Torino, Via Saluzzo 7 🧭 Map
Good location. Clean rooms. Renovated. Breakfast is much expensive. Staff is ok. Noise from street is high (even from 4th floor). Price is high. Complimentary water should be in the rooms.
Great hotel in a very nice location close to a lot of cool bars, restaurants and the city centre of Turin. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms are super clean, comfy beds and a nice little balcony. Even though it was facing the street, it was very quite during the night. Everything you need for a weekend trip to Turin.
Great location close to the station and city center. Tasty breakfast. Comfortable rooms. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again!
Hotel Urbani is a 4 stars hotel contender no doubt, it currently ranks as a 3 stars but it’s definitely more than that. We asked for a room with a balcony we got it, there was works on the road by the side so we asked for another quieter room we got it. Staff are exceptionally friendly and very well spoken. We had a Welcome chocolate box, extra towels, extra pillows you name it! Recommended for a good...
Beautiful hotel, excellent location, very clean. Rooms with AC and all the amenities. Breakfast was excellent. And of course, pet friendly (we didn’t payed anything for them)! 🐕👏❤️
A small hotel in a side street with very nice employees offering good service. Room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was excellent. It is a bit small but good enough for most city trips, both for business and leisure. Price was very reasonable too. Not far from city centre and tourist attractions. We walked to all places in fact!

Great location and surroundings. Nice and clean hotel.
The hotel is a new building located outside the old city of Turin. Lots of parking space, it has beautiful gardens and alongside the river Po. Close to the city centre with tram and bus stops within 5mts walking distance. Very helpful staff.
A comfortable hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, close to restaurants and the river.
Great Hotel and location for me. Very quiet and superb Room..I've stayed before..Great parking and secure..a 45 minute walk into central Turin or Taxi.
Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, well equipped bathroom and splendid garden. The internet speed was satisfying for work.
Fabulous spacious room and bathroom. Lovely breakfast and very attentive barman for an evening cocktail.

What to say.....it seems to stay at the house, each Room is a beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and well cared for.congratulations
Good location, close to some bus stops, public parking strategy. Great room but a ridiculous breakfast. Polite, friendly and efficient staff.
A Hotel really special. The rooms are very spacious, as are apartments of different sizes and rooms of hotel classic. The board, particularly for that is to see the matches of Juventus, but also for those who must stand for long stays.

Nice place, spacious rooms, decent breakfast! Only concern is weak Wi-Fi.
My stay at the residence was absolutely great! The staff, all of it, from reception to cleaning and service, was absolutely nice, welcoming and helpful! I stayed there 14 days with my twin toddlers and I receive nothing else that help, kindness and understanding! I truly raccomend!
It's a pretty decent place to stay, the location is in a quiet place not in a busy city centre. Easy to commute via bus or tram. Staff is very courteous and polite. Good service from the staff. The rooms are pretty big , especially the one in which I stayed. Rooms are with a fully functional kitchen. Bed rooms with a beautiful balcony and view outside. There is a small public park with Fontana for...
The staffs are very caring and smiling. Cleaning staff do their job very well. very helpful and smiling people. towels are changed every day. Rooms are big, with kitchen, just as I wanted. Although it is far from where I work, I chose this place. no parking problem. There is a fitness room, during the covid period, you can reserve 1 hour and do sports alone.
A very wonderful hotel, excellent services and treatment at the level, thank you

