Hilton Turin Centre
Torino, Via dell'Arcivescovado 18 🧭 Map
We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too.
The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.
Great location, staff and cleanliness!
Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms. TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm.
Good hotel, good price. But, for 5 stars you would expect a bit more. And, furthermore the rooms are very far away... we needed to walk to the first floor and then cross to the other block.
Room was really far away from main entrance. And its very difficult to reach exit because hotel has many blocks. Spa was not included. They offer only few hot dishes for breakfast. I think for a 5 stars hotel i would expect more.
Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel maybe 4, went for the kids club for our 7 yr old it was a joke, a bunch of kids crammed into a tinny room. Our room was very nice and large but It was so hot and only 1 small window opened we complained all 5 days and they did nothing. Staff not helpful at all

The hotel is very conveniently located and it is dog friendly which was why we stopped here for the night. The air condition didn't work in the room. There's a fan but it wasn't an AC. Our room had a dirty slipper, an open and half used bar of soap and a half bottle of water on one of the nightstands. The gym was a couple of machines placed on a corridor above the breakfast area which was completely...
Highly recommended. Great memory with this hotel during Juventus USA camp. Next to Juventus team 1 training field and kid even got a few of autographs.
Good sized rooms, with nice finishes and some lovely amenities. They give you shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Lots of towels. Comfy beds and extra pillows upon request. Themed decor is a nice touch. The towel warmer never worked. And the rain shower head needs a good clean because the spray is going everywhere instead of down on you. Great counter space at the sink. Service at the front desk was...
Very nice and stylish hotel. Extra points if you are a Juventus fan 👍🏼 very close to the stadium. More extra points if you’re Muslim because it has a bidet (shattaf)
We had a great stay at the J Hotel and give it a solid 4-star hotel that opened in 2019 located about a good 15-minute drive from the city center. Stayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.
Rooms very clean, excellent breakfast and great location. Definitely a great staying, pity was that the fire alarm went on at 3am but it happens
The property was really good, in 5mins walking distance from torino porta susa station. Fantastic bar, absolutely clean rooms. Our room had a bath tub which was really big and lovely. Our only complaint is the lack of Tea/coffee setup in the room,I mean.. a kettle isnt a big ask. Nevertheless we would surely book this hotel again if we are in this region.
Perfect hotel! We stayed here for 5 days. Great location, just in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and the metro station. 2 mins away, there are also tram lines! On the same street, there is a nice cafe. The rooms are very spacious, very clean, with a nice wardrobe. The breakfast buffet is a super generous spread with a lovely staff. The lounge area is also very nice. Only complaint is, there...
Stayed here for 3 nights. Big shoutout to Francesco at the bar for keeping me company for a couple hours, and teaching me some (more) Italian, while I waited for my taxi to the airport. Additionally, I’d like to thank the receptionist who checked me in. I didn’t catch his name but he was working the night shift on the 3rd June, 2025. He was very kind, and sympathetic to the fact of my sheer exhaustion...
Had a stay here a few weeks ago on my trip to Turin. The hotel was well situated about a 30 minute walk away from the Piazza and mole.
The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were well kept. The doors need to be shut tightly though. Staff members were accommodating and surprisingly as a complimentary checked me in early when all I wanted to do was leave my luggage.

I stayed there for three nights! The room was clean, but a bit old-fashioned. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was ideal because it was close to the train and bus station. However, I found the front office team slow and lacking empathy during the evening shift, and the restaurant maitre was harshly reprimanding the young waiters with a loud voice during dinner. Despite these issues, I...
One of the topmost hotels in Torino, a four-star one with a very convenient location, nearly in front of the central railway station, Torino Porta Nuova. The hotel is worthy of its 4-star rating, even though the rooms are not very large. However, everything is modern, clean and tidy, and with adequate facilities. Checking in at the reception was quite cumbersome, definitely a bit slow. However, it...
The rooms are nice and clean but the breakfast is quite poor. Very weak coffee, low quality pastries, low quality fruit and cheese selection... i expected more form a 4 star hotel
This is an old style luxury hotel. I would even say old fashioned, but in a charming way.
We stayed in a junior suite that was nicely decorated but could use some touch ups here and there.
Breakfast was nice but nothing exceptional.

Great location, elegant hotel with grand features and very helpful staffduring my stay.
Breakfast was a good selection each morning. I had dinner one evening in the restaurant too. Food was great on all occasions.
A traditional, typical stylish hotel in the heart of Turin. Right across from the main train station, and easy walking distance for the numerous museums, parks and sights of the city.
Yes, it was such a wonderful experience! We stayed 4 nights in the beginning of September for our very first visit to Turin. First they put us in a room which is a bit noisy, next day they switched us to a inner and much quieter room without question when I mentioned. Great location in the centre of Turin. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful old building with comfortable rooms.
The location is very good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the film museum, which has Cameron's works. The hotel is also very clean. The room is large in Europe.
For me the best in Turin, excellent value for money
The room is very clean and the hotel is in a good location. There is a square in front of the door. There are cheese and vegetables for sale in the morning. There are often various activities in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. It's very happy! The waiter is very nice. I will stay here again next time.

