Lovely hotel, is more for conferences, however still gorgeous, hotel room very big plenty of room, breakfast was stunning especially the scrambled egg, highly recommend 👌
Absolutely loved our brief stay here.
The room was clean, big in size. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was a fantastic choice and the scrambled egg is some of the best I've tasted.
Good proximity to the places you want to visit.
Definitely recommend to others.
I stayed there for a 4-night business trip. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. This hotel service and location are definitely 5 stars.
In terms of the facility, I am a little bit picky so I gave it 4 stars. My room was cleaned, cleaning staff are professional. Just some furniture show signs of aging (which is normal) and somehow did not work.
Overall, 5 stars and the hotel gives me...
The hotel is a 2-3 km walk from the center, parking is possible in the underground garage.
Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, the selection is good and it is replenished regularly.
Our room was clean, comfortable and air-conditioned.
Check-in went smoothly and we were also given recommendations for places to visit and restaurants.
Friendly staff, clean room. No boiler at the room! Some rooms have not a transparent window. Good location. Recommend for short stay.
Nice, cosy and modern hotel. I appreciated to have a possibility to have a parking for an additional fee of 16 EUROS as I arrived by car.
Only small disadvantage was that you could not book the parking in advance. I liked that the Hotel provided me a possibility to check in early. It is located about 20 minutes by foot from Torino Center. I had a pleasant stay.

Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you. The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Take the lift up to the old test track in the roof where there's a gallery and cafe / bar. You also walk the historic test track and take in amazing views of the Alps.
The hotel is excellent for those attending conferences at Lingotto Convention Centre. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, the hotel has a character that brings to mind the old "factory" days. There is a shopping mall 2 min from the hotel entrance, very convenient.
Excellent hotel, brilliant location next to a shopping mall full of places to eat and shop.
Rooms were clean and spacious.
The restaurant in the hotel had a wide variety of food for breakfast and the evening meals were delicious and affordable.
The track on the roof was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this hotel! Cannot fault it.
I guess a lot depends on what you need a hotel for at any point in time. If you're attending a conference around the Lingotto area of Torino, then you really can't go too wrong with NH Lingotto, but for access to the city centre it's a bit unwieldy especially if the metro is shut for upgrading as it was this week. Taxi cost from airport is 45-47€, and to central station around €11. We paid around ...
Stayed for one night. Fantastic hotel set in the old fiat factory. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very bright and clean. Only a few minutes to the city on metro. I got an upgraded room which I really appreciated. The room was huge , well equipped amenities and little touches, modern with lovely designed furniture. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay again
Excellent location, easy access to Puorta Nuova Station by Metro, only 10 minutes away. Spacious and very clean rooms, comfy beds, a leafy interior garden where you can enjoy a coffee or drink, quiet and relaxing (I woke up every morning listening to the birds cirping). Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The area is safe, with some interesting spots to visit (La Pista 500) or to go for dinner (Eataly...

We appreciate they were able to accommodate us last minute but the place needs a lot of work, starting with a deep cleaning.
A good hotel. Great service. Bus stop nearby. Supermarket nearby.
Great experience for business. Spacious rooms. Upper floors offer a great view and, if you're lucky, even a small balcony. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are not fully soundproof but still quiet. Excellent breakfast. The restaurant offers a good variety of dishes and the food is very good. Good value for money
Not far of the city center nice location good rooms the most important very helpful staff Matteo ,Giulia and Natalia they r the best very flexible ,welcoming, understanding and hard worker
Rooms (and whole building) are too hot during the cold seasons. Keeping 25degC or more is too hot when outside is less than 20degC. It is even hard to sleep. We were not able to lower the room temperature to less than 23degC, which is still not comfortable for sleeping.
The maintenance of the hotel is not very good (loose shower and kettle not working).
Despite these points, the location and the service...
Amazing staff, who are really helpful to tourists. Nice garden to drink cocktails or coffee or even just to relax. With quiet rooms and good location. Would recommend for sure.

Great location in the centre of Turin. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful old building with comfortable rooms.
The location is very good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the film museum, which has Cameron's works. The hotel is also very clean. The room is large in Europe.
For me the best in Turin, excellent value for money
The room is very clean and the hotel is in a good location. There is a square in front of the door. There are cheese and vegetables for sale in the morning. There are often various activities in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. It's very happy! The waiter is very nice. I will stay here again next time.
Sagging mattress, uncomfortable
Uncomfortable wool pillows
We didn't sleep well
Not worth the price paid
Terrible breakfast
Parking being limited to the capacity of customers, should be booked before arrival, however this information was communicated to us at check in causing us serious inconvenience considering the central location of the hotel and especially our late arrival time at the hotel which...

