Very nice room, but a bit cold in winter time (despite heater set to max). - no heating in bathroom resulting very "chilly" feeling after getting out of the shower. - small TV with limited number of non Lithuania language channels - no socket for water boiling tap - no socket on desk for laptop + nice city view + comfortable bed + delicious breakfast with various options

The hotel restaurant and spa is perfect. The room was clean, but some things we didn't like: the bathroom doors is not closing properly, the tv is not in a good place. And it was a bit cold in the room. Conditioner didn't worked properly, but all in all it was a good stay. Staff was very pleasant and warm.

Hotel located near the old town. It was clean and cozy. Room was spacious with additional living room. Beds were comfortable. Wonderful location. Good Breakfast. There is Parking (5€ per night). Close to old town, there are grocery stores and restaurants. The rooms themselves are of course very good. The staff is attentive. Traveled with a small child so the hotel kindly offered a baby cot.

You can't really beat the location, it's right in the center of the city. The staff was very friendly and helped with everything I needed. What really took me by surprise was the room size. It was a lot bigger than I would have expected. Also I loved the interior, it was nice and cozy. On the down side, even though the room was great, there were some minor issues like a leaking bathtub, a toilet seat...

It was a nice place probably 10years ago but now hotel needs big inside renovation. Location is good. For the same money you can find a better place to stay in Klaipeda.

It look like folded pie with cheese. - tarhun is syrup+mineral water. It tastes good būt it has to be said previous that it is "home made tarhun" not original bottle.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, the room was good and clean, the hotel itself looks really nice. We had breakfast included, and it was a pretty decent breakfast . The only really bad experience we had was the service. The reception is not too bad but pretty slow sometimes. The hotel has an Armenian cuisine restaurant with the same name Ararat. Food wasn't bad, but the service was pretty confusing...

I really enjoyed my stay here. We spent 2 nights with the camper and there was everything that we needed. Even the laundry and dryer machine, but you need to have the laundry capsules with you. There was a clean toilet and some showers which you can close with a door, very private. Also the cafe is really nice there. Recommend for a visit. Everyone speaks English. The reception staff is also nice....

Very price worthy! Good rooms, clean and with AC, WC and shower. The view - from the room we stayed in - was perfectly OK. Breakfast (included at the restaurant) was totally OK. The restaurant has a rather small variety of food to eat but tastes delicious! The staff is very friendly and helped us out with all our somewhat odd requests during our stay! Great place to stay if you’re roadtripping around the spit, the rooms are nice and clean, everything is new. The area is quite and beautiful view over the port. In the evening you can do a small bbq at the porch. Service was great. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel, the rooms are a bit small, but fine for a good stay. A HUUUUGE tv is quite fun. Bathroom was ok. Personnel is quite friendly and helpfull. Location is a bit unhandy (with public transport you need two busses from the station) and the neighbourhood misses something, what gives it an unhomely feeling. Breakfast was good and had nice special things. It's worth a stay.

Built in the 1800s but with a modern feel. Offers everything I need, including free bottled water, room slippers, and tissue boxes – amenities often missing in other 4-star hotels. Free parking is also available. The staff was very nice. Clean and odor-free. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations. The only drawback is that the windows don't fully close, which can lead to noise disturbance...

A very nice place, surrounded by ships and an old bridge. Calm morning. The old transfer is very close. The room itself was spacious, everything was new, clean. The restaurant is very good on the first floor from the letter M.

My room was just so cosy, can't get over it up to this day. It was clean, tidy and again very cosy. The view thru the window was so calming as you can see a little harbour. The bed was very comfy so you will have a good nights reat. The breakfast options were rather poor tho. But other than that - just pure perfection. Would highly recomend to stay here.

Great location as it is near Klaipėda old town and ferry boat. A lot of restaurants nearby. Great service and breakfast.

The room is clean and tidy. Standard type rooms are very small, there is no full length mirror. Having larger rooms available and seeing that we were with a small child, they did not offer a larger room. Understand that it is better to stand empty and people will be less satisfied than to make an impression 🙈 Also did not offer to move the car to their free courtyard. The bathroom only has a shower...

Excellent hotel. We are from the UK and found the service and staff very friendly. They also had great facilities for our dog including a doggy bed and bowls in the room! Loved the breakfast and can't wait to return.

Cosy, nice hotel. Spent 2 hrs on work day in SPA zone alone! At the reception girls showed me available rooms twice. Thank you them for their time 😃 however it seemed to me that both were a bit annoyed 😒 Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices.

This is just an amazing hotel: new, clean, luxurious, exactly where you want to be. The internet is 5-G. However, don’t go to their sister hotel Dunetton because it doesn’t have anything to do with it, it doesn’t have a receptionist even.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the marina. Breakfasts are good and the is a good selection of good drinks. staff are very friendly and speak English!

We had an amazing visit at the Michaelson Hotel. The rooms were homey, the breakfast was appetizing, and the spa was one of the coziest we'd been. Very modern, European hotel and rooms. Located near Port and canals and Old Town. Easy walking distance to all of the above. Breakfasts were freshly made and excellent.

When in Klaipeda, we usually stay at this hotel. We choose it because they make you feel welcome and it was usually nice experience. However not this time. The reception clearly made us feel like she wanted to get rid of us so she could get back go her “Sunday evening time”. We arrived on Sunday evening, and asked if bar / restaurant which is in hotel is working. Her answer was short: “no”. No suggestion...

The place is not bad, Breakfast mediocre

The problem with the Parking, convenient location in the center. In the evenings, the restaurant hosts noisy events, weddings late. The washed locks in the rooms. The Windows don't open.

Good view of the port facilities. There's a railway line running directly besides the hotel. It's not a regular line where train run through the night but rather a line for goods brought into the port's terminal...

One of the best hotels i’ve stayed in ,for longer period of time.It’s been second week and the breakfast table has suprised me,with some new dish every morning. Good to know ,that their staff is working hard,to keep every visitor happy. :) Keep up the good work guys! :)

The Hotel is comfortable. A walking distance from the City Centre. Very good restaurant serving also business lunches.

Cleaned, friendly staff n price are very reasonable . Only problem it's neat to trains and I woke up few times bcz of train noise.

It was ok for 1 night. Bathroom not sealed properly, so you can get smells from other bathrooms if you know what I mean. Breakfast was mediocre. Price a little high for the services offered.

Adequate utilitarian old contractor hotel. Breakfast was ok. Kettles can be requested but you need to get hold of a mug before the bar/restaurant closes. Not as noisy as expected from the close location to the port and dual carriageway.

The hotel is quiet and clean but the management is on low level. Doesn’t worth that money. First of all , the check in process was unorganised. One day they forgot to provide the breakfast. Finally on the last morning there was a problem with fire alarm from 6 am till 8 am and when we called the manager she replied in unpleasant way that they already know about it and they are trying to solve the problem...

Easy check-in and check-out. Nice and clean rooms, we recommend it. Everything is ok, but it would be great to change the silicone in the bathtub because it looks very dirty, it is almost all black.

Probably the best hotel (OK, very small hotel) experience I had in Klaipėda in years. Hotel is really top quality (rooms are well furnished and big, beds are comfortable, breakfast buffet was excellent) - recommend this to any business (and not only) visitor in Klaipėda. Also location and restaurant are great as well.
