The thing to be improved is the cold bathroom...

Elegant hotel at a good location. The standard room is huge. The toilet is huge too. The breakfast spread is extensive and nice. The bread is excellent.

Cosy, nice hotel. Spent 2 hrs on work day in SPA zone alone! At the reception girls showed me available rooms twice. Thank you them for their time 😃 however it seemed to me that both were a bit annoyed 😒 Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices.

This is just an amazing hotel: new, clean, luxurious, exactly where you want to be. The internet is 5-G. However, don’t go to their sister hotel Dunetton because it doesn’t have anything to do with it, it doesn’t have a receptionist even.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the marina. Breakfasts are good and the is a good selection of good drinks. staff are very friendly and speak English!

The gentleman behind the adminstration desk, Vincentas, was a gem My only complaint is that the volume in the Hammam is ridiculously loud. They did lower it, but the next time it was back up to WAAAAAAAY to loud.

Very nice room, but a bit cold in winter time (despite heater set to max). - no heating in bathroom resulting very "chilly" feeling after getting out of the shower. - small TV with limited number of non Lithuania language channels - no socket for water boiling tap - no socket on desk for laptop + nice city view + comfortable bed + delicious breakfast with various options

The hotel restaurant and spa is perfect. The room was clean, but some things we didn't like: the bathroom doors is not closing properly, the tv is not in a good place. And it was a bit cold in the room. Conditioner didn't worked properly, but all in all it was a good stay. Staff was very pleasant and warm.

Wonderful location. Good Breakfast. There is Parking (5€ per night). Close to old town, there are grocery stores and restaurants. The rooms themselves are of course very good. The staff is attentive. Traveled with a small child so the hotel kindly offered a baby cot.

Stylish modern hotel with many leisure and Wellness programs, a great panoramic restaurant on the 20th floor, and a grill restaurant on the 12th, a buffet Breakfast with extensive choice.

Very good location, friendly stuff. Our room (apartment with balcony) was big enough, but bit worn out, but overall ok. The chiller near the balcony made quite a bit noise. Breakfast selection was a bit small, put everything tasted good.

The hotel is not bad, but the price is too high for what you get. The room was fine, the bathroom clean. It seems they'd had some small renovations, but the armchair and the carpet were a bit tired and seemed not clean. Also, the air in the room was stuffy even with the windows open. The staff is amazing! All of the people working in the hotel were so friendly, polite and welcoming that it truly impacted our stay in the most positive manner!! Thank you!! The hotel itself is great as well, rooms were clean, and the corridor had a really nice smell :) Could have a mini fridge in the room to cool your water, shower could be slightly more spacious and one extra set of pillows appreciated

You can't really beat the location, it's right in the center of the city. The staff was very friendly and helped with everything I needed. What really took me by surprise was the room size. It was a lot bigger than I would have expected. Also I loved the interior, it was nice and cozy. On the down side, even though the room was great, there were some minor issues like a leaking bathtub, a toilet seat...

It was a nice place probably 10years ago but now hotel needs big inside renovation. Location is good. For the same money you can find a better place to stay in Klaipeda.

Fantastic hotel with kind and helpful staff. Nice rooms with comfy beds and pillows. Location perfect, just in the city center and only 15 minute walk from the old town. Breakfast is very good with quite decent choice for every taste. The restaurant is great with amazing armenian food and wonderful staff. And it’s not expensive.

Nice plays by a park. Achievable walk to the beautiful old city. Some of the staff could be more attentive and share a smile.

+ very very very good meat foods. And salmon as well. Best shashlik that ever eated 💛 + very delicious napoleon cake - khachapuri is totally not as it should be. It look like folded pie with cheese. - tarhun is syrup+mineral water. It tastes good būt it has to be said previous that it is "home made tarhun" not original bottle.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, the room was good and clean, the hotel itself looks really nice. We had breakfast included, and it was a pretty decent breakfast . I can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. They are attentive to the needs of guests, accommodating, and very friendly. This makes the entire guest experience much more pleasant. The facilities are okay. Radisson probably needs to invest in a renovation of the property at some point soon. Again, the staff picks up the slack here and does the best that can be done with what they have...

Great small chain hotel, nice staff. A bit off the city center, but no more than a few minutes walk to most of the interesting places. Bike rental rack outside hotel. Reasonable prices in the bar and restaurant.

No instructions at first, got a quick response via email. Air conditioning in room did not work. Everything else was fine.

