The location was perfect, the staff was exceptional, and the room was wonderful (although the almost see-through doors to the bathroom were not welcomed), the breakfast buffet was delicious, the bar staff amazing, and the hospitality we felt made our last two night in Italy memorable.
Rooms and staff are amazing. The spa is not really just a spa-the hotel lets families use it as a hotel pool. Don’t expect any relaxing time here. When mentioned, the spa staff recommended we detail this issue in our review.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly, easy check-in, the lobby area where the bar had a lovely atmosphere, people relaxing or having drinks, very nice atmosphere. The room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was very nice. This is a true 5 star hotel, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Special thank you to Flavio who makes the best Negroni's and is so interesting and...
Lovely stay. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. The offerings at breakfast were generous, delicious and varied. We met and spoke to Francesca who was delightful. We were so happy to see Greek yoghurt as this is a staple of our diets and not easy to find while away in Europe. We rented a car and the valet was very efficient and seemless dropping it off each evening and picking it up...
Surly one of the best hotels: Super service. Great breakfast. Highly professional attentive stuff. Clean to the highest standards. Very comfortable beds. Best spa. Best location in Torino.

We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.
Great location, staff and cleanliness!
Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms. TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm.
Good hotel, good price. But, for 5 stars you would expect a bit more. And, furthermore the rooms are very far away... we needed to walk to the first floor and then cross to the other block.
Room was really far away from main entrance. And its very difficult to reach exit because hotel has many blocks. Spa was not included. They offer only few hot dishes for breakfast. I think for a 5 stars hotel i would expect more.
Everything super I recommend

Second stay and same pleasure. Neat decoration, excellent breakfast. We liked the suite. The location is perfect.
The hotel is in a fairly quiet location, but also close enough to reach the center of Turin and all its artistic beauties, etc. Clean, carefully thought out down to the last detail, it is the ideal setting for a holiday in complete relaxation. This hotel is a nice gem 💎 of pure elegance and style. Decently priced and in a great location...forget about parking though...it's impossible to find any around here, unless you pay for it (1 min walk from the hotel)
Wonderful hotel, right in the city center. The hotel is walking distance from every major landmark in the city. The room are clean and spacious. Nice decor. Breakfast is very good. Very good hotel in a typical historic building. Clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly and kind. I will surely come back!

I stayed here for several nights. The staff were all very nice. However, there is no water kettle in room for me to boil some water. Turino is very cool after raining. It's about 7'C this morning. 05 2016

Excellent view of the river. Modern rooms, breakfast was dencent but the locations is not very convenient.
I was there for business, hotel is just front of the river. I choose it for the location but Construction and rooms are behind of expectation. BQH is expensive against its conditions. Also they were selling bottle of water in the room.
Amazing wee hotel and fabulous room...all mod cons taken care of ie kettle..tv etc...room/bathroom look all new and fresh...very very clean...breakfast was amazing...was a very fancy stay...highly recommend. Ps receptionist was really lovely, helpful and very professional...would definitely stay again.
Mmmm. The rooms were high quality, luxurious, comfortable and quiet - 5 star. Great view of the River Po - 5 star. Not welcoming. Also, no restaurant and no bar despite having suitable rooms designated for...
We stayed at this hotel from 3 August until 5 August 2022. Nice hotel, bedroom with a nice view on the river Po. Breakfast complete. Very friendly staff. Location near bus stop for going to Turin (bus line 67). Even though it was hot outside, the AC was functioning well.
Located on the river Po this is a cheap accommodation that offers a basic but clean experience. Parking is available outside the structure. There is no restaurant available on site and very few decent offering in the area. Internet is weak. Awesome service, the receptionists at the desk are very friendly and really helpfull. Rooms are clean, nice and quiet. Its also not far from the city, you can just take the bus 33 and be at the city centre in about 10 min.
The hotel has everything you expect from any hotel, plus breakfast and a little gym that you have to reserve in advance. The staff is super helpful. There isn’t very much to do in this area; unless you’re here for the Politecnico, I’d stay somewhere else. There’s a tram stop behind the building that connects with the downtown area. The rooms are fine, just very bare of color, not interesting at...
Clean and modern. Requires a tram/bus ride to they to the city centre. Nothing too hectic though.
The price-to-quality ratio did not correspond to a 4-star hotel. The hotel, room, and breakfast were very modest. Around 10:00 there was no bread anymore. The only hot dish available was scrambled eggs and bacon, which were served by the staff. There was only one coffee machine, resulting in queues for coffee. The room floor was tiled, and you could hear every step of the neighbor, chair movements...
Room was big, comfortable and with everything you need. Breakfast was lovely and had so much variety. Staff was nice and polite at all times. You can find free parking in front of hotel, and tram is just a few minutes walk - so very convenient either way.
We had a great stay, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very clean and modern bathroom as well. All the spaces are very modern and well maintained. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Very nice buffet at breakfast, with a large variety of options. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back next time I am in Turin !

My stay at the residence was absolutely great! The staff, all of it, from reception to cleaning and service, was absolutely nice, welcoming and helpful! I stayed there 14 days with my twin toddlers and I receive nothing else that help, kindness and understanding! I truly raccomend!

great place for a student. It has opportunities of laundry service, gym, study room, bike service, common kitchen. It’s also close to Politecnico and a huge supermarket. So it’s convenient to stay here
Great Place. Very confortable and cozy

Overall: The place is a bit outdated regarding decor and furnitures and not spotless regarding cleanness, however they do clean the rooms and change towels every day unless you put the DoNotDisturb card outside. Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you. The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Take the lift up to the old test track in the roof where there's a gallery and cafe / bar. You also walk the historic test track and take in amazing views of the Alps.
The hotel is excellent for those attending conferences at Lingotto Convention Centre. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, the hotel has a character that brings to mind the old "factory" days. There is a shopping mall 2 min from the hotel entrance, very convenient.
Excellent hotel, brilliant location next to a shopping mall full of places to eat and shop. Rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant in the hotel had a wide variety of food for breakfast and the evening meals were delicious and affordable. The track on the roof was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this hotel! Cannot fault it.
I guess a lot depends on what you need a hotel for at any point in time. If you're attending a conference around the Lingotto area of Torino, then you really can't go too wrong with NH Lingotto, but for access to the city centre it's a bit unwieldy especially if the metro is shut for upgrading as it was this week. Taxi cost from airport is 45-47€, and to central station around €11. We paid around ...

The room is very tidy. Although some minor problems like TV not working, Kettle base connecting problem but hotel staff sorted out very quickly. The staff are very polite. The location is right next to metro station. Very convenient! And there are lots of nice restaurant around. Right beside hotel there is convenient stores as well. I enjoyed my stay there

Best thing about this hotel was the arty reception ! Rooms basic but functional however pricey for you get. We ate in the restaurant on the first night. Food was a serious let down. Certainly not home made, bland, tasteless and overpriced. We ate out the next night. Would I stay here again, sadly no!

A great hotel. Our room was quite large and very comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent. The staff are always friendly and eager to please. On a nice day the top floor terrace gives a nice view of Turin (including the mountains). Very much recommend this hotel.
