The location was perfect, the staff was exceptional, and the room was wonderful (although the almost see-through doors to the bathroom were not welcomed), the breakfast buffet was delicious, the bar staff amazing, and the hospitality we felt made our last two night in Italy memorable.
Rooms and staff are amazing. The spa is not really just a spa-the hotel lets families use it as a hotel pool. Don’t expect any relaxing time here. When mentioned, the spa staff recommended we detail this issue in our review.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly, easy check-in, the lobby area where the bar had a lovely atmosphere, people relaxing or having drinks, very nice atmosphere. The room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was very nice. This is a true 5 star hotel, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Special thank you to Flavio who makes the best Negroni's and is so interesting and...
Lovely stay. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. The offerings at breakfast were generous, delicious and varied. We met and spoke to Francesca who was delightful. We were so happy to see Greek yoghurt as this is a staple of our diets and not easy to find while away in Europe. We rented a car and the valet was very efficient and seemless dropping it off each evening and picking it up...
Surly one of the best hotels: Super service. Great breakfast. Highly professional attentive stuff. Clean to the highest standards. Very comfortable beds. Best spa. Best location in Torino.
Great hôtel The staff is really competent and friendly The price is great for the quality Best hôtel of Turino for sure

Awesome service, the receptionists at the desk are very friendly and really helpfull. Rooms are clean, nice and quiet. Its also not far from the city, you can just take the bus 33 and be at the city centre in about 10 min.
The hotel has everything you expect from any hotel, plus breakfast and a little gym that you have to reserve in advance. The staff is super helpful. There isn’t very much to do in this area; unless you’re here for the Politecnico, I’d stay somewhere else. There’s a tram stop behind the building that connects with the downtown area. The rooms are fine, just very bare of color, not interesting at...
Clean and modern. Requires a tram/bus ride to they to the city centre. Nothing too hectic though.
The price-to-quality ratio did not correspond to a 4-star hotel. The hotel, room, and breakfast were very modest. Around 10:00 there was no bread anymore. The only hot dish available was scrambled eggs and bacon, which were served by the staff. There was only one coffee machine, resulting in queues for coffee. The room floor was tiled, and you could hear every step of the neighbor, chair movements...
Room was big, comfortable and with everything you need. Breakfast was lovely and had so much variety. Staff was nice and polite at all times. You can find free parking in front of hotel, and tram is just a few minutes walk - so very convenient either way.
We had a great stay, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very clean and modern bathroom as well. All the spaces are very modern and well maintained. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Very nice buffet at breakfast, with a large variety of options. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back next time I am in Turin !

Good location. Clean rooms. Renovated. Breakfast is much expensive. Staff is ok. Noise from street is high (even from 4th floor). Price is high. Complimentary water should be in the rooms.
Great hotel in a very nice location close to a lot of cool bars, restaurants and the city centre of Turin. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms are super clean, comfy beds and a nice little balcony. Even though it was facing the street, it was very quite during the night. Everything you need for a weekend trip to Turin.
Great location close to the station and city center. Tasty breakfast. Comfortable rooms. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again!
Hotel Urbani is a 4 stars hotel contender no doubt, it currently ranks as a 3 stars but it’s definitely more than that. We asked for a room with a balcony we got it, there was works on the road by the side so we asked for another quieter room we got it. Staff are exceptionally friendly and very well spoken. We had a Welcome chocolate box, extra towels, extra pillows you name it! Recommended for a good...
Beautiful hotel, excellent location, very clean. Rooms with AC and all the amenities. Breakfast was excellent. And of course, pet friendly (we didn’t payed anything for them)! 🐕👏❤️
A small hotel in a side street with very nice employees offering good service. Room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was excellent. It is a bit small but good enough for most city trips, both for business and leisure. Price was very reasonable too. Not far from city centre and tourist attractions. We walked to all places in fact!

Great location and surroundings. Nice and clean hotel.
The hotel is a new building located outside the old city of Turin. Lots of parking space, it has beautiful gardens and alongside the river Po. Close to the city centre with tram and bus stops within 5mts walking distance. Very helpful staff.
A comfortable hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, close to restaurants and the river.
Great Hotel and location for me. Very quiet and superb Room..I've stayed before..Great parking and secure..a 45 minute walk into central Turin or Taxi.
Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, well equipped bathroom and splendid garden. The internet speed was satisfying for work.
Fabulous spacious room and bathroom. Lovely breakfast and very attentive barman for an evening cocktail.

What to say.....it seems to stay at the house, each Room is a beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and well cared for.congratulations
Good location, close to some bus stops, public parking strategy. Great room but a ridiculous breakfast. Polite, friendly and efficient staff.
A Hotel really special. The rooms are very spacious, as are apartments of different sizes and rooms of hotel classic. The board, particularly for that is to see the matches of Juventus, but also for those who must stand for long stays.

