Where to start? The so called suite is nothing more of a normal double bedded room that hasn’t been cleaned in two days! Despite the fact that we be asked for a pair of fresh towels… no luck. Lunch was dry as sand and the waitress couldn’t handle the fact that I asked to take it back. She stood there ready to tell me off. Then on Friday night, a large party with loud music that could be heard on the 4th floor wouldn’t let us sleep to the point that I had to go to the reception and ask what time they would finish the party so we could sleep. The blunt answer from the young receptionist in a “Dont care pace” was, we will not stop the music, try to sleep!!! The staff could do with a politeness lesson and the management should consider sound proof facilities. Would not recommend this place at all. Sad to waste a good trip cause of the hotel.

We went there for a weekend and at the reception weren’t greeted nicely….the receptionist did not want to give us a bill after we payed in cash for the hotel. The spa was alright however quite small and loud. The breakfast was good and had a variety. The room was cold, as we had 3 degrees outside and the heating was turned off, the only way to heat the room was with the air condition and it didn’t do a lot. The room cleaning was alright however there was always something forgotten (towels, coffee, water). Overall it wasn’t worth the money and also for us it wasn’t a 4 star hotel. We wouldn’t recommend.
