Need refrigerator (minibar) in rooms with balcony, no iron, bathroom necessities such as a cap, hygiene kit, and other kits were not found when checking in the room after cleaning time has ended. Is it that hard to put in these items? At least reception could give a warning. And then if you do not like it give another room. Room 401 has bad door seals, when there was a storm the floor was wet even though the windows were closed.
Room 402 has not been deep cleaned for a LONG time.

Very good location, friendly stuff. Our room (apartment with balcony) was big enough, but bit worn out, but overall ok. The chiller near the balcony made quite a bit noise. Breakfast selection was a bit small, put everything tasted good.

The hotel is not bad, but the price is too high for what you get. The room was fine, the bathroom clean. It seems they'd had some small renovations, but the armchair and the carpet were a bit tired and seemed not clean. Also, the air in the room was stuffy even with the windows open. This is important so I do recommend the hotel to work on their ventilation.
The hotel is right by the noisy street, so if you get the room on the street side, be ready to hear very loud noises from crazy motos and cars.
Do not recommend the breakfast. For 10 eur you get a very very simple and poor selection.
But the staff were truly polite and welcoming, let us leave our bags in the hotel after checking out.

The staff is amazing! All of the people working in the hotel were so friendly, polite and welcoming that it truly impacted our stay in the most positive manner!! Thank you!!
The hotel itself is great as well, rooms were clean, and the corridor had a really nice smell :)
Could have a mini fridge in the room to cool your water, shower could be slightly more spacious and one extra set of pillows appreciated.

We had to organize a celebration in this hotel. First of all, I really do not recommend choosing this place for your celebration. The service is tragic, there are 2 waitresses working for 30 people, who barely understand what is happening. The food is brought at different times, while some have time to eat, while others have not yet received their portion. We had to fill the drinks ourselves, because the service staff will not prepare for this at all. The food is not tasty, we ordered a salad before the hot dishes, some got it without cheese, others with it. The bread in the salad was already soaked in the dressing. The same with hot dishes - the portions are not the same. The fish was tasty, but the pork was made completely without spices and salt, with a few frozen vegetables next to it. In addition to all that, drunk people walked to the place of the celebration all evening, and alcohol was poured for them there. There should be more privacy during such a celebration.

You can't really beat the location, it's right in the center of the city. The staff was very friendly and helped with everything I needed. What really took me by surprise was the room size. It was a lot bigger than I would have expected. Also I loved the interior, it was nice and cozy.
On the down side, even though the room was great, there were some minor issues like a leaking bathtub, a toilet seat that does not fit the toilet and therefore moves all around and some other general wear and tear. Also, breakfast was definitely not worth the price. For 8 euros got a small omlete (probably 1-2 eggs) with some salad. That's a bit ludicrous...

I had terrible experience at Navalis Hotel i have a huge back pain due to bad bed in the room didn't gave me any parking when there was parking available.
In total my experience was bad and now i have to be on sick from work.

The rooms are old old... in the morning to leave the Parking lot have to run round all the staff who puts there cars to go

Price and quality is fully consistent with. Great location and good food. There are meeting rooms.
