Great experience, professional staff, good breakfast, excellent heating and comfortable beds. The spa is really great and intimate. We enjoyed every moment.

My friend and I stayed this summer for a little over a week and we're lucky to get upgraded. The location is unbeatable and the staff are incredibly friendly. Martinas especially went out of his way to help us multiple times. Don't forget to take advantage of the beautiful spa area 😀

The staff is very courteous and willing to help. My card somehow got deactivated and within seconds of notifying the staff I had a new, working one. The view from the room I am in is absolutely beautiful, you can see the cathedral square and the wooded hills in the distance.

Nice hotel, with great location and excellent restaurant. The breakfast was outstanding: Lithuanian breakfasts tended to sustain us well into the evening :). Also, they have a tiny parking lot in the basement, which you enter by taking a tiny car elevator, testing your precision driving skills.

Such a lovely place to spend the night! Is located in the heart of the city and has a beautiful decoration. The staff is really friendly and polite. All around the hotel is a construction, is very loud in the mornings. Breakfast also not so good. But, for cheap hotel or is good. We had a comfortable double room. I needed a place to stay for one night and I got super lucky to find Moon Garden. I could honestly live here. Room was super nice, clean, high ceilings, view of the street. I am absolutely booking this place for another stay in a few days. Very very impressed.

The view is amazing and the sauna's are good. However, the pool area is chilly, especially the air and jacuzzi temperatures are too low for comfort. The food was tasty, but extremely fatty. I ordered the most healthy-looking option from the menu - the chicken breast with grilled vegetables. It was dripping with oil and I couldn't finish it because it was too salty and fatty.

Pros: The hotel appears to have been built relatively recently and features nicely decorated rooms.Cons: My room faced the airport, and I could hear plane engines until midnight. The soundproofing is subpar, as I could also hear people walking in the room above.

The best aiport hotel i've been to. For the football european championships they made a special beer offer and public viewing in the lobby where people actually took advantage of. The rooms and everything was nice and the distance to the airport is a 5min walk. there is no need for a taxi at all.

A budget hotel a little over a mile from old town which serves a lot of Tour Groups buses. Be prepared for large crowds at the restaurant/ bar during the group visits. If you go in summer ask for a fan at check in, there is no AC. 1 of the 2 elevators broke down twice during our stay.

The hotel is located on Gediminas Avenue which is a main street in Vilnuis. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is very modern and well presented. We had breakfasts which are to a good standard and it was busy at times. I would recommend staying at this hotel if in Vilnuis.

The hotel location is fine, and my room is with a good view over the park and TV Tower. But, unlucky for me, the Resturant/skybar is closed due to rebuild. A bit strange hotel in the very centre of Vilnius. Rooms are ok, location very good but the overall feeling is nothing compared to other 4* hotels

We stayed for 3 night. The room is a little bit small but with comfortable bed. The staff was multilingual and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok and the staff there also are very nice. our window was near the main street so we heard a lot of noise on the weekend from outside when people were partying out.

Such an incredibly well kept hotel. It was so clean it felt brand new. Staff we kind and knowledgeable and their English was amazing. Really well located but the cleanliness was the cherry on top

I can't express enough how helpful the staff were during the summer of 2024 when I stayed here. They were so kind and accommodating trying to find me the best rooms and prices. This is a great hotel to stay near the town center/old town, its close to different monuments, cafe's, bars and more! They will take care of your luggage (including bicycles)!

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. We had an absolutely amazing time in Vilnius and this hotel was a big part of that. We love this place!!!

The breakfast was a wonderful selection for the value I received. The Bell Staff was friendly and helpful. You get a feeling of privacy staying here. Very close to the cities activities if you can walk. There is a Bolt Scooter and Bicycle station out side. I will be coming back here to enjoy this hotel again.

I had a pleasant stay at the Mabre Residence Hotel. Especially the breakfast service by Rimante was a quite positive experience. She was in charge of assisting and serving guests during breakfast and fulfilled her task fully, with a smiling face and an enthusiastic work attitude. Good Service!

I have stayed in this hotel several times for business purposes and every time it is getting worse. The hotel is not cheap; however, the staff attitude and the room cleanness are terrible. The food is great, though, buy I will not be staying in this hotel any more. There is a great choice of hotels in the centre of the city.

We spent four nights in a junior suite at the Artis. The room was huge, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The location is ideal. However we did have some issues. The cleanliness of the room was ok but on check-in the room had several flies and a few dusty surfaces (For example the mirror and the tv). Hotel has very spacious rooms, but: reception closes and no one to talk to after 9:00 pm. They helped me book a taxi, which was nice because they called me in my room late at night to help out, even though reception was closed.

Nice hotel! Definitely above 2 stars or very good one at least for this level. Clean, cosy and well maintained. Staff is friendly and tries to meet your request as much as possible. Very lovely hotel in Vilnius City Center. The hotel is made up of two areas. The old and new. It’s very modern inside and the beds were extremely comfortable. All sights are within walking distance. Also close to stores and restaurants.

The hotel has a great location, nearby some of Vilnius key touristic attractions. The room and the hotel were nicely decorated. Service was ok but the swimming pool was really really small. You could even say that the photos are a scam. You can’t even swim there, it’s like litteraly 3 meters long.

Clean, quite, comfortable and walkable from the train station and to old town. Had an issue with the Aircon (wasn't working for the first two night) and a slight smell from the shower. Overall a good stay, would go back.
