We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too.
The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.
Great location, staff and cleanliness!
Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms. TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm.
Good hotel, good price. But, for 5 stars you would expect a bit more. And, furthermore the rooms are very far away... we needed to walk to the first floor and then cross to the other block.
Room was really far away from main entrance. And its very difficult to reach exit because hotel has many blocks. Spa was not included. They offer only few hot dishes for breakfast. I think for a 5 stars hotel i would expect more.
Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel maybe 4, went for the kids club for our 7 yr old it was a joke, a bunch of kids crammed into a tinny room. Our room was very nice and large but It was so hot and only 1 small window opened we complained all 5 days and they did nothing. Staff not helpful at all

Perfect location in the centre of town. Rooms could do with a few tweaks… more USB sockets, particularly next to the bed; a couple of types of pillow (bit firmer would have helped); a duvet in a duvet cover not just between two huge sheets; milk (even UHT) for the travellers who like a bit of milk in their morning tea; a shower that doesn’t require gymnastic ability to get in and out of the bath tub...
Perfect location, amazing blend of historic luxury and new tech amenities. The service was professional, friendly and top notch. They helped us with everything we needed, the breakfast was delicious. I have stayed in few different hotels in Torino but this was by far the best experience, definitely worth the price. My only note would be to improve the cocktails at the bar, but the location is so great...
A truly wonderful hotel. The location is great, close to the train station, in walking distance to any of the museums, to the river and to many great restaurants. It’s a safe and lively area even at night.
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They all looked happy to work there which makes me happy to support the hotel as it seems very...
We had a very pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Sitea. The reception was warm and friendly, and we appreciated the offer to upgrade our room for a small additional cost – a nice touch. The staff at the front desk were consistently super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Rooms are traditional in style but well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and attentive...
My wife and I stayed for two weeks in May 2025. You can find out a lot about a hotel in that time. We both agreed at the end of our visit the consistence of living quality and friendly service was always the highest possible. The location was perfect. We could walk to most of the sites easily and the walks themselves were a pleasure. Every street was like a promenade meant to stroll and take in the...
Great location.

The room was spacious and the service was excellent.
The location right next to the train station is very convenient.
The restaurant was also quite good, and the included breakfast was decent.
I also tried dinner, which was good too. It exceeded my expectations!
Excellent location Extremely attentive employees could not have expected more especially when I had problems with charging my IT devices
The hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes.
Cleanliness: Why was the water from our room's kettle so cloudy? I don't understand. I hope the hotel will check the kettle in our room.
The shower gel 🧴 in the room smelled amazing, a classic European scent, I loved it...
If there would be 6 stars for a facility it would go to this hotel. Great team that runs the place, Amazing large rooms, italian design in good taste, superb breakfeast included , available parking. City centre location and in easy walking distance . Book directly with the hotel website. Surprisingly Better pricing. Highly highly reccomended...cant ask for more
This is a great hotel. It is the most satisfying hotel of my trip! I felt warm and the hygiene was great! The breakfast was also very rich! I highly recommend this hotel! Everything was wonderful!

It is a very clean and comfortable hotel, it has a wonderful breakfast and makes you feel like you are in a good place.
Thee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.
Amazing! We will definitely come back.
The location was perfect, the staff was exceptional, and the room was wonderful (although the almost see-through doors to the bathroom were not welcomed), the breakfast buffet was delicious, the bar staff amazing, and the hospitality we felt made our last two night in Italy memorable.
Rooms and staff are amazing. The spa is not really just a spa-the hotel lets families use it as a hotel pool. Don’t expect any relaxing time here. When mentioned, the spa staff recommended we detail this issue in our review.
Absolutely beautiful hotel.
The staff were very friendly, easy check-in, the lobby area where the bar had a lovely atmosphere, people relaxing or having drinks, very nice atmosphere.
The room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was very nice. This is a true 5 star hotel, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A beautiful, luxurious spa hotel in the heart of Turin. The room was exquisite, the spa, fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond for a special birthday trip. Highly recommend.
Great hotel with spa in the centre of town. Parking underneath too. Lovely breakfast. Spa was excellent and a swim in the indoor pool after a day of walking around beautiful Torino was very welcome.
Excellent hotel. Very well kept, feels like cared by it's own owners. Great atmosphere in the bar area, comfortable rooms and great location. Breakfast is superb (continental and hot plates). Service at breakfast is excellent, Jasmine knew what we wanted by the second morning (oat milk cappuccino!). Kind and friendly staff!
WONDERFUL HOTEL AND STAFF
My wife and I have spent four nights in this hotel. Everything was fantastic! Our room was spacious and classy; the common areas were extremely clean and elegant; the breakfast was very rich and tasty; cocktails served at their bar were among the best we have ever had; the SPA, a must-do.
Victoria Hotel is extremely well located, in the very heart of Turin, so one does not...
The hotel is kitsch to the max, which I loved. Kitsch rooms, kitsch bar, and wonderfully kitsch Egyptian themed spa. Spa was awesome - pool, hot tubs (quite cold - seems to be the style in Italy), sauna and steam rooms. Breakfast was fab and lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy it on. Staff let us leave our bags at reception too on checkout day. Would stay again!
Charming art deco/retro-style hotel in Turin’s city centre. Perfect location for walking to any sightseeing spots.
Great breakfast spread and has indoor spa/swimming pool.
Location is 10 min walking from Torino Porta Nuova. Very close to via Roma and touristic area. Everything was perfect. The bathroom is good equipped.