This place worked really well for a short stay to Turin. I went with the lowest tier room (125€ a night in the middle of July) and it was exceptional. Had a fantastic sleep with the quality of the bed and the AC was helpful for combatting the humidity of Italy. The bathroom also works well and it is clean. Breakfast was varied and has something for everyone. The best part is location, which is ideal...
The room is very tidy. Although some minor problems like TV not working, Kettle base connecting problem but hotel staff sorted out very quickly. The staff are very polite. The location is right next to metro station. Very convenient! And there are lots of nice restaurant around. Right beside hotel there is convenient stores as well. I enjoyed my stay there
Has potential, but our room was filthy and worn. Clumps of hair all over the floor. Mold in the bathroom. Shower floor had a big crack down the middle. The duvet/sheet on my bed had a hole in it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Nice robe and slippers. Conveniently located by the train station and center of the city. Good TV channels. Lots of sound transfer from the hallway.
Really a great value for money if you are in Torino. Centrally located, very professional staff with good attention to customers. I left some bags before the check-in and in the evening i found them in my room. The room was spacious, clean and very modern in style. Great bed and pillows. Very good breakfast service, offering also local products. The only thing I would improve is to offer fresh orange...
Beautiful hotel, very clean and had very attentive staff. We had the breakfast and it was amazing with such a variety to choose from and also had gluten-free and vegan options. Lovely selection of restaurants and shops locally.
Will be using again.

Wonderful experience! The staff were extremely courteous and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, with great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. Its location is ideal for exploring Turin easily. A peaceful, high-quality place to stay.
So the hotel in itself is not so bad, it's pretty clean, the cleaning people do a really great job and the breakfast is decent. The view is pretty awful as right in front of the windows there are offices. One thing I really did not like was the manager, she was exceptionally rude and condescending towards workers and guests, making comments behind other's backs and just generally being excessively...
Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Everything was in order, but what impressed me the most was the cleanliness. From the courtyard to the room, everything was perfect. This hotel could give lessons to others on how to properly maintain a clean environment.
Great hotel for your stay in Turin. Close to a few tram and bus lines that will take you to town centre within 20mins. Staff is accommodating, modern and good facilities, silent a night, good breakfast. Sure value.
Lugar muy correcto por el coste, en nuestro caso teníamos el desayuno incluido y es muy recomendable para personas que no pueden comer sin gluten, ya que disponen de un corner con productos sin gluten

Charming art deco/retro-style hotel in Turin’s city centre. Perfect location for walking to any sightseeing spots.
Great breakfast spread and has indoor spa/swimming pool.
We stayed at the Hotel Victoria for three nights during our wedding in Torino, along with many of our family and friends. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The hotel’s spa was perfect for relaxing after the wedding, and we loved enjoying drinks and aperitivo on the beautiful terrace. Rooms are a little tired, and hard to control temperature. Breakfast is good with a nice selection, also the bar area is comfortable and relaxing (if again a little old fashioned). Staff were very helpful, and location is great for exploring Turin.
Lovely hotel in the heart of Turin. We really enjoyed the spa with saunas/hammams (although not sure why both Jacuzzis have lukewarm and not hot water). Very satisfied with our charming two-storey room with a balcony with a great view and overlooking the interior court. Very comfortable king-size bed. Professional and helpful staff. The only downside is the fact that the parking is a few blocks away...
Second stay and same pleasure. Neat decoration, excellent breakfast. We liked the suite. The location is perfect.

The location was great. The cocktails in the Bar were amazing. We were glad that our car was safe in their parking space. Room had a good size and it was very nice!
Astonishing Maserati hotel suite
Great location, staff and cleanliness!
My favorite place to stay. Super friendly and accommodating
Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms. TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm.

Lovely hotel, clean rooms, very good breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful! Although the hotel is not located in the historic centre it is in walking distance and just beside the tram line which is really convenient..15 min walk to the main train station. Good value for money, it was overall a great stay!
The breakfast was good and all staff were very friendly. I was able to store my bike securely during my stay. The mattress was comfy but the pillow was awful.
The room was good and the bathroom was clean. The bed was softer. The reception was nice. The breakfast was delicious. They also offer juices. But the only thing missing was fruit. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied. It's not too far from the city center and the trams. The main train station is also a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel staff is wonderful. Customer service is impeccable. The staff is friendly and attentative.
Cute hotel with a good location from the main train station. Our room was on the 9th floor so we had a nice view of the Mole with a little balcony.
