The staff was very friendly AND professional, the food was very good, what I didn't like was that in order to have heat in the room, you have to call the reception and ask for their permission, even though it was a few degrees outside and we were freezing in the room. From the room you could not turn on or adjust the heat.

Overall, it's good. The location is convenient, and the room is spacious. However, there's no electrical outlet on one side of the bed, and the bedside lamp only has a switch on one side. Both lamps are connected, so they turn off simultaneously.
