Location is not that great because it is in a very secluded area. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were just fine. The breakfast is mostly sweet based items and remains the same for everyday.

Perfect hotel if you are going to Kappa Futur Festival - staff are amazing and look after you very well making sure you are having a good party. Shuttle bus to and from festival runs every hour so had no stress at all with travel. Will definitely stay here again👍

Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you. The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Take the lift up to the old test track in the roof where there's a gallery and cafe / bar. You also walk the historic test track and take in amazing views of the Alps.

The hotel is excellent for those attending conferences at Lingotto Convention Centre. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, the hotel has a character that brings to mind the old "factory" days. There is a shopping mall 2 min from the hotel entrance, very convenient.

I guess a lot depends on what you need a hotel for at any point in time. If you're attending a conference around the Lingotto area of Torino, then you really can't go too wrong with NH Lingotto, but for access to the city centre it's a bit unwieldy especially if the metro is shut for upgrading as it was this week. Stayed for one night. Fantastic hotel set in the old fiat factory. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very bright and clean. Only a few minutes to the city on metro. The terrace was amazing. The room was phenomenal, the service was outstanding. Luca at the front desk was absolutely stellar. We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.

Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms. TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm.

Probably one of the best hotels if not the best in Torino , the staff is very welcoming and helpful with any request. Everyone speaks more or less perfect English and is always ready to help out with any request you may have, from drinks, help in the room, recommendations for restaurants. Stayed here for more than one week and every request was met with a smile and quick and prompt service.

Not recommended!!! How is it possible that a 4 star hotel, will face a problem for a long time and can't provide hot water at the beginning of the day when most of the people here were for business. Room was in smallest possible way and used a classic big key rather than a small card. Location was almost close to city center, and Staff were very nice and supportive. For solo traveller, the single room is a convenient option for a good value for money. The receptionist gave me good restaurants recommendation. The city center is only 25min walk away. There is everything needed at breakfast. Only negatives point is the soundproofing in the room.

The hotel is a 2-3 km walk from the center, parking is possible in the underground garage. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, the selection is good and it is replenished regularly. Nice, cosy and modern hotel. I appreciated to have a possibility to have a parking for an additional fee of 16 EUROS as I arrived by car. Only small disadvantage was that you could not book the parking in advance. I liked that the Hotel provided me a possibility to check in early. Best thing about this hotel was the arty reception ! Rooms basic but functional however pricey for you get. We ate in the restaurant on the first night. Food was a serious let down. Very friendly staff. Very well located. Family room very big. Building may look a bit old (used to be called Astoria) but perfectly acceptable for me and for my experience.

Not just a beautiful hotel! A piece of history in car manufacturing ! FIAT ( now FCA: Fiat Chrysler Autom.) in the past made cars inside the Lingotto building and tested each one on the roof speedway. Staying at the hotel you can visit the hi-tec roof.

Good hotel. Nice style and spacious rooms than in some cases begin to be in need of maintenance. Room service must be improved.

The hotel was so beautiful and rustic but the staff is what really makes the hotel so amazing. Everyone was so accommodating and me and my mother felt right at home. We received so much help regarding booking various sites and recommendations for restaurants and such that it really was incredible. I cannot wait to come back to visit again and now my colleagues in Italy will also get to have the same...

What a great surprise in Turin. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and well appointed. The balcony from our room was spacious and included a large couch, table and view of the street below. The steam shower was an extra bonus that was not expected. The staff was helpful and friendlier than you could ever expect. The restaurant offers a fantastic menu and wine selection while not being too expensive...