Good enough service for the price paid.
Hotel located at the northern entrance to the city, between the green and industrial zones. Relatively quiet and close to the tram (200-300 m) which leads to the city center (allow 15-20 minutes). Spacious room, fairly well-equipped. Fairly generous breakfast buffet (for €15, it can...). Overall, good value for money.
I hated the room I paid almost 190 euros for one night! It smells the insects killing spray! The shower was broken! And I the bathroom waste can was not clean and had those ear cleaning thing inside
Location is not that great because it is in a very secluded area.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
The rooms were just fine.
The breakfast is mostly sweet based items and remains the same for everyday.
I will start with a couple of negatives, the settee in the room had 2 largish cigarette burns on one of the seats, when pouring, the water from the kettle would go over the surface. Finally, the windows when closed are not sound proofed at all, there was a group of guests sat down by the pool till very late, they was very loud and jumping in the pool. Called down to reception who went and spoke with...

Perfect location in the centre of town. Rooms could do with a few tweaks… more USB sockets, particularly next to the bed; a couple of types of pillow (bit firmer would have helped); a duvet in a duvet cover not just between two huge sheets; milk (even UHT) for the travellers who like a bit of milk in their morning tea; a shower that doesn’t require gymnastic ability to get in and out of the bath tub...
Perfect location, amazing blend of historic luxury and new tech amenities. The service was professional, friendly and top notch. They helped us with everything we needed, the breakfast was delicious. Good facilities and hotel rooms are clean. All staffs are very nice and helpful.
Outside was cold i called housekeeping to address the problem of heater they came 1 hr late and she was explaining me over the phone how to fix the problem. Hotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . We appreciate they were able to accommodate us last minute but the place needs a lot of work, starting with a deep cleaning.
A good hotel. Great service. Bus stop nearby. Supermarket nearby.
Great experience for business. Spacious rooms. Upper floors offer a great view and, if you're lucky, even a small balcony. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are not fully soundproof but still quiet. Excellent breakfast. The restaurant offers a good variety of dishes and the food is very good. Good value for money
Not far of the city center nice location good rooms the most important very helpful staff Matteo ,Giulia and Natalia they r the best very flexible ,welcoming, understanding and hard worker
Rooms (and whole building) are too hot during the cold seasons. Keeping 25degC or more is too hot when outside is less than 20degC. It is even hard to sleep. We were not able to lower the room temperature to less than 23degC, which is still not comfortable for sleeping.

This stay was top-tier. We were here for a wedding and they cheerfully accommodated to the highest order.
A standout of this hotel is its staff, who never make you feel awkward or as if you are asking too much. I have to single out for particular praise, Francesco, Claudio, & Manuelo, who as I learned was staging and who should do very well with his friendly demeanor. I only hope the hotel Concord...
This place worked really well for a short stay to Turin. I went with the lowest tier room (125€ a night in the middle of July) and it was exceptional. Thee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.
Amazing! We will definitely come back.
The location was perfect, the staff was exceptional, and the room was wonderful (although the almost see-through doors to the bathroom were not welcomed), the breakfast buffet was delicious, the bar staff amazing, and the hospitality we felt made our last two night in Italy memorable.

A good business hotel, the room is clean, the breakfast is good, but for us, the location a bit far from the landmarks and our destination.
We went for Juventus Match, and it was a bit far from the Allianz Stadium. You might need to check the location from your destination in Turin. But overall a good hotel.
The hotel is old, but relatively clean. The facilities are just average, and it looks very old. It's OK for a one-night stay. Parking is convenient, but I don't have a deep impression.

So the hotel in itself is not so bad, it's pretty clean, the cleaning people do a really great job and the breakfast is decent. Nice hotel. Big clean room. Very quite.
Service was good, room service was also good, not too expensive (the service charge).
Location wise is not central, as is on the site of the old Fiat factory. But is close (walking distance to the metro, that provide easy access to the city centre.
Free parking
The room is big enough, but the room is poorly equipped. There is no coffee or coffee machine, and no electric kettle for boiling water. The front desk service attitude is very average. The hygiene is OK. The restaurant service is very good.
This is one of the few hotels I stayed in Italy that I was very satisfied with. The room was big enough, the surrounding area was convenient, and the price was right. Even during the Turin Winter Games, the price did not increase. It is worth recommending.
The various references to the history of Turin and Fiat are pleasant, and the service and staff are kind, but overall, the property feels quite cold and not very inviting. The room was okay, although the bed was not on par with those in many other NH hotels. The breakfast was absolutely disappointing—very standard, with poor-quality cappuccinos and truly basic offerings. We expected much better.
Turin hotel is a good choice and convenient for travel!
Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you. The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Take the lift up to the old test track in the roof where there's a gallery and cafe / bar. You also walk the historic test track and take in amazing views of the Alps.

Service at breakfast is excellent, Jasmine knew what we wanted by the second morning (oat milk cappuccino!). Kind and friendly staff!
WONDERFUL HOTEL AND STAFF
My wife and I have spent four nights in this hotel. Everything was fantastic! Our room was spacious and classy; the common areas were extremely clean and elegant; the breakfast was very rich and tasty; cocktails served at their bar were among the best we have ever had; the SPA, a must-do.

The hotel is kitsch to the max, which I loved. Kitsch rooms, kitsch bar, and wonderfully kitsch Egyptian themed spa. Was on a business trip for 2 nights. Clean and spacious rooms, very very courteous staff and pleasant stay. Location- perfect- 2 min walk from Porta Susa. Overall 5/5.
A traditional old prestige hotel. It looks old but clean.
Good location in city centre. Walking distance to most of the sightseeing place. Next to bus, metro and train station. But it needs to improve the quality of the breakfast supply.
I stayed in a single room for many times. The first time I stayed in 307, the hot water tap had to run for a very long time before it could get hot. Several waiters came, but they didn't understand why it wasn't hot, and they didn't change it. In the end, I had to wash my hair, and it got hot almost after I finished washing.
