The location was perfect, the staff was exceptional, and the room was wonderful (although the almost see-through doors to the bathroom were not welcomed), the breakfast buffet was delicious, the bar staff amazing, and the hospitality we felt made our last two night in Italy memorable.

Rooms and staff are amazing. The spa is not really just a spa-the hotel lets families use it as a hotel pool. Don’t expect any relaxing time here. When mentioned, the spa staff recommended we detail this issue in our review.

Lovely stay. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. The offerings at breakfast were generous, delicious and varied. We met and spoke to Francesca who was delightful. We were so happy to see Greek yoghurt as this is a staple of our diets and not easy to find while away in Europe. We were given an upgraded room and our suite was huge - plenty of room for 4 people (and having 2 toilets is an excellent feature). Beds were comfy too. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station, main tourist sights, and shopping areas.

Great location, staff and cleanliness!

Large rooms and great bathrooms. Do wish the rooms were a bit more modern in terms of the TVs, outlets, and wish carpet was cleaner or there was tile in the rooms. TV was very old with poor choices and there were no outlets or usb options near the bed making it difficult to charge my phone that I use for my alarm.

Good hotel, good price. But, for 5 stars you would expect a bit more. And, furthermore the rooms are very far away... we needed to walk to the first floor and then cross to the other block.

Room was really far away from main entrance. And its very difficult to reach exit because hotel has many blocks. Spa was not included. They offer only few hot dishes for breakfast. I think for a 5 stars hotel i would expect more.

Location is 10 min walking from Torino Porta Nuova. Very close to via Roma and touristic area. Everything was perfect. The bathroom is good equipped.

We stayed at this hotel from 3 August until 5 August 2022. Nice hotel, bedroom with a nice view on the river Po. Breakfast complete. Very friendly staff. Location near bus stop for going to Turin (bus line 67). Even though it was hot outside, the AC was functioning well.

Located on the river Po this is a cheap accommodation that offers a basic but clean experience. Parking is available outside the structure. There is no restaurant available on site and very few decent offering in the area. Internet is weak. My stay at the residence was absolutely great! The staff, all of it, from reception to cleaning and service, was absolutely nice, welcoming and helpful! I stayed there 14 days with my twin toddlers and I receive nothing else that help, kindness and understanding! I truly raccomend!

I'm sitting at the lobby while I write this review. The hotel staff is fantastic, welcoming and accommodating, for more than one I needed something or a small favor and they went above and beyond. Placed near Eataly and a mall, but excep this not a good location to be. Rooms are confortable and people working at the hotel is nice. Restaurant need improvement as very long time needs to be waited for dinner .

Overall: The place is a bit outdated regarding decor and furnitures and not spotless regarding cleanness,however they do clean the rooms and change towels every day unless you put the DoNotDisturb card outside. Aircon works,but not the top end. Our room had a bit of cigarette odor,but not sure how,as it was forbidden in the whole hotel. All this is balanced by really good staff,they get 5* from me...

Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you. The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Take the lift up to the old test track in the roof where there's a gallery and cafe / bar. You also walk the historic test track and take in amazing views of the Alps.

The hotel is excellent for those attending conferences at Lingotto Convention Centre. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, the hotel has a character that brings to mind the old "factory" days. There is a shopping mall 2 min from the hotel entrance, very convenient.

I guess a lot depends on what you need a hotel for at any point in time. If you're attending a conference around the Lingotto area of Torino, then you really can't go too wrong with NH Lingotto, but for access to the city centre it's a bit unwieldy especially if the metro is shut for upgrading as it was this week. Stayed for one night. Fantastic hotel set in the old fiat factory. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very bright and clean. Only a few minutes to the city on metro. Nice, cosy and modern hotel. I appreciated to have a possibility to have a parking for an additional fee of 16 EUROS as I arrived by car. Only small disadvantage was that you could not book the parking in advance. I liked that the Hotel provided me a possibility to check in early. Best thing about this hotel was the arty reception ! Rooms basic but functional however pricey for you get. We ate in the restaurant on the first night. Food was a serious let down. Certainly not home made, bland, tasteless and overpriced. We ate out the next night. Would I stay here again, sadly no!

Had a super two day stay , reception staff were more than helpful,room was light and airy. Beds were very comfortable.good interior parking. Top quality food in restaurant. The hotel itself is good and comfortable, however it’s kind far from city centre. I can’t understand how Accor doesn’t have any central accommodation in a such big city like Turin. And sadly on my stay they forgot to offer me courtesy drink for member during my check in.