The hotel is quiet and clean but the management is on low level. Doesn’t worth that money. First of all , the check in process was unorganised. One day they forgot to provide the breakfast. Finally on the last morning there was a problem with fire alarm from 6 am till 8 am and when we called the manager she replied in unpleasant way that they already know about it and they are trying to solve the problem...

Easy check-in and check-out. Nice and clean rooms, we recommend it. Everything is ok, but it would be great to change the silicone in the bathtub because it looks very dirty, it is almost all black.

Newly refurbished 3* hotel at the old down. Superb location& friendly staff. Food is basic average - could improve, as well as the tidiness at the rooms - the floor was not hoovered anytime at 4 days staying in here. Apart of that everything else was great.

Really nice location in old town of Klaipeda. Nice view from the windows. I never seen ripped blankets in 3 star hotel... Staff was friendly. Breakfast was disgusting just one word to describe them.

Poor breakfast. The superb room is actually the one with roof windows so you cannot see the harbour.

Great location bang in town center. We had a great view of the river and harbor from our room. So relaxed sitting at the terrace bar with tall ships passing by. Highly recommend the Old Mill Hotel for anyone visiting Klaipeda.

Rooms Are okay, although our bathroom was quite small. They let us store our bicycles in the lobby. The breakfast is really cheap and the variety food is very poor. As is the quality of whats available at the buffet. View of the harbour is very nice and the old city center is a 5 min walk.

Very clean and attentive staff. Eager to service clients. Did not stay here but did have a great dinner here. Outdoor seating right in the canal edge allows for great boat watching while enjoying your meal or drinks.

Rooms are great, clean and spacious. What ruined our stay was the breakfast which you can get for 8€ a person. Staff was really rude, and breakfast was well below average, It would have been a lot better to just grabs something at gas station.

Home, very yummy food. We were turned twice here per 1 week of vacation. All dishes we were tried -have a very good size to fulfill you,ideal taste and service. To add as compliment - the man , sitting next to us was purred like a cat eating Ukrainian borshz(beetroots soup😁

beautiful hotel. Some rooms however have limited head space. Our bed was under the eaves which made getting in and out of bed difficult. Breakfast is very good, food is lovely. You need to pre order your breakfast each day for the following morning. Unfortunately when we stayed mid September the bar and evening restaurant were closed

We had an amazing visit at the Michaelson Hotel. The rooms were homey, the breakfast was appetizing, and the spa was one of the coziest we'd been. The hotel, from the design, which reminds me of a boat, to the pleasant hospitality, is a perfect place to stay. Probably the best hotel (OK, very small hotel) experience I had in Klaipėda in years. Hotel is really top quality (rooms are well furnished and big, beds are comfortable, breakfast buffet was excellent) - recommend this to any business (and not only) visitor in Klaipėda. Beautiful hotel, our room was very large and had a separate sitting room and kitchenette. Lovely large walk in shower. Breakfast is a buffet but there are loads of choice. Hotel is approx 15 mins walk from main town, but its an easy walk

The hotel room was clean and tidy. enough space for 3 people. The bathroom was also clean. We took advantage of breakfast. Unfortunately there was not an extensive choice, but what was there was tasty. We also used the spa, which was wonderful after a long day in the cold. It looked great and it is clean there too. Rooms are clean, every day somebody came in to make the bed and take the garbage. The internet had a good signal. The breakfast and dinner very good. The only thing thats missing from the room is a refrigerator.

Hotel is small but convenient for a short stay. However I found room floor to be dirty with random bits of rubbish, we came in late just to sleep so it wasn’t a big deal but for longer stay it would have been very unpleasant. Breakfast was ok, nothing special with limited options, staff very friendly and location good. We got a room on first floor next to reception so we could hear people coming in...

Nice hotel, just take bus no. 15 near the coach station you can go there directly. If you take no. 3 bus you can ho to the shopping and town center.

Nice small hotel for a reasonable price. Breakfast is fine. A restaurant is near by, and as a guest of the hotel you get 10% discount. The rooms are clean and equipped with a refrigerator and Flat TV. I would come back.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Klaipeda in summertime. Five minutes walk to Melnrage beach. Ren minutes drive to citycentre. Clean room with comfortable beds, microowen, Tea and coffeemakingfacilities, smartTV. You get a code to entrance by mail so there is no reception.

The Place had a great room for us. Even though the door was broken to the big bedroom(there was for of us). The food was great. And the balcony had a nice view. The baths could be better though. I didnt take a bath, but instead a shower and didnt enjoy it that much due to the water falling almost everywhere. Over all We enjoyed the place.
