Staff is helpful and always smiling. Give them all a cookie 😊 Also, surroundings of the hotel are nice, walking distance to a river. Only downside - sauna wasn’t working

Very nice experience I have to tell!! Arrived just for two nights for a business trip conference which was taking place in the hotel directly. Everything is very clean and smells nice, breakfast are plentyful

A very nice hotel just across the river in Vilnius. This is the 3rd night I stay in Radisson Blu but in 3 different hotels Tallinn, Riga and now in Vilnius. Undoubtably the best one amongst the 3

(Even if turn it off with the remote control) They said that if I open the window, the air conditioner will turn off, so I did that, but it still won't turn off. The hotel's response is very unsatisfactory

Good location, both by car and on foot. A short walk to the center, 10 minutes. Rooms are nice and modern. Breakfast is great. Service very friendly. EV charger (Ignitis, paid) in the parking house.

It's clear that the building was recently built. Everything was clean, the bathroom was wonderful, shampoo, conditioner and body wash gel bottles were filled up and of high quality

Was here today for one night stay, but I don't wanna leave this luxurious palace. The receptionists Olga made my day and the young waitress made it even brighter. No wonder it's one of the best hotels in Vilnius

Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and had all we needed. Private SPA, beautiful restaurant and delicious food made our stay memorable and left us wanting to come back again.

Very friendly and helpful lady staff when I checked in. The hotel itself is in a very fashionable design too. The room towel was so soft. They deserve a 5 star rating.

Stayed here previously, now stayed after my cycling trip, called desk before reservation to ask if I can store my bicycle inside, I was promised that they can lock up in storage room. Everything else was good.

Good hotel with great value for money. Rooms are clean and tidy and have a nice desk to work at. Beds are comfortable and there are power sockets close to the beds. I also like how they set up the lighting at the bed

There was written about possibility to attend sauna and pool, but in fact it does not work anymore. They could have informed about this on webpage before reservation and change service list, but they did not

For me personally, it is important a good water pressure in a shower and that cold would be COLD and hot would be HOT, couse i just LOVE contrast shower ;) so thumbs up for a good shower :) The only minus I would give is breakfast quality

My husband and I stayed at the Artis Centrum in Vilnius, Lithuania for three weeks in June/July 2024. We stayed there 8 years ago and remembered how very hospitable and pleasant the whole staff was

Truly the most you can get in Vilnius, its location is perfect to get you anywhere in the city most direct buses, the staff is very understanding of your needs and the rooms themselves offer the best value for your buck

Top room comes with a sauna and jakuzzi for pretty cheap too. The breakfast was fresh and full of variety to choose from to fill yourself any way you want. Definetly the hotel worth visiting more than once

Rooms were very small with sloping ceiling and we kept hitting our heads. Bathroom and shower tiny - no bath. Heated bathroom which was great. DO NOT get clothes washed as service is outrageously expensive

Nice hotel, all comfortable, air-conditioned room that gives you the ability to adjust the climate. There is also a Hairdryer, ironed, iron, who needs safe, too :) one double bed

Food was sooo good, we’ve rather liked to stay and eat at the hotel than anywhere else.

Friendly front office employees. Design is a little outdated, maybe time for refurbishment. Love the colorful paintings in the lobby! Location wise: a little too far to the old city. There's a nice park near the hotel

The breakfast was a wonderful selection for the value I received. The Bell Staff was friendly and helpful. You get a feeling of privacy staying here. Very close to the cities activities if you can walk

Hotel is close to plenty of bars and restaurants, walking distance. Taxi from airport takes about 20 mins and should be about 8-10 Euros. Lithuania now on UK green list, worth a look

Lovely hotel that still uses room keys. Lovely outside bar to sit and drink or eat eat food. Rooms good size, quiet and comfortable. Lovely breakfast with good options

Ryanair, Wizz air and Polish Airlines Lot fly direct from UK. Great for a short get away especially if you like street bar culture

There is a Bolt Scooter and Bicycle station out side. I will be coming back here to enjoy this hotel again

Great place to stay, right between beautiful old town and trendy Užupis. Slightly dated, but clean and quiet. Very good value, plus nice breakfast. All staff very helpful, friendly and polite.

When I first came in Vilnius, I stayed in this hotel. Although the hotel was a bi small, There was a lot of variety at breakfast and the breakfast was very nice. The staff was also very kind and helpful

The rooms are enormous compared to a hotel room and mostly have great views, I’ve been into two rooms because I reside two times in this lovely hotel, both times I had a great view, good light, huge bathtub and bathroom

Hotel staff are great, friendly and speak many languages. 5th floor has no lift access which meant I had to carry my suitcase up a flight of stairs - not what I wanted at 2am after a long day of travelling

Very large and comfortable room with a decent size balcony as well. Nothing fancy but it was clean on arrival, neighboring sounds didn't come through the walls and there was plenty of room

Nice causy hotel on the entrance of the Vilnius airport. If your flight is very early I recommend to stay in this hotel. 2 minutes away from departure. They have scales to weight your luggage

I stayed for 4 days, and they only took the trash once; they never cleaned the room, which is kind of weird for a 4-star hotel. The other issue is security; anyone can walk in at any time

We had a good stay at Alexa. Our group needed a meeting room. They found one for us. Breakfast wasn't that good. Quite central placed but not in the middle of the center. Walking distance to everything.

😃 Lovely room, very typical of old-town Vilnius. Spa and pool a great addition in the upgrade which I made use of for 3 hours and was the only person. Steam room and sauna also available

The low star rating is concerning amenities. The gym and pool specifically. They share a very small space and offer no privacy between working out or choosing to lounge near the pool and hot tub

All hotel staff exceptional and customer service is top of their agenda. Hotel is beautiful , great location and has Sauna facilities I used. They have Gluten free options for breakfast for those that require it

The bedroom is very beautiful and the beds are extremely comfortable. My friend had hip surgery so it was hard to bend and found the toilet seats very low unfortunately which caused more pain at times

Sarunas the other concierge has been fantastic as well, always letting us know about new things to explore in town. Everyone has been wonderful at making us feel at home

We stayed 3 nights in July of 2016 and while the place is a little dated it is kept clean and attractive. Breakfast buffet was very good with a nice variety of foods to choose from. We would definitely stay here again

The staff is very courteous and willing to help. My card somehow got deactivated and within seconds of notifying the staff I had a new, working one

Also, they have a tiny parking lot in the basement, which you enter by taking a tiny car elevator, testing your precision driving skills

The view from the room I am in is absolutely beautiful, you can see the cathedral square and the wooded hills in the distance
