Our stay was great! Very clean and peaceful. Great staff wonderful food and beautiful room! Unfortunately the scent boxes in the hallways, dinning room and outside in entrance for the courtyard. the smell was very overpowering and affected our sleep. The staff is very courteous and willing to help. My card somehow got deactivated and within seconds of notifying the staff I had a new, working one. The view from the room I am in is absolutely beautiful, you can see the cathedral square and the wooded hills in the distance.

I needed a place to stay for one night and I got super lucky to find Moon Garden. I could honestly live here. Room was super nice, clean, high ceilings, view of the street. I am absolutely booking this place for another stay in a few days. Very very impressed.

All around the hotel is a construction, is very loud in the mornings. Breakfast also not so good. But, for cheap hotel or is good. We had a comfortable double room. Soap, shampoo, conditioner with great Lawanda aroma. Very very kindly personal on reception. If you need an extra pillow, you can take this on reception.

The view is amazing and the sauna's are good. However, the pool area is chilly, especially the air and jacuzzi temperatures are too low for comfort. The food was tasty, but extremely fatty. I ordered the most healthy-looking option from the menu - the chicken breast with grilled vegetables. It was dripping with oil and I couldn't finish it because it was too salty and fatty.

Rooms are nice but they only have 2 lifts and you cannot use stairs (emergency only). As a result during rush times you have to wait 20 minutes to either go to your room or leave the hotel. The food is pretty diabolical at times (stayed here for a whole week) and is obviously purchased in and warmed up rather than it being cooked by a real chef on site. My first impression was that the Hotel had an impersonal corporate feel to it. Despite that first impression we very much enjoyed our stay. A fine choice for visiting Vilnius. The old town area is only 10-15 minutes walk away, and a street stuffed with restaurants and bars is right next to the hotel. The room I got was big enough and I really liked the bathroom had both a bath tub and shower booth.

Overall great stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ordered room service since Novotel normally have good food - did not disappoint as usual. Prices are reasonable. Standard older Holiday Inn located in a convenient spot. The staff was friendly and helpful. Main drawbacks are the gym and TV's in the room are tiny.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. The location is perfect, the service is amazing, they were cleaning my room every day and even folding my night wear every time...) I have stayed in this hotel several times for business purposes and every time it is getting worse. The hotel is not cheap; however, the staff attitude and the room cleanness are terrible. The food is great, though, buy I will not be staying in this hotel any more. There is a great choice of hotels in the centre of the city.

The cleanliness of the room was ok but on check-in the room had several flies and a few dusty surfaces (For example the mirror and the tv). A budget hotel a little over a mile from old town which serves a lot of Tour Groups buses. Be prepared for large crowds at the restaurant/ bar during the group visits. If you go in summer ask for a fan at check in, there is no AC. 1 of the 2 elevators broke down twice during our stay.

The hotel is old but in good condition. The room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast offers a good variety of products, so everyone can find something for themselves. The best part for me was the pancakes! However, on the weekend, the staff seemed a little lazy, and many items were missing from the buffet at the same time.

Very large and comfortable room with a decent size balcony as well. Nothing fancy but it was clean on arrival, neighboring sounds didn't come through the walls and there was plenty of room. Only downsides were...

Hotel staff are great, friendly and speak many languages. 5th floor has no lift access which meant I had to carry my suitcase up a flight of stairs - not what I wanted at 2am after a long day of travelling. The rooms are basic but spacious. The breakfast is quite exceptional compared to others I've had in this price range.

I stayed in Grata hotel with my wife during the Christmas and my experience was very positive. I’m also thankful to their staff who allowed us to do early check-in. In addition, we both loved their morning breakfast. Thank you for this wonderful experience and I hope to stay again in future also.

Nice hotel right in the historical centre

There's a 4th floor but it's only accessible by stairs. There's supposed to be a gym in the building but I can't find it.

Right at the edge of old town, now a place of revival, great bars and restaurants are sprouting in the vacinity. Five star rooms and services but with a three star price

Very cozy and budget.

Really loved our stay here, with a very luxuriously decorated room, pleasant views, amazing clean and well fitted bathroom. Booked a time in the spa, which was unfortunately busy during convenient hours so we had to go very early. Staff were very professional and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast buffet is exceptional.

Located in the heart of the city and close to all important places. The staff was extremely available and did everything so we would feel comfortable. The rooms are specious and we'll designed. Quiet atmosphere, excellent breakfast.

Really good hotel with good, professional & friendly staffs. Perfect location in central city area & street. Around many high level restaurants and shops. You can just walk and enjoy walking by old and city centre architecture. Everything looks fabulous in day time and in night time, you can enjoy different city, one in day time, next in night dark evening time.

Great cozy hotel, but slow WiFi

Very lovely hotel in Vilnius City Center. The hotel is made up of two areas. The old and new. It’s very modern inside and the beds were extremely comfortable. All sights are within walking distance. Also close to stores and restaurants.

The hotel has a great location, nearby some of Vilnius key touristic attractions. The room and the hotel were nicely decorated. Service was ok but the swimming pool was really really small. You could even say that the photos are a scam. You can’t even swim there, it’s like litteraly 3 meters long.

Place as it self is nice. Been there several time within few years. Clean and tidy but breakfast 🤦🤦🤦..just wondering if manager of that place travells accross EU and „does his homework” cos i dont know how to describe their „morning food”..let say everytime when i go down to restaurant to eat breakfast and i see that food i feel like just back to early 90’ 🤦🫢.

There was written about possibility to attend sauna and pool, but in fact it does not work anymore. They could have informed about this on webpage before reservation and change service list, but they did not. That was unpleasant surprise for our company of friends. Everything else was perfect

Very nice location who like’s to live out of center. Good breakfast I can give 3,5 stars, free parking, unfortunately the restaurant was closed and the room wasn’t really good and clean for room only 3 stars by the way the rest is good. But not 4 stars for hotel unfortunately of course if the owner will invest a bit then no problem but for today 3 stars max.

For the price very acceptable. Nice rooms, everything as expected. Breakfast very good, location excellent. Only the lady at the reception might need a little bit of customer relation training. A little smile and a little bit of a friendly converstion sometimes gives customers a better feeling ;-) But that was more than compensated by the super friendly lady from the breakfast!

ok hotel, but the beds were horribly uncomfortable and the shower water was brown. Wouldn't recommend unless it's absolutely necessary to stay there. Giant Maxima nearby though.

I booked it last minute, and the price was fair. The bed is super comfortable! There are two things I disliked, though. I stayed for 4 days, and they only took the trash once; they never cleaned the room, which is kind of weird for a 4-star hotel. The other issue is security; anyone can walk in at any time. Nice hotel, a bit far from the city center, but good price experience. The breakfast is a bit poor of choices, but there is a maxima near by. So you can help yourself. The rooms are warm in wintertime, sometimes the ladies clean them up, sometimes they do not. That‘s bit random. But we appreciated our stay very much.

Location good, near old town. Breakfast little over average. Staff very helpfull when needed, and kind. Rooms spacious and clean. One star goes from the large bed. It was very hard to the back. So sleeping wasnt comfort.
