Expected hotel, but inside it's only apartment with no service 😔 or professional stuff at least to know what am asking for!!!, nothing in the real meaning inside the hotel, the manager don't show any respect for us or for any guests

We stayed at Cedar Hotel with a group of tourists before taking the ferry to Taba on our way back to Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel was exactly what we were looking for: centrally located, close to the sea and the main attractions of Aqaba. The room was clean, standard, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was good, and we received a lovely treat from the chef — delicious pancakes, which was such a pleasant surprise! The reception staff kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the port, which made our departure smooth and easy. Cedar Hotel is a great choice for a short stop in the center of Aqaba. I would happily recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay before their journey.

"I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at Cedar Hotel Aqaba. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in several key areas. The rooms were small and outdated, with subpar cleanliness. The bed was uncomfortable, and the amenities were limited. Service was impersonal and slow. Staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to long wait times. The hotel's location, while central, was noisy due to nearby traffic. The receptionist girl was rude too much with no ability to speak English word... Check in take 30 minutes just for her stupidity and stupidity of who recruits her, when we met Manager Abo Saif he was also too much rude and no take any respect or help. For the price, I expected far better quality. Overall, a disappointing experience."

The location is awesome! Right in middle of busy streets and Cornish in Aqaba. Clean spacious rooms. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. They clean the room everyday. The breakfast is very good as well. Highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Aqaba! Public beach is only 10 km away and Berenice beach easy accessible by bus.

Me and my daughter came from Romania to Aqaba.We spent one week at Cedar hotel.Is situated in the centre of Aqaba.The hotel is nice and clean!The staf îs super friendly and helpful.And the manager,Ali,is an amazing person! !We were very impressed the Jordanian hospitality! We spent 4 nights at Cedar Hotel and we had a first hand experience of Jordanian hospitality! Mister Ali but also his employees went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The reception is open 24/7 so there is always someone there to help when needed. The rooms are clean and the hotel is situated in the centre of Aqaba, at a distance of no more than a 10 minute walk from shops, restaurants and bus stations. I recommend staying at this hotel!

It was a great stay. The room was clean, reception and kitchen staff were friendly. Closely located to the airport. They also offer breakfast that included traditional food buffet which was very filling and tasty. Perfect for a one night stay in Aqaba.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfasts are continental style with plenty of juice, coffee and tea. Beds were too firm for us, woke with painful joints, also Internet was a bit hit and miss, it was very busy at times and this may have contributed. Overall we enjoyed the visit and would recommend the hotel for budget conscious travelers.
