The location and the view of the room we were given was nice. But the hygiene of the room was very poor. The faucets were never cleaned, the bed spreads had stains, and the carpets were dirty. There’s a construction site outside which wakes you up at 7 if your room is facing it (which was the case for us).

Had a really pleasant stay here. The location is great, close both to the city centre and the train and bus station. There is a big supermarket right opposite the hotel. A budget hotel a little over a mile from old town which serves a lot of Tour Groups buses. Be prepared for large crowds at the restaurant/ bar during the group visits. If you go in summer ask for a fan at check in, there is no AC. 1 of the 2 elevators broke down twice during our stay.

The hotel is centraly located, it gave me the opportunity to explore the Old Center of Vilnius on foot a lot. Room was a bit small but enough for a solo traveler. There is a luggage room.

They don't return items left in a room. I checked out and realised I left an important item to me in the room. (I was gifted that item in the room, so it didn't leave the room at all) I came back later on the same day and they said it's not found. I called them and said could you look for it and they didn't find it, so a cleaning person stole it. They just said maybe it's in the wash but was not found...

Nice place. Perfect location. Close to many symbol of the city. Good breakfast. But they got city tax from me although I paid all tax and price during the reservation process on Agoda app.

Reasonable hotel, clean, well priced no thrills, only 10 minute walk from the bus/train station and within a short walk of the old town.

Good value despite awkward Parking location. Stayed for 3 nights in a standard double room above ground floor. No lifts in the hotel which requires travellers to lift their luggage up flights of stairs. Reception Service was quick and easy throughout. Room Service is great and provided fresh towels among preparing rooms. Parking is located around the back of the hotel through a narrow road and costs...

The hotel has a good location, central and with a bus stop and supermarket nearby, and the breakfast is very complete and good. However, it lacks an elevator and cleaning of the rooms. In our case, this was not done, but they knocked on the door and gave us towels and changed the trash. This is the only thing I would try to make more efficient.

Comfortable hotel very close to the Old Town. Everything is within walking distance, so there's no need to use any transportation. The location is perfect. Close to Vilnius airport and any important point of Old Town they are close in a walk. The room was comfortable enough, it looks like refurbished and modernised. My room offered a full kitchen option, with a cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a small fridge. For those who want to save money on quick snacks or even breakfast, this is a great alternative. Small comfortable hotel... easy walk from bus and train station... right on the edge of the old town with all of its shops, bars and historic sights, nice room and the breakfast was very tasty.... we would stay there again

Very basic overall not great besides location. It had no AC, no tissues, no real hand soap, no elevator, no conditioner. Booked double bed but got two seperate beds we had to put together. They cleaned our room even though we had the dnd sign.
