Lobby is absolutely stunning ! The rooms were very spacious , high beautiful ceilings and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good . Location is excellent!
Great hotel if you are staying in Torino. The location is perfect, and you can park your car in an underground garage which is connected with the hotel. You can book this in advance! When we were leaving and picking up our car, the staff left a note in our car saying they washed our front window screen - it was such a lovely surprise! The staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed was amazing...
A great hotel with amazing staff at the center of Torino. At arrival we had a small problem with the electricity in the room. But the staff was very helpful and came with a quick solution. Our special thanks for Sara from guest relations for making our stay comfortable!
Extremely helpful staff. Reception and bar team always willing to answer questions we had. Beautiful room, amazing selection for breakfast and great location to walk to most places & also use public transport. Nice small gym for a holiday training session too. Full marks, no complaints.
This hotel is fantastic from start to finish. From the moment you walked in, the greeting and atmosphere of the reception was beautiful. The room was so spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was so modern. Everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was so abundant, I didn't even need lunch!
This hotel has recently completed a marvelous renovation, seamlessly integrating newly constructed architecture with the charm of the original building structure. As you enter the room, you'll immediately notice the refreshing sense of cleanliness and spaciousness, accentuated by the high ceiling. However, the true delight comes with the breakfast experience. Unlike many Italian hotels that serve cold...

I stayed there for three nights! The room was clean, but a bit old-fashioned. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was ideal because it was close to the train and bus station. However, I found the front office team slow and lacking empathy during the evening shift, and the restaurant maitre was harshly reprimanding the young waiters with a loud voice during dinner. Despite these issues, I...
One of the topmost hotels in Torino, a four-star one with a very convenient location, nearly in front of the central railway station, Torino Porta Nuova. The hotel is worthy of its 4-star rating, even though the rooms are not very large. However, everything is modern, clean and tidy, and with adequate facilities. Checking in at the reception was quite cumbersome, definitely a bit slow. However, it...
The rooms are nice and clean but the breakfast is quite poor. Very weak coffee, low quality pastries, low quality fruit and cheese selection... i expected more form a 4 star hotel
This is an old style luxury hotel. I would even say old fashioned, but in a charming way. We stayed in a junior suite that was nicely decorated but could use some touch ups here and there. Breakfast was nice but nothing exceptional. The hotel is well located with the city center nearby. The parking situation on Sundays is a bit confusing but in the end it all worked out fine thanks to the friendly...
Great location, elegant hotel with grand features and very helpful staffduring my stay. Breakfast was a good selection each morning. I had dinner one evening in the restaurant too. Food was great on all occasions. A traditional, typical stylish hotel in the heart of Turin. Right across from the main train station, and easy walking distance for the numerous museums, parks and sights of the city.
Yes, it was such a wonderful experience! We stayed 4 nights in the beginning of September for our very first visit to Turin. First they put us in a room which is a bit noisy, next day they switched us to a inner and much quieter room without question when I mentioned. The location is excellent, many tourist attractions are in walking distance. The breakfast is healthy and delicious, the service...

I hated the room I paid almost 190 euros for one night! It smells the insects killing spray! The shower was broken! And I the bathroom waste can was not clean and had those ear cleaning thing inside
Location is not that great because it is in a very secluded area. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were just fine. The breakfast is mostly sweet based items and remains the same for everyday.
I will start with a couple of negatives, the settee in the room had 2 largish cigarette burns on one of the seats, when pouring, the water from the kettle would go over the surface. Finally, the windows when closed are not sound proofed at all, there was a group of guests sat down by the pool till very late, they was very loud and jumping in the pool. Called down to reception who went and spoke with...
Great hotel, especially during Kappa Futur festival. Really nice and fun staff, they have fruit and chips ready for your return, music at the pool in the morning, free shuttle service. We had a great time! They did a fantastisch job!
Perfect hotel if you are going to Kappa Futur Festival - staff are amazing and look after you very well making sure you are having a good party. Shuttle bus to and from festival runs every hour so had no stress at all with travel. Will definitely stay here again👍
We were really happy to stay at the hotel ! The room was big enough to accommodate us and our son ! I felt that the room was cold -rather than that was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and willing to help! There is an indoor parking garage and outdoor parking if available.

Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you. The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Take the lift up to the old test track in the roof where there's a gallery and cafe / bar. You also walk the historic test track and take in amazing views of the Alps.
The hotel is excellent for those attending conferences at Lingotto Convention Centre. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, the hotel has a character that brings to mind the old "factory" days. There is a shopping mall 2 min from the hotel entrance, very convenient.
Excellent hotel, brilliant location next to a shopping mall full of places to eat and shop. Rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant in the hotel had a wide variety of food for breakfast and the evening meals were delicious and affordable. The track on the roof was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this hotel! Cannot fault it.
I guess a lot depends on what you need a hotel for at any point in time. If you're attending a conference around the Lingotto area of Torino, then you really can't go too wrong with NH Lingotto, but for access to the city centre it's a bit unwieldy especially if the metro is shut for upgrading as it was this week. Taxi cost from airport is 45-47€, and to central station around €11. We paid around ...
Stayed for one night. Fantastic hotel set in the old fiat factory. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very bright and clean. Only a few minutes to the city on metro. I got an upgraded room which I really appreciated. The room was huge , well equipped amenities and little touches, modern with lovely designed furniture. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay again
Excellent location, easy access to Puorta Nuova Station by Metro, only 10 minutes away. Spacious and very clean rooms, comfy beds, a leafy interior garden where you can enjoy a coffee or drink, quiet and relaxing (I woke up every morning listening to the birds cirping). Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The area is safe, with some interesting spots to visit (La Pista 500) or to go for dinner (Eataly...

The terrace was amazing. The room was phenomenal, the service was outstanding. Luca at the front desk was absolutely stellar. I don't remember the name of the guy at the bar, but the hand squeezed, yes hand squeezed grapefruit juice and vodka was delicious, he was kind, friendly, patient and fabulous.
A great hotel. Our room was quite large and very comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent. The staff are always friendly and eager to please. On a nice day the top floor terrace gives a nice view of Turin (including the mountains). Very much recommend this hotel.
Did some research before booking. Seemed like a good choice. Wow, was it ever. Five nights, breakfasts, and two evening meals on the terrace. The staff were all excellent. Our room was comfortable and the bed was very nice. Such a great location adjacent to the main train station. When we return to Torino this will be our home. Great hotel!
Large hotel rooms and very nicely decorated. The spa is pretty good. Staff were attentive and service was of a high quality. Only drawback is the location as it is opposite the railway station, which is not the most scenic place in Turin. All-in-all a good stay.
Great hotel in the centre of Turin. Excellently located for access to public transport and also walkable distance to all the main sights. Our room was large and comfortable with nice touches such as free soft drinks in the minibar. Breakfast options were good and they catered well for dietary restrictions. All of the staff with whom we interacted were very kind and helpful. The spa was small but nice...
Extremely happy with our stay! The service was perfect from the beginning until the end. We first had a very warm welcome from the front desk staff. We arrived a bit before checkin time but a room was already prepared for us so we didn’t have to wait. Our luggages were brought for us to our room. The room is very pleasant, elegant and relaxing. Lovely traditional hotel with great staff. Nice breakfast and clean room with a comfy bed, safe and drinks fridge. Excellent wi-fi. Lots of public transport nearby.
Probably one of the best hotels if not the best in Torino , the staff is very welcoming and helpful with any request. Everyone speaks more or less perfect English and is always ready to help out with any request you may have, from drinks, help in the room, recommendations for restaurants. Stayed here for more than one week and every request was met with a smile and quick and prompt service.
Not recommended!!! How is it possible that a 4 star hotel, will face a problem for a long time and can't provide hot water at the beginning of the day when most of the people here were for business. Room was in smallest possible way and used a classic big key rather than a small card. Location was almost close to city center, and Staff were very nice and supportive. Breakfast was also not comparable...
For solo traveller, the single room is a convenient option for a good value for money. The receptionist gave me good restaurants recommendation. The city center is only 25min walk away. There is everything needed at breakfast. Only negatives point is the soundproofing in the room.
Beautiful hotel just a few minutes from the center. Tram stop two steps away. The staff is always very kind? Recommended with closed eyes. Satisfied customer for many years 👍🏼
The hotel is very close to the center, very welcoming and above all very clean, the staff is very kind and very helpful!!! will definitely come back for the weekend!!!!
Just a short walk from the city centre. Breakfast was well organized and had plenty of options. Clean room with a very comfortable and spacious double bed. Fast check in and check out, staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Absolutely loved our brief stay here. The room was clean, big in size. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was a fantastic choice and the scrambled egg is some of the best I've tasted. Good proximity to the places you want to visit. Definitely recommend to others.
I stayed there for a 4-night business trip. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. This hotel service and location are definitely 5 stars. In terms of the facility, I am a little bit picky so I gave it 4 stars. My room was cleaned, cleaning staff are professional. Just some furniture show signs of aging (which is normal) and somehow did not work. Overall, 5 stars and the hotel gives me...
The hotel is a 2-3 km walk from the center, parking is possible in the underground garage. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, the selection is good and it is replenished regularly. Our room was clean, comfortable and air-conditioned. Check-in went smoothly and we were also given recommendations for places to visit and restaurants.
Friendly staff, clean room. No boiler at the room! Some rooms have not a transparent window. Good location. Recommend for short stay.
Nice, cosy and modern hotel. I appreciated to have a possibility to have a parking for an additional fee of 16 EUROS as I arrived by car. Only small disadvantage was that you could not book the parking in advance. I liked that the Hotel provided me a possibility to check in early. It is located about 20 minutes by foot from Torino Center. I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel has everything you expect from any hotel, plus breakfast and a little gym that you have to reserve in advance. The staff is super helpful. There isn’t very much to do in this area; unless you’re here for the Politecnico, I’d stay somewhere else. There’s a tram stop behind the building that connects with the downtown area. The rooms are fine, just very bare of color, not interesting at...
The price-to-quality ratio did not correspond to a 4-star hotel. The hotel, room, and breakfast were very modest. Around 10:00 there was no bread anymore. The only hot dish available was scrambled eggs and bacon, which were served by the staff. There was only one coffee machine, resulting in queues for coffee. The room floor was tiled, and you could hear every step of the neighbor, chair movements...
Room was big, comfortable and with everything you need. Breakfast was lovely and had so much variety. Staff was nice and polite at all times. You can find free parking in front of hotel, and tram is just a few minutes walk - so very convenient either way.

