We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.

Great location, staff and cleanliness!

Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms. TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm.

Good hotel, good price. But, for 5 stars you would expect a bit more. And, furthermore the rooms are very far away... we needed to walk to the first floor and then cross to the other block.

Room was really far away from main entrance. And its very difficult to reach exit because hotel has many blocks. Spa was not included. They offer only few hot dishes for breakfast. I think for a 5 stars hotel i would expect more.

Very well located, the hotel has a very nice staff ! The rooms are descent and comfortable but a bit old school. The view form the window was great though. We had a good deal booking from the hotel website but I found the parking was quite expensive (39 eur per day).

Location is 10 min walking from Torino Porta Nuova. Very close to via Roma and touristic area. Everything was perfect. The bathroom is good equipped.

Awesome service, the receptionists at the desk are very friendly and really helpfull. Rooms are clean, nice and quiet. Its also not far from the city, you can just take the bus 33 and be at the city centre in about 10 min.

This hotel was at historical part of the Turin. Which has very beautiful rooms and polite staffs. In addition this place was 30 min from city's center and near to river dora.

I'm sitting at the lobby while I write this review. The hotel staff is fantastic, welcoming and accommodating, for more than one I needed something or a small favor and they went above and beyond. Due to covid breakfast was a bit poor, non the less with good quality. Good location and great cost benefit equation.

Placed near Eataly and a mall, but excep this not a good location to be. Rooms are confortable and people working at the hotel is nice. Restaurant need improvement as very long time needs to be waited for dinner .

The setting is the real star here, staying in the old Lingotto factory is a privilege. The rooms are large and spacious and the nods to the car history are welcome but not intrusive. I have been three nights in the hotel. The rooms are large, clean, and functional equipped. The room service is very good. The breakfast has a large selection and is very delicious. The hotel is build in the old fiat production building, with a shopping center in the first floor and a test track on the roof. You can get a free Ticket to visit it at the reception.

I really liked the hotel! Responsive staff and excellent room cleaning. Clean, tidy, excellent breakfasts with a wide variety of fruits and Italian pastries! The only negative is the incredibly noisy air conditioner in the room.

Nice, cosy and modern hotel. I appreciated to have a possibility to have a parking for an additional fee of 16 EUROS as I arrived by car. Only small disadvantage was that you could not book the parking in advance. I liked that the Hotel provided me a possibility to check in early. It is located about 20 minutes by foot from Torino Center. I had a pleasant stay.

Best thing about this hotel was the arty reception ! Rooms basic but functional however pricey for you get. We ate in the restaurant on the first night. Food was a serious let down. The hotel itself is good and comfortable, however it’s kind far from city centre. I can’t understand how Accor doesn’t have any central accommodation in a such big city like Turin. And sadly on my stay they forgot to offer me courtesy drink for member during my check in.