Great hosting. The receptionists one by one were there every time I needed something and they helped always with a smile. The room was super comfi and the breakfast good. Thank you
Nice and clean, personnel discreet and friendly. Excellent restaurant where you have top quality and good value for your money (for Denmark standards). Breakfast is a must , excellent quality for all tastes including vegan, biological products etc.. Very pleasant stay.
Good hotel with convenient position for lingotto / hospital areas.
very clean and close to transport. half hour walk from the CDB. 2 mins to metro stop. right by the hospital. a little noisy in the mornings and evening because of the traffic. breakfast is included and quite good...but very italian...pastries and coffee. some cereal, meat/cheese and toast stuff too.
A little bit far away from the center but lovely staff
Nice place, near a metro station. The staff was always helpful and cordial. The rooms are a bit tiny but clean and in the end good for the price.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of the city center and very close to the last stop of the airport bus. Good size rooms, very clean, kind and helpful staff. A good choice in Torino.
Nice room a little bit narrow but comfy
Stayed here since 1994 in one of biz trip, my Principal booked this hotel for me, the room is clean & tidy, customer service is good too. Located within the shop houses, very convenient, will revisit them in the near future.
I stayed here for few days and the place is convenient and easily accessible
Very good hotel with a nice guy at the welcome office
Compact but has everything you need. Good for the price (I paid £80/night). Best bit about it is the location.

Great service & attention to detail. We enjoyed staying here! (Feb. 2021) And… we’re back! Just had an overnight stay: nice room and great breakfast, as always. Will be back!
Very good quality for money. Tidy, good breakfast and courteous staff.
For the price I paid it was an ok hotel. I had a single room and it was set up for that. It had everything that was needed, but you could see that the hotel was older as some of the things in the room needed repairing. The breakfast was better than expected.
Nice botique hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Decent complimentary breakfast.
Excellent location also for those who need to do the test at the polytechnic, clean rooms, breakfast a bit poor
The hotel is comfortable, offers a good breakfast, available parking fee that must be booked in advance, otherwise it is a bit difficult to find parking nearby

Good place for students but the staff usually doesnt allow fun for students with other nationalities
A friend of mine stays here. She says that it is a good place for students to stay.
great place for a student. It has opportunities of laundry service, gym, study room, bike service, common kitchen. It’s also close to Politecnico and a huge supermarket. So it’s convenient to stay here
Great Place. Very confortable and cozy
Review, campus sanpaolo. living there while doing my studies.editing review after actually living for 3months there. Pros 1. An environment of students more or less like any student campuss which was a plus for me 2. An available study room that can fit more or less 30 students, with a toilet next to it. 3. A big kitchen in the ground floor that has 8 electric gases devices with some shared fridges...
Barebones, cheap place to stay in Turin. It's clean, which is the most important thing. Supermarket across the road makes life easier. It's a student hall but also a hotel? Good for a night or two

Ottimo sotto tutyi i punti di vista!
Hotel is very old. Rooms are very small. Shower impossible to use if you are taller than 185 cm ...staff great and i would come bCk asking for bigger room next time
Very average hotel
Loved that there was a mini fridge in the room Close to the metro Friendly staff - reception available 24h Clean
Just what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. Nice bed, very clean, location close to the bus to the center, 10 minute walk to the Metro and close to a nice park. The neighborhood might look a little rough, but is just fine. At the price (€120 for 3 nights over a weekend), no doubt it's worth the money.
Everything was fine accept for thd breakfast.. They dont have bacon, egg and toasts.🙄🙄😜
Good value for the price. A nice place to stay in this are of the town.
Nice and clean room. Small and poor hall. Basic breakfast but ok. Nice position.
I loved everything there. The environment, the service, quality and everything.

Nice place ti live for staging
It’s far from the center and after 12.30 rarely come bus or Tram . The rate is high when you compare with other Hotel Residents in the center of city. But it is clean and apartments have kitchen. We don’t have air conditioning in our room (for apartment). Internet in our room is very slow but you can use high speeds in first floor. The negative point is with sharing contract we cannot give identity...
Awesome place to spend a couple of days. The breakfast options are not that diverse but are sufficient for your stay. It is well connected, you have a tram station nearby (3minutes) that will take you straight to the city center; as well as a bus station. As for the view... take a look for yourself, it is beautiful.
Great social housing/hotel concept. Combines social housing in Turin with hotel facilities for short stays. A concept I've not seen in the UK but seems to be a working business. The conditions at the hotel were brilliant and it's excellently placed within Turin, around 15 minutes from the airport. Rooms are well equipped and clean.
A hotel is discreet, with reasonable price and rooms pretty standard. Interesting position for those who are travelling by car, and also for those who use the means given the proximity of the tram. Unfortunately, the clientele of the hotel is what it is, you have to bear some noise at night and the front desk service is slow and undersized compared to the size of the structure.
Far enough away from the centre, by which it is connected by tram 4, the area is Not beautiful but.the hotel is very welcoming , very good.the price-quality relationship

