A small hotel in a side street with very nice employees offering good service. Room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was excellent. It is a bit small but good enough for most city trips, both for business and leisure. Price was very reasonable too. Not far from city centre and tourist attractions. We walked to all places in fact!

Really convenient location right next to the main train station. Great room with good amenities and A/C. Very nice breakfast buffet, continental with an Italian flavour to it. Staff was nice and helpful. We extended the stay via Booking.com, front desk staff told us we should have arranged it with them - we would have gotten a discount. We'll do so next time.

A Hotel really special. The rooms are very spacious, as are apartments of different sizes and rooms of hotel classic. The board, particularly for that is to see the matches of Juventus, but also for those who must stand for long stays.

very clean and close to transport. half hour walk from the CDB. 2 mins to metro stop. right by the hospital. a little noisy in the mornings and evening because of the traffic. breakfast is included and quite good...but very italian...pastries and coffee. some cereal, meat/cheese and toast stuff too.

We were in Turin for a conference in Lingotto. The hotel was everything we asked for - a clean, cozy, well located hotel (metro at the door, 2 stations to Porta Nuova and 2 stations to Lingotto). The best feature of Hotel Plaza is the staff, everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. Would come back.

I stayed in hotel Plaza during a conference in Lingotto center. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs since it was only 2 metro station away from the conference site and Turin city center. Everything was always clean and the staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. I really enjoyed the time spent there.

The location is moderate I asked for a queen bed in booking and I got two single beds. The bathroom was small! Too small and the shower was old. For that price level I expect more, much more. Especially when it's further away from the city. The streets are noisy as well.

Polite courteous staff. Ready to help male your stay pleasant and restful. Comfortable quiet rooms with individually controlled heating/cooling system, television, telephone, WiFi (cost is extra) and a free to use with personal items table refrigerator which is already stocked with a half liter bottle of mineral water.

This hotel was at historical part of the Turin. Which has very beautiful rooms and polite staffs. In addition this place was 30 min from city's center and near to river dora.

The location is great - next to the train station and close to attractions. The hotel itself is pretty run down, but there's hot water. The breakfast is so-so.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was comfortable. I liked that they had where to put two suitcases. The breakfast was not bad although not very varied. Furniture very old and not taken care of. The awning blind is detached from its anchors in the past and has never been replaced, the phone in the shower is almost completely obstructed by the limestone, on the floor are traces of adhesive that probably in the past needed to hold a mat, the cabinet of the television is half-wrecked. We were worried after seeing some Google reviews after booking, but staff was very nice, and our room on the first floor was big, clean, bathroom seemed rather new. The price is reasonable, however, the room are very dated, it seems as though the rooms haven't been updated since the 1970s. The room was clean, the the location was great, and the staff was friendly. The room were just dark and dated. I can't say I would recommend or not, it depends on the price of the hotels in area.
