Piazza Unità d'Italia is probably the most beautiful square with seaview in the world and this 5star is just there. So yes rooms are small as is the lobby and the breakfast area but just read the plate by the entrance and you will walk in just as emperors or Giacomo Casanova did. Well, scrambled eggs are just an omelette and there's no cruncy bacon but the rest is very good so enjoy Trieste, please

We were in search for a taxi from our cruise ship to the airport at 3am this morning. Our cruise ship could not assist us but when we arrived at your hotel Sophia assured us she could book the taxi service. Booked this hotel on night before a cruise from Trieste. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable. The room lacked usb sockets. Everyone has smart phones now. In terms of value,the hotel rated very well. The reception staff were friendly and excellent. They arranged a meal for us at a nearby restaurant this saved our time in exploring and taking pot luck.

The room was outdated and the soundproofing was poor; I could hear the toilet flushing next door. The breakfast wasn't very varied. However, the service was friendly and the location was good. I'm not sure why hotels in this city are generally expensive.

The structure is new and is in a good position in relation to the center and the station, the area is quiet. The breakfast is a bit basic but quite complete. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and available in relation to requests.

Booked during the week to spend two days with my wife and son in Trieste, unfortunately the night before we are struggling with seasonal virus fever. The hotel says in has a parking. The parking is near by on foot, but when you arrive at hotel and they give you address of the parking, it is 2.4 km, around the city center. Due to our flight’s late arrival, my husband and I chose this hotel because it offered a 24/7 desk. After our taxi deposited us at the entrance shortly after midnight we ascended the stairs and were pleased to find our room was impeccably clean. Excellent central position but not so clean. We've stayed five days and they've never cleaned neither our bedroom nor the bathroom. Sheets not fresh. If the owners pay more attention to these details, it could be much better.

Room was small but comfortable, I stayed in a single, plenty of space for one person. Spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and the location is very central. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes steps away from the door.

It is located outside the city of Trieste and has a large shaded car park. In front of the hotel there is the bus stop that leads to the train station. The rooms are medium in size, clean. Large breakfast room and choice of products. Dear owners or managers.

We had a great time in Valle di Banne. Nice rooms with balcony, free parking and excellent breakfast. The owner was extremely helpful and supported all our needs. The perfect location to visit Trieste but to have also a place to relax! We will come back with pleasure!

Stayed at this property as part of an organized school trip. The room was quite comfortable, and the buffet was decent. It's a shame there were other school groups there, which made it noisier. Another downside is the distance from the city center, which requires transportation.

We booked two rooms for four persons. Our room was excellent, we had a nice bathroom and it was comfortable all around. Disliked · Room 155 where my friends stayed was ridiculously low quality compared to ours. It was clearly just a useless corner in the building turned into a room so the hotel can maximize the number of beds. This room should not be sold as a 3 star room.

I recommend to visit. The big advantage is the minimum distance from the sea. Literally a few steps. Own acces to the sea, hotel sunbed and umbrellas. Drinks can be ordered directly on the terrace and drink in the beautiful sea view. The only downside is the wifi - functional sometimes.

Stayed here only for one night but my stay was really positive. Air conditioned room with cozy bed and everything you need. It is a family business and the owner was the nicest man on the planet. I left my bag at a nearby restaurant and the next day he called the restaurant, ringed the bell and called every contact he could know just to get my bag back and he did it. Defintely 5 stars!

Wonxerful accommodation! Booked last minute and was very accommodating. The rooms are very nice, the bed was comfy, in a fantastic location, only downside is parking is very limited so sometimes had to spend a while hunting a parking space for a couple of hours but there is plenty of free parking between 8pm-7:30am.