Location was great. Kitchen and bathroom really need updating, lift was 'charming' and service was good most of the time.
Excellent location, clean and spacious rooms, nice staff. Nothing fancy, but a perfect place for visiting the old town, close to everything.
Nice hotel not fancy but old Italian style. But clean with excellent location to square and river po. Staff were nice.
Perfectly located hotel with delicious breakfast :) the rooms are a bit outdated, especially the bathrooms (although I know some have been upgraded). The hotel is placed at the 3rd floor but there’s an elevator (also old but very specific). I would definitely recommend the hotel!
Very central. If booked early enough including parking for (rental) car. Old Torino building with lots of Charme. Very friendly. Simple room. Clean. Tramway loud. Earplugs recommended. Air conditioning working fine. Bed comfortable. Guest since many many years. Thank you
The service is nice. Nevertheless, the shower is relatively small. For a person who is bigger than average, it may be problematic. The breakfast is good, but the variety is relatively small. It can be better a bit.

Pros: - Helpful staff - Rooms supplied with toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner - Hair dryer supplied - Plenty of storage space - Black out curtains Cons: - Gets hot in the night
Very good 3 star hotel, close to Torino FC stadium and tram/bus line to city centre 👌
Overall: The place is a bit outdated regarding decor and furnitures and not spotless regarding cleanness, however they do clean the rooms and change towels every day unless you put the DoNotDisturb card outside. Aircon works, but not the top end. Our room had a bit of cigarette odor, but not sure how,as it was forbidden in the whole hotel. All this is balanced by really good staff, they get 5* from me...
Overall it was a nice experience, but the shower was very small and bed matress was OK. Breakfast was good with variety of food.

We had a perfect stay here! Rooms are big, new and very clean. Good location and everything ran smoothly
Location was good, not too far away from the city center. The whole hotel vibe is very nice and modern, with emphasis on adventure and sharing. The room (610), however, left some to be desired. To start, the bunk was not stable at all and any movement on the top bed caused the whole structure to rock, which would produce a very annoying high pitch sound. The bathroom also had a (frosted) window to...
There has a great environment in the room and the device and the details were amazing especially you are a tourist. Maybe the only Bad things to me is that I missed the cleanup time so I live here for two nights but didn’t get a room cleaning service.
It was fine, but not great, the room a bit lacked care and maintenance, but nothing too gross. For the same price I'd try to stay somewhere else next time
Clean Rooms, good location. During our stay it was 25 degrees plus outside and the air conditioner did not work. When asked if it could be repaired service staff said it would not be turned on until two weeks later. Breakfast was nothing special with dry cornettos and a small array of ham.
Great rooms but very rude service in the lobby. The bald mister in the reception should be taught manners for sure.

Nice hotel in general, cozy rooms and comfortable beds, the first night was really nice, despite the heating was a bit to much turned on. Strategically situated in the 'Historic Center” of Turin. Surrounded by several cafes and there is a 'giardino' a few steps away where you can relax and watch the fountains. Reception staff are great; helpful, polite and professional. They always greet you with a big friendly smile and a 'buongiorno'. When exiting the hotel, there's a pharmacy on the left. Food available at side restaurant Marechiaro, good pizza and all kind of food at any time up to 3 a.m. light dinner or piemontese recipes, vegan /vegetarian food available. Worth more than a visit
My room was way too small and the bathroom tiny. It felt there was no ventilation, no fresh air coming to the room. In addition, the heating wasn’t working and so the room was too cold. When I asked about it at the reception they told me that they only turn the heat on for a couple of hours in the morning and a couple of hours in the evening. Meanwhile it was 8 degrees outside.