Clean room and good service
Very good, very close to the train station and very convenient
Great hotel for the money...
Recommended.
It was good, except that it is very close to the train station and during the whole night there is noise. And the insulation between the rooms is not good at all.
Not bad, very close to the train station and shopping spots. Breakfast is okay and very close to other supermarkets
It's also very convenient to eat nearby.
It takes less than 20 minutes to walk to the square and shopping spots.

Very beautiful and nice hotel, huge rooms with big windows, the view could be better
Very average breakfast and gym
The hotel is generally OK, the room is relatively simple
The area is very quiet, hygienic and clean. The hotel breakfast is simple but sufficient. I think it is very cost-effective.
The staff helped me without hesitation when I encountered an extremely embarrassing situation, thank you! The hotel room is spacious and clean. It is absolutely competitive among hotels of the same price. The equipment is complete and rich in variety. The staff is very friendly and efficient! I hope I will choose it again next time I go to Turin!
Nice - clean with friendly staff.
The air conditioner is not the best but the room is really good.

Room was very clean, updated and bed was comfortable. Hotel itself has basic services. There are many better places in the area to eat. We just were looking for a clean room to sleep that was in walking distance to the town centre and this was oerfect
Very helpful staff. Great location! However, the room was extremely tiny and the closed windows could not solve the extremely big noise during the night time!
Good
Friendly staff and nice hotel
Hotel was fine, although room was a bit warm. Long lines for check-in.
For us, it was very convenient to be near the train station. The room was nice, clean and quiet. We did experience too short power outages overnight. The staff spoke English and was very friendly.
Nice practical hotel for a stay in Turin, possibility to visit everything by foot. Dog friendly for an extra fee of 10€. The staff was welcoming, the room was clean. The only thing was the noise, Turin is VERY NOISY (lots of honking) and the hotel is unfortunately located right on a busy boulevard. No parking onsite, normal for a big city; can easily find street parking around.

Convenient location near the railway station, main attractions are 20 minutes walk away, comfortable beds, standard breakfasts, the hotel is suitable for 2-3 days of stay
What a place. The photos don't do it justice. I stayed here for 10 nights in March and it was fantastic.
The style is typical of the area. The staff could not be better. They really make the place what it is. Every person I met who worked there could not be more friendly or more helpful. Good location - less than 10 minute walk from the main train station.
If you're looking for somewhere to stay...
Stopped here at the beginning of our holiday in February. Really good location, about 10 mins walk from the main train station. And lots of restaurants and mini markets near by. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and happy to help with local advice. Good range of food for breakfast including Gluten Free options. Then a good base to explore the central shopping area and palace.
Good hotel, friendly staff, good location and good breakfast.
It is a great place to stay in Turin, quiet and clean room, very kid friendly and friendly staff. My husband said if the breakfast has a bit better coffee quality, that would be just perfect. Well, we are in Italy, coffee drinker country, that will be good to have a good coffee for a pleasant morning :)

The location is excellent. Just a few blocks from Piazza San Carlo. Restaurants on via Alberto excellent including the hotel bistro and bar. The desk staff is helpful and pleasant. Loved Jose. Interesting outdoor breakfast with turtles in the garden. Highly recommend.
The room is great. Walking into the inner building of this hotel is like walking into a Roman palace. The room is very large, with dry and wet separation, good hygiene, and very high ceilings. The room has a balcony, looking at the church opposite. It is very close to all places, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to both the attractions and Via Roma. The location is great! Serviced butler-style one-to...
Amazing vegan food and very friendly staff , thank you 🙏🏻
This is a small hotel in a separate building than the main hotel, right around the corner. Check in was at the main front desk as was breakfast. Check in was swift and polite. Room was fabulous. large, bright with frescos on the ceiling and a large, comfortable bed. Bathroom was also very large with a fabulous walk-in shower. Only complaint with the shower was it needs a light as it's a bit dark,...
Suites are in an elegant old mansion.
Staff was very helpful.
Excellent location.
I tried do do pictures but ceilings are too tall to see all the rooms.
🤣🤣🤣
we were guests of this beautiful building... very spacious and welcoming room, we also had a butler available, Mr. Marco...whom we thank very much for his courtesy, helpfulness and advice

Old building with reformed rooms. In general quite happy with my time there. Very comfortable beds. You can go walking everywhere. Very quiet area. The woman in the reception was really nice and kind.
Very good hotel in a typical historic building. Clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly and kind. I will surely come back!
The room was clean and comfortable. Staff very kind. Breakfast has everything you could want
I stayed here for several nights. The staff were all very nice. However, there is no water kettle in room for me to boil some water. Turino is very cool after raining. It's about 7'C this morning.
