Very nice room, but a bit cold in winter time (despite heater set to max). - no heating in bathroom resulting very "chilly" feeling after getting out of the shower. - small TV with limited number of non Lithuania language channels - no socket for water boiling tap - no socket on desk for laptop + nice city view + comfortable bed + delicious breakfast with various options

The hotel restaurant and spa is perfect. The room was clean, but some things we didn't like: the bathroom doors is not closing properly, the tv is not in a good place. And it was a bit cold in the room. Conditioner didn't worked properly, but all in all it was a good stay. Staff was very pleasant and warm.

Wonderful location. Good Breakfast. There is Parking (5€ per night). Close to old town, there are grocery stores and restaurants. The rooms themselves are of course very good. The staff is attentive. Traveled with a small child so the hotel kindly offered a baby cot.

Very good location, friendly stuff. Our room (apartment with balcony) was big enough, but bit worn out, but overall ok. The chiller near the balcony made quite a bit noise. Breakfast selection was a bit small, put everything tasted good.

The hotel is not bad, but the price is too high for what you get. The room was fine, the bathroom clean. The staff is amazing! All of the people working in the hotel were so friendly, polite and welcoming that it truly impacted our stay in the most positive manner!! Thank you!! You can't really beat the location, it's right in the center of the city. The staff was very friendly and helped with everything I needed. What really took me by surprise was the room size. It was a lot bigger than I would have expected. Also I loved the interior, it was nice and cozy. It was a nice place probably 10years ago but now hotel needs big inside renovation. Location is good. For the same money you can find a better place to stay in Klaipeda.

Fantastic hotel with kind and helpful staff. Nice rooms with comfy beds and pillows. Location perfect, just in the city center and only 15 minute walk from the old town. Nice plays by a park. Achievable walk to the beautiful old city. Some of the staff could be more attentive and share a smile.

Cosy, nice hotel. Spent 2 hrs on work day in SPA zone alone! At the reception girls showed me available rooms twice. Thank you them for their time 😃 however it seemed to me that both were a bit annoyed 😒 Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices.

This is just an amazing hotel: new, clean, luxurious, exactly where you want to be. The internet is 5-G. However, don’t go to their sister hotel Dunetton because it doesn’t have anything to do with it, it doesn’t have a receptionist even.

The gentleman behind the adminstration desk, Vincentas, was a gem My only complaint is that the volume in the Hammam is ridiculously loud. They did lower it, but the next time it was back up to WAAAAAAAY to loud.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. They are attentive to the needs of guests, accommodating, and very friendly. This makes the entire guest experience much more pleasant. The facilities are okay. Radisson probably needs to invest in a renovation of the property at some point soon. Again, the staff picks up the slack here and does the best that can be done with what they have...

The hotel is quiet and clean but the management is on low level. Doesn’t worth that money. First of all , the check in process was unorganised. One day they forgot to provide the breakfast. Finally on the last morning there was a problem with fire alarm from 6 am till 8 am and when we called the manager she replied in unpleasant way that they already know about it and they are trying to solve the problem...

Easy check-in and check-out. Nice and clean rooms, we recommend it. Everything is ok, but it would be great to change the silicone in the bathtub because it looks very dirty, it is almost all black.

Good one/two night stand hotel, can't say anything bad about it besides beds we got. Tasty breakfast with lots of stuff to choose. I ate eggs and salted porridge to which I added some jam, was very delicious! But! Beds, exactly matresses were WAY too soft, I mean super soft. I don't think it's healthy to sleep on such matresses for your spine for many days, but it was okay for one night.

It was ok for 1 night. Bathroom not sealed properly, so you can get smells from other bathrooms if you know what I mean. Breakfast was mediocre. Price a little high for the services offered.

Adequate utilitarian old contractor hotel. Breakfast was ok. Kettles can be requested but you need to get hold of a mug before the bar/restaurant closes. Not as noisy as expected from the close location to the port and dual carriageway.

Great location bang in town center. We had a great view of the river and harbor from our room. So relaxed sitting at the terrace bar with tall ships passing by. Highly recommend the Old Mill Hotel for anyone visiting Klaipeda.

Rooms Are okay, although our bathroom was quite small. They let us store our bicycles in the lobby. The breakfast is really cheap and the variety food is very poor. As is the quality of whats available at the buffet. View of the harbour is very nice and the old city center is a 5 min walk.

Very clean and attentive staff. Eager to service clients. Did not stay here but did have a great dinner here. Outdoor seating right in the canal edge allows for great boat watching while enjoying your meal or drinks.

Rooms are great, clean and spacious. What ruined our stay was the breakfast which you can get for 8€ a person. Staff was really rude, and breakfast was well below average, It would have been a lot better to just grabs something at gas station.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We spent 2 nights with the camper and there was everything that we needed. Even the laundry and dryer machine, but you need to have the laundry capsules with you. There was a clean toilet and some showers which you can close with a door, very private. Also the cafe is really nice there. Recommend for a visit. Everyone speaks English. The reception staff is also nice....

Great place to stay if you’re roadtripping around the spit, the rooms are nice and clean, everything is new. The area is quite and beautiful view over the port. In the evening you can do a small bbq at the porch. Service was great. Highly recommend.

Having larger rooms available and seeing that we were with a small child, they did not offer a larger room.
