Our stay at the Imperial Hotel in Vilnius was truly exceptional. The moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed into an atmosphere of comfort, safety, and quiet elegance. The sense of security and care throughout the hotel allowed us to relax completely and enjoy every moment of our visit.
The staff deserve special praise — they combine professionalism with genuine warmth, always attentive and ready to assist with the smallest detail. Their kindness made us feel not just like guests, but truly valued.
Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a refined and generous selection that set the perfect tone for the day ahead. It was clear that quality and thoughtfulness were present in every aspect of the experience.
The Imperial Hotel is more than just a place to stay — it is a small sanctuary in the heart of Vilnius, where comfort and hospitality are elevated to the highest level. We leave with wonderful memories and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a safe, luxurious, and unforgettable stay in this beautiful city.
The staff is very attentive and nice. The front desk is always staffed.
The breakfast is fabulous!! Take your time as they have tons of variety and the service is impeccable. In fact, on my second morning I had a 6am flight so I requested a packed breakfast for 4:30am and I told them I am vegetarian. They created an amazing breakfast bag for me with a delicious sandwich, fruit yogurts, banana, apple and orange juice. Great service!
My only recommendation would be to improve the fitness room. It's tiny with three cardio machines and one weight machine and a few free weights. I went there to workout but came back as it felt claustrophobic in a basement with window.
This is one of the few 5-star hotels in Vilnius, located in the heart of the Old Town, and designed in a classic style. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet the expectations of a true 5-star stay.
The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, and guests are offered a paid parking option about 5 minutes away on foot. We stayed in a Superior Deluxe room, which came with a lovely view of a wall—makes you wonder what the view is like from standard rooms.
The bathroom greeted us with a strong sewage smell, and although it has a TV, there are no instructions on how to use it. Adjusting the room temperature felt like we needed a degree in HVAC engineering, as the controls were overly complex.
In the main room, the TV didn’t work, and only later did we discover it had been unplugged, with the socket placed behind the TV and out of reach.
The so-called “Champagne breakfast” was okay but minimal—no omelets or fried eggs, and instead of champagne, there was sparkling wine, the kind you’d expect at many 4-star hotels.
In the morning, we visited the SPA area, which is small and underwhelming. The jacuzzi water was cool, and the shower had only cold water. Not even a bottle of water or a dispenser was available in the wellness area.
For a hotel with 5 stars, you’d expect attention to detail at every level, but many 4-star hotels in Vilnius are better thought out and more comfortable. Overall, quite disappointing for the category and price.
Luxurious hotel in the city center. My room had a magnificent view and everything you could possibly need. Breakfast is amazing, the staff (reception, bar and breakfast!) are incredibly nice and helpful. I couldn't imagine a better hotel to stay in. Thanks for everything, including for the welcome drink!
This Hotel had the best staff. Front desk was super helpful. Service was outstanding and we enjoyed the complimentary hour in their spa with Steam room and Jaccuzi. Had a great time in the California Bar, with the amazing staff that shared culture, conversation about music and History. We had the best time in there and location of this Hotel is awesome. This is my 4th time staying here.
