer only few hot dishes for breakfast. I think for a 5 stars hotel i would expect more

Placed right next to the Duomo and Piazza Castello in the historic center of Turin, the hotel looks new even though it is in a historic building

This place worked really well for a short stay to Turin. I went with the lowest tier room (125€ a night in the middle of July) and it was exceptional

Had a fantastic sleep with the quality of the bed and the AC was helpful for combatting the humidity of Italy. The bathroom also works well and it is clean. Breakfast was varied and has something for everyone

Although some minor problems like TV not working, Kettle base connecting problem but hotel staff sorted out very quickly. The location is right next to metro station

The best part is location, which is ideal as it is very close to the main attractions of Turin that include Museums and also the Royal Palace

The pillows were fluffy enough to be comfortable for me. The breakfast was pretty elaborate, lots of good choices. It felt like a good great place to recover from having slept two hours on the plane the previous night

The steam shower was an extra bonus that was not expected. The staff was helpful and friendlier than you could ever expect. The restaurant offers a fantastic menu and wine selection while not being too expensive

The spa is the true gem of the hotel. You would not expect such a nice indoor pool and spa area in such a small hotel. There are 2 hot tub, 2 steel rooms with different scents, a nice big pool and a great relaxing area

This hotel is a nice gem 💎 of pure elegance and style. Decently priced and in a great location...forget about parking though...it's impossible to find any around here, unless you pay for it (1 min walk from the hotel)

Modern and stylish downtown Hotel. When you come by car go to the hotel where you will get a permit to drive in the city center - you can short term park in front of the hotel - than park your car in the garage nearby
