It was clean and nice in the dining room. The pool, sauna and gym were very good. There was a nice temperature in the air by the pool area so you could sit and enjoy for hours

If you want the room cleaned you put a note on the door which we did. The cleaning included; removing towels and throwing the blanket on the bed. They didn't clean anything, didn't vacuum and took away used glasses

The pool was a bit too cold for my taste, but the kids swam for several hours. The hotel is well located with walking distance to several restaurants. I wouldn't say the hotel is 4 stars, more like 3 stars

The hotel is overpriced for what it is. Our room was called deluxe, but was so much used, carpets dirty and with stains. The bathroom has no heating, so in winter it was freezing cold

We complained about it and after a while the room was properly cleaned. The breakfast was quite okay, there was what you needed. The kids loved the waffles with all the accessories

Overall a perfectly okay hotel for both family and friends

The rooms are clean and spacious. There is air conditioning in the room. The hotel has a small SPA and a good restaurant. There are a few downsides: the bathroom has an unpleasant smell and the pillows are very thin

Stayed two nights and had a very good time. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Only critic: I prefer a normal shower to a bathtub-shower. Water pressure and shower head *****. There's a spa you can use paying 26 €

Great property, comfortable beds, great cribs for infants. One thing must mention, there was no spa service offered with a VIP status, as stated while booking with platinum tier. That was disappointing.

Rooms are rather spacious, however bath is rather awkwardly placed as all eater pours on the floor

From my point of view that's the best hotel in Klaipeda if you come to work or just 1-2 days stop in your trip. It's really cheap, clean with nice breakfast and if you want you can have a couple of drinks at the bar.

It’s a bit remote from downtown however the service including breakfast & room space were excellent, must try the fish & it’s flavorful enough to enjoy it with some bread~ Moreover, it’s just nearby the harbor to the Curonian Spit National park, incredible view with convenient route~

Good view of the port facilities. There's a railway line running directly besides the hotel. It's not a regular line where train run through the night but rather a line for goods brought into the port's terminal

The location is good if you want the ferry terminal but bad for the centre of Klaipeda, being around 2. 5-3km away along the main road which is not in the slightest bit interesting

I ate eggs and salted porridge to which I added some jam, was very delicious! But! Beds, exactly matresses were WAY too soft, I mean super soft

Excellent attention from the receptionist on the night of June 30, the receptionist took very good care of me, she called a taxi to get to the airport safely and was very kind while we had a good conversation about the city, the country and its traditions

Very good location, friendly stuff. Our room (apartment with balcony) was big enough, but bit worn out, but overall ok. The chiller near the balcony made quite a bit noise

It was a splenind stay, 12-15 minutes walk from the city center and the ferry. The hotel is pretty modern, it was clean. The breakfast was superb! The parking lot behind the hotel for some extra cost

The hotel has its own parking lot with plenty of spaces. Very good location, close to the old town and the old harbor (for families with children - across the street there is a large playground and fountains)

Hotel located in a cozy place in the city center. It has clean and tidy rooms, and a good breakfast. At the check-in desk you are greeted by friendly and helpful personnel with extremely gorgeous smiles

Very spacious both in the rooms and also in the common areas, good restaurant and decent spa area. The staff is friendly and welcoming in terms of standard procedures but totally inflexible for any special requests.

There are inexpensive lunches, the daily menu is published on Facebook. It is located in a secluded place, right next to an excellent forest park (where there is free wifi by the way)

I was there for dinner and It was amazing. The grilled shrimp was very tasty including the grilled potatoes and salad. Also the mango cocktail was tasty good presentation.

I stayed at this hotel the rooms were great, location was very good as it was close to the beach and relatively close to basanavičiaus gatvė especially with bikes. The thing that I really didn't like was the restaurant

This is a small, cozy family hotel in which each guest is like a personal guest in the house. Convenient location, far enough from the noisy central street, close enough to the beach and to the beautiful central park

I have stayed in this hotel during my visit to Lithuania. Amazing location - rooms with a street view has loads of sunlight. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Hospitality was over the roof as well

Prices are higher than other places in Palanga to eat but portions, waiters are really good here. The only thing I missed was salt on my cepelinai and potatoes with my cold beet soup

Not many vegan options, but beet salad without feta was really good. Also bruschettas with tomatoes are nice.

Hotel is clean, comfortable, with a decent but not oversized spa facility. Our room was apartment like with sizeable balcony and suitably equipped kitchenette. Staff were pleasant and the breakfast good

Very nice Hotel, central location but still quiet place. Morning spa is available til 13:00 and was very popular for children. Good breakfast, especially for lithuanian taste, but foreigners found enough food also.

Morning spa access is a good idea. We had finished our stay here relaxed. The entrance to the underground garage is really steep. But if you are lucky, you can get a street parking next to the building

Not far from the center of Palanga (Catholic Church and Vytautas street). Very fine, nice and good for the older tourists because of the elevator and outdoor parking (which is included in the payment)

Pool wasnt too good but I visited hotel in the weekend, so the pool was available early in the morning - that was cool. it would not be possible on weekdays

Food is very good and various. Pool zone is very small and too croudy. Dissapointment here. If you are for pools and saunas- definatly skip this place.

Also being in the bath looking at the cleaning supplied, chemicals was not amazing, the light could have been dimmed as well. Not the best view when you are trying to relax. Apart from that the experience was amazing

Been to the hotel and SPA itself a few times before and always had a very enjoyable experience. First time at the terrace restaurant/bar to close the summer. The food was amazing, especially steaks and sides/starters

Medūza Hotel is a fantastic retreat by the sea! The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, and the beautiful beachside location offers stunning views and relaxation

We rested on weekdays, in the middle of the week. Neat hotel with air conditioners. Pleasant and helpful service staff

A few miles off Palanga center. Beautiful place. Loved the outdoor pool area and sauna rituals with sauna master. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very good and outdoor dining area was lovely.

I see them often struggling with buttons, pushing them on and off 😃(tip: it activates when it is blinking) also few features are not working in kids room near balls pool and has not been fixed since long time ago

Overall it is good place to rest

Cons: locks in locker room stuck from time to time, you have to push the door hard the lock to open. It is also very slippery in the shower. Also you have to push buttons very hard which activates bubbling

My Kids are too weak to push them so hard. For new visitors its tricky to know when the bubbling is activated or not as it not starting instantly

You can have a drink and some food at pools bar. Location not bad, couple kilometers from Palanga and near famous Samogitian restaurant HBH
