We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.

Great location, staff and cleanliness!

Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms. TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm.

Good hotel, good price. But, for 5 stars you would expect a bit more. And, furthermore the rooms are very far away... we needed to walk to the first floor and then cross to the other block.

Room was really far away from main entrance. And its very difficult to reach exit because hotel has many blocks. Spa was not included. They offer only few hot dishes for breakfast. I think for a 5 stars hotel i would expect more.

Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel maybe 4, went for the kids club for our 7 yr old it was a joke, a bunch of kids crammed into a tinny room. Our room was very nice and large but It was so hot and only 1 small window opened we complained all 5 days and they did nothing. Staff not helpful at all

It is a very clean and comfortable hotel, it has a wonderful breakfast and makes you feel like you are in a good place.

Thee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.

Rooms and staff are amazing. The spa is not really just a spa-the hotel lets families use it as a hotel pool. Don’t expect any relaxing time here. When mentioned, the spa staff recommended we detail this issue in our review.

Located on the river Po this is a cheap accommodation that offers a basic but clean experience. Parking is available outside the structure. The hotel is a 2-3 km walk from the center, parking is possible in the underground garage. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, the selection is good and it is replenished regularly. Nice, cosy and modern hotel. I appreciated to have a possibility to have a parking for an additional fee of 16 EUROS as I arrived by car. Only small disadvantage was that you could not book the parking in advance. I liked that the Hotel provided me a possibility to check in early. Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you. The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Take the lift up to the old test track in the roof where there's a gallery and cafe / bar. You also walk the historic test track and take in amazing views of the Alps.

I guess a lot depends on what you need a hotel for at any point in time. If you're attending a conference around the Lingotto area of Torino, then you really can't go too wrong with NH Lingotto, but for access to the city centre it's a bit unwieldy especially if the metro is shut for upgrading as it was this week. Rooms (and whole building) are too hot during the cold seasons. Keeping 25degC or more is too hot when outside is less than 20degC. It is even hard to sleep. We were not able to lower the room temperature to less than 23degC, which is still not comfortable for sleeping. The maintenance of the hotel is not very good (loose shower and kettle not working). This place worked really well for a short stay to Turin. I went with the lowest tier room (125€ a night in the middle of July) and it was exceptional. We found ourselves with an apartment with a double bed with a space from the wall of only a scarce 10 cm. There is no lift, because I should have requested the need for the lift in the particular notes. The lady from the review was available to accompany the luggage to the apartment.

Fantastic boutique hotel close to Porta Nuova

I can really recommend the appartamento with small kitchen corner and beautiful brick ceiling. Very Italian, very nice! The location is also perfect with many great restaurants within walking distance from the Hotel! There would be 5 stars if there was a view!

Blast the Arctic Outpost AM radio and drink an espresso. The rooms are very cool and lovely and artistically decorated. Also, clean and cozy. The area is very close to that enormous Saturday flea market, so don't plan on sleeping in on Saturday morning. We had a lovely visit. Good enough service for the price paid.

Hotel located at the northern entrance to the city, between the green and industrial zones. Relatively quiet and close to the tram (200-300 m) which leads to the city center (allow 15-20 minutes). Spacious room, fairly well-equipped. Fairly generous breakfast buffet (for €15, it can...). Overall, good value for money.

I hated the room I paid almost 190 euros for one night! It smells the insects killing spray! The shower was broken! And I the bathroom waste can was not clean and had those ear cleaning thing inside

Location is not that great because it is in a very secluded area. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were just fine. The breakfast is mostly sweet based items and remains the same for everyday.

I will start with a couple of negatives, the settee in the room had 2 largish cigarette burns on one of the seats, when pouring, the water from the kettle would go over the surface. Great hotel, especially during Kappa Futur festival. Really nice and fun staff, they have fruit and chips ready for your return, music at the pool in the morning, free shuttle service. We had a great time! They did a fantastisch job!

Very spacious rooms but WiFi is not working.

Modern amenities. A little walk from shopping. Close to grocery. Close to a beautiful park.

Best place for a family we've ever stayed at. Immaculate, modern fixtures and furnishings. Great restaurant, friendly staff. Huge rooms. You do need a car, but parking is free. Extremely well priced for what you get.

Not just a beautiful hotel! A piece of history in car manufacturing ! FIAT ( now FCA: Fiat Chrysler Autom.) in the past made cars inside the Lingotto building and tested each one on the roof speedway. Staying at the hotel you can visit the hi-tec roof.

Good hotel. Nice style and spacious rooms than in some cases begin to be in need of maintenance. Room service must be improved.
