My stay at the residence was absolutely great! The staff, all of it, from reception to cleaning and service, was absolutely nice, welcoming and helpful! I stayed there 14 days with my twin toddlers and I receive nothing else that help, kindness and understanding! I truly raccomend!

I booked this hotel in 2021 but this hotel chose to cancel my booking in order to re-rent the room for a higher price due to being a host city for a major event. The owner of this place has zero morales and will do anything to make extra money. Such a shame as I liked the look of this hotel and was looking forward to staying here.

You didn’t offer to pay €400 - you put your prices up to over double and then offered a measly discount on this price hike when I stated it was illegal and you panicked.

It's a pretty decent place to stay, the location is in a quiet place not in a busy city centre. Easy to commute via bus or tram. Staff is very courteous and polite. Good service from the staff. The rooms are pretty big , especially the one in which I stayed. Rooms are with a fully functional kitchen. Bed rooms with a beautiful balcony and view outside. There is a small public park with Fontana for drinking water beside the hotel. The bus stop is in front of the hotel and the local tram stop is just 5mins. Walk from the hotel. Can buy the bus and tram tickets and one day passes within the hotel. Breakfast is also pretty decent

The staffs are very caring and smiling. Cleaning staff do their job very well. very helpful and smiling people. towels are changed every day. Rooms are big, with kitchen, just as I wanted. Although it is far from where I work, I chose this place. no parking problem. There is a fitness room, during the covid period, you can reserve 1 hour and do sports alone.

Bath was dirty with mold everywhere, there were lots of hairs inside of the jacuzzi system, heating system didn't work, we didn't want to stay and asked to refund but the hotelier refused it and was not polite. They promised to clean the jacuzzi but they did not do it because on weekend they have no cleaning ladies. The price of the dirty room out of the city centre is the same as the price of 4* hotel Majestic in the city centre where we left. I do not recommend this hotel.

Nice clean residence, quiet on outskirts of Turin, easy access to centre via tram, the stop is a 5-10 minute walk. The number 4 will take you to centre 30- 40 minute ride. Would also check out pizzeria which is part of the residence really nice Pizza's.

No air conditioning, tons of mosquitos, we ask for a non smoking room and there is smell of cigarettes, the rooms are big but very old and not clean enough, stains on the sofas and the shower is old. Stay away

It was like staying in you're very own apartment. Very spacious, clean and luxurious. I would definitely be staying there again!!
