Pluses: location - convenient transportation, close to train station, relatively close to the center, pleasant and helpful staff, delicious food in the restaurant, clean rooms. Minuses: the hotel is very unfriendly to the environment - disposable cups even in the restaurant! In the rooms, disposable cups are still wrapped in plastic, chopsticks instead of spoons for stirring, plastic plates in the restaurant- not acceptable for 4 stars hotel. In the sanitary unit, the water taps are wobbly, there is barely any water in the shower, it is difficult to wash hair. Any noise isolation, we perfectly heart neighbors actions and conversations.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Excelsior Bari. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to all the major attractions. We especially enjoyed the the breakfast and welcome drinks which is everyday. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bari.

One of the worst hotel rooms I’ve been to. The walls are paper thin, therefore you can hear even the slightest sounds from the rooms around and the hallway. Awful place to sleep for someone who is tired and needs a good night rest.
The mini bar is consisted only of two small bottles of water and nothing else. There is not even a coffee machine in the room. You don’t even get glasses in the room. All you get are two paper cups. This hotel is not more than a 2 star hotel!

Location next to the train station, perfect for travelers, but in night a lot of sleeping people nearby. Room was very clean, bathroom could use some renovation, tap was old and you need a lot of strength to set up water to flow from shower head. Bathtub with first mould on it, not quite as it should be in 4 stars hotel. Breakfast ok, nothing spectacular. Reception stuff worst than in hostel. Lady at evening shift when I asked her a question about flix bus stop- that occurred to be 2 minutes walking distance from hotel told me to go to shop nearby to ask..Didn’t even bother to try to helped me, not really 4 star hotel stuff

Excellent hotel and services, super well located to get to know everything around, super friendly and helpful staff. They help you with everything!

I’d love the hotel, good room and also good service from the receptionist. The interior from the Hotel was great, restaurant also clean. The elevator so small, cant keep distance inside. But u can sanitize your hand after from elevator