We are a family of five (5) that traveled to Turin for the first time and had the pleasure to stay at NH San Stefano. A beautiful , friendly and luxurious hotel. Very kind stuff, big and clean rooms, free wifi, big beds and bathroom. The breakfast offers lots of different choices. There's an espresso machine and you can prepare coffee or tea for yourself. I would definitely stay again

The best hotel staff I have ever encountered— the staff let us into the room early, went above and beyond with their recommendations and booking of restaurants (thank you Federica!) and were kind in every interaction. Amazing staff, who are really helpful to tourists. Nice garden to drink cocktails or coffee or even just to relax. With quiet rooms and good location. Would recommend for sure.
Best thing about this hotel was the arty reception ! Rooms basic but functional however pricey for you get. We ate in the restaurant on the first night. Food was a serious let down. Certainly not home made, bland, tasteless and overpriced. We ate out the next night. Would I stay here again, sadly no!
Had a super two day stay , reception staff were more than helpful, room was light and airy. Beds were very comfortable.good interior parking. Top quality food in restaurant. Breakfast was a bit of a mess not enough tables! And a miserable little pikee waitress with a big nose who was most obnoxious was the only negative thing. Great place !
Friendly and helpful staff!! Accommodation is good; only TV channels could be more. Nice breakfast buffet. It was winter during our stay, so the terrasse was closed. Hotel is 3kms away from city center, bus stop right next to hhe hotel. A few shops right next to the hotel (shoes, clothes, toys). A couple nice restaurants at walking distance, recommend Trattoria Amicizia!
Nice place to stay, was a good location and friendly people. The room was clean and large too, which is not common in Europe. Would stay again if I come to the area.
It's a nice quiet and good located hotel. It is very near the park and bus stations. It is also very close to supermarkets and shopping mall in the Parco Dora area.

This place worked really well for a short stay to Turin. I went with the lowest tier room (125€ a night in the middle of July) and it was exceptional. Breakfast was varied and has something for everyone. The best part is location, which is ideal...
The room is very tidy. Although some minor problems like TV not working, Kettle base connecting problem but hotel staff sorted out very quickly. The staff are very polite. The location is right next to metro station. Very convenient! And there are lots of nice restaurant around. Right beside hotel there is convenient stores as well. I enjoyed my stay there
Has potential, but our room was filthy and worn. Clumps of hair all over the floor. Mold in the bathroom. Shower floor had a big crack down the middle. The duvet/sheet on my bed had a hole in it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Nice robe and slippers. Conveniently located by the train station and center of the city. Good TV channels. Lots of sound transfer from the hallway.