Nice place, spacious rooms, decent breakfast! Only concern is weak Wi-Fi.
My stay at the residence was absolutely great! The staff, all of it, from reception to cleaning and service, was absolutely nice, welcoming and helpful! I stayed there 14 days with my twin toddlers and I receive nothing else that help, kindness and understanding! I truly raccomend!
It's a pretty decent place to stay, the location is in a quiet place not in a busy city centre. Easy to commute via bus or tram. Staff is very courteous and polite. Good service from the staff. The rooms are pretty big , especially the one in which I stayed. Rooms are with a fully functional kitchen. Bed rooms with a beautiful balcony and view outside. The staffs are very caring and smiling. Cleaning staff do their job very well. very helpful and smiling people. towels are changed every day. Rooms are big, with kitchen, just as I wanted. Although it is far from where I work, I chose this place. no parking problem. There is a fitness room, during the covid period, you can reserve 1 hour and do sports alone.

Nice and clean, personnel discreet and friendly. Excellent restaurant where you have top quality and good value for your money (for Denmark standards). Breakfast is a must , excellent quality for all tastes including vegan, biological products etc.. Very pleasant stay.
Good hotel with convenient position for lingotto / hospital areas.
very clean and close to transport. half hour walk from the CDB. 2 mins to metro stop. right by the hospital. a little noisy in the mornings and evening because of the traffic. breakfast is included and quite good...but very italian...pastries and coffee. some cereal, meat/cheese and toast stuff too.
A little bit far away from the center but lovely staff
Nice place, near a metro station. The staff was always helpful and cordial. The rooms are a bit tiny but clean and in the end good for the price.

Nice room a little bit narrow but comfy
Stayed here since 1994 in one of biz trip, my Principal booked this hotel for me, the room is clean & tidy, customer service is good too. Located within the shop houses, very convenient, will revisit them in the near future.
I stayed here for few days and the place is convenient and easily accessible
Very good hotel with a nice guy at the welcome office

Very good quality for money. Tidy, good breakfast and courteous staff.
For the price I paid it was an ok hotel. I had a single room and it was set up for that. It had everything that was needed, but you could see that the hotel was older as some of the things in the room needed repairing. The breakfast was better than expected.
Nice botique hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Decent complimentary breakfast.
Excellent location also for those who need to do the test at the polytechnic, clean rooms, breakfast a bit poor
The hotel is comfortable, offers a good breakfast, available parking fee that must be booked in advance, otherwise it is a bit difficult to find parking nearby

A friend of mine stays here. She says that it is a good place for students to stay.
great place for a student. It has opportunities of laundry service, gym, study room, bike service, common kitchen. It’s also close to Politecnico and a huge supermarket. So it’s convenient to stay here
Great Place. Very confortable and cozy
Review, campus sanpaolo. living there while doing my studies.editing review after actually living for 3months there. Pros 1. An environment of students more or less like any student campuss which was a plus for me 2. An available study room that can fit more or less 30 students, with a toilet next to it. 3. Barebones, cheap place to stay in Turin. It's clean, which is the most important thing. Supermarket across the road makes life easier. It's a student hall but also a hotel? Good for a night or two

Just what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. Nice bed, very clean, location close to the bus to the center, 10 minute walk to the Metro and close to a nice park. The neighborhood might look a little rough, but is just fine. At the price (€120 for 3 nights over a weekend), no doubt it's worth the money.

It's actually a decent place. Affordable, good location and good staff. However, not enough spacious rooms.
For the price paid, this was a great place to stay!! The room furniture was a bit old fashioned but we had a big bed (bigger than a queen size) and the bathroom had been refurbished. This hotel in the heart of Turin offers everything you need: kind staff and fast chek-in; big room with safe and air conditioned; two balcony and a very clean bathroom. Carpark is not cheap but you can find blu stripes on the main road.
The location of the hotel in the city is great. If you arrive by car, let the owner know on advance, there is limited space behind the building. Beds and apartments are clean. Breakfast is OK, but don't expect a wide variety of foods. Wi-Fi was working good. Staff is friendly so is the price, good value for money!
I loved the place!! It was located very close to the center and to many good stores. Nice service, especially the blonde lady at the front desk (she was really friendly and caring). Nice and clean. Ordered single room, got a dubbel. Very good service! 😊
Careful if you're staying in hot weather, cause the rooms have no a/c. So if you're staying in summer, you'll end up opening the windows or balcony doors, then you'll meet the mosquitoes and the friendly neighborhood chatter which will typically last until 1 a.m., don't they have work tomorrow? Other than that, reasonable stay, I wouldn't say cheap, neither expensive. No free breakfast in my stay,...

Awesome place to spend a couple of days. The breakfast options are not that diverse but are sufficient for your stay. It is well connected, you have a tram station nearby (3minutes) that will take you straight to the city center; as well as a bus station. As for the view... take a look for yourself, it is beautiful.
Great social housing/hotel concept. Combines social housing in Turin with hotel facilities for short stays. A concept I've not seen in the UK but seems to be a working business. The conditions at the hotel were brilliant and it's excellently placed within Turin, around 15 minutes from the airport. Rooms are well equipped and clean.
A hotel is discreet, with reasonable price and rooms pretty standard. Interesting position for those who are travelling by car, and also for those who use the means given the proximity of the tram. Unfortunately, the clientele of the hotel is what it is, you have to bear some noise at night and the front desk service is slow and undersized compared to the size of the structure.
Far enough away from the centre, by which it is connected by tram 4, the area is Not beautiful but.the hotel is very welcoming , very good.the price-quality relationship
