Our stay was great! Very clean and peaceful. Great staff wonderful food and beautiful room! Unfortunately the scent boxes in the hallways, dinning room and outside in entrance for the courtyard. the smell was very overpowering and affected our sleep. Such a lovely place to spend the night! Is located in the heart of the city and has a beautiful decoration. The staff is really friendly and polite. They were really helpful, showing me all the best places to visit. The breakfast is also a plus. In the weekends is served until 2 p.m., so I could sleep a little longer. For sure I will come back. The staff is very courteous and willing to help. My card somehow got deactivated and within seconds of notifying the staff I had a new, working one. The view from the room I am in is absolutely beautiful, you can see the cathedral square and the wooded hills in the distance.

Nice hotel, with great location and excellent restaurant. The breakfast was outstanding: Lithuanian breakfasts tended to sustain us well into the evening :). Also, they have a tiny parking lot in the basement, which you enter by taking a tiny car elevator, testing your precision driving skills.

All around the hotel is a construction, is very loud in the mornings. Breakfast also not so good. But, for cheap hotel or is good. We had a comfortable double room. Soap, shampoo, conditioner with great Lawanda aroma. Very very kindly personal on reception. If you need an extra pillow, you can take this on reception.

The view is amazing and the sauna's are good. However, the pool area is chilly, especially the air and jacuzzi temperatures are too low for comfort. The food was tasty, but extremely fatty. I ordered the most healthy-looking option from the menu - the chicken breast with grilled vegetables. It was dripping with oil and I couldn't finish it because it was too salty and fatty.

Very big room, but wasn't cleaned perfectly, nothing too major. Food from the bar is very tasty. Pool area is quite big with many saunas, although not all pool gadgets work. Overall a really good experience!

Stayed here in July 2024 as part of tour group. Was given a room on the lower floor. Room was not as spacious as previous Radisson hotels in Tallinn and Riga. Staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was good. Well located with CUP next to hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with two kids for 5 days. After 2 days, I realized that I couldn't turn off the air conditioner all night long, and that's why my kids caught a cold. When I talked to the front, they said that technically, the air conditioner can't be turned off completely. Great room and location. Breakfast had a good selection. My room had empty hand wash, shower wash and tissue box with only 2 tissues left. First day l declined room clean as was resting after long travel. Second day was out from 8am till 6pm and returned to find room untouched. So Beautiful hotel but housekeeping let them down.

Stayed there 2 nights on the weekend. Sauna and gym is free and convenient. They have early checkin/late check out options. Loyalty program gives free room upgrade when available. I will definitely choose to stay here next time.

Very nice experience I have to tell!! Arrived just for two nights for a business trip conference which was taking place in the hotel directly. Rooms are nice but they only have 2 lifts and you cannot use stairs (emergency only). As a result during rush times you have to wait 20 minutes to either go to your room or leave the hotel. Stayed here previously, now stayed after my cycling trip, called desk before reservation to ask if I can store my bicycle inside, I was promised that they can lock up in storage room. Everything else was good.

Great hotel in the center of the city. All the attractions are at walking distance. The room was spacious, and the windows recline, so you can have fresh air. The bed was comfortable. The personnel helpful. The rooms facing the main street could be noisy. I would stay there again.

Not the best experience. Basuc amenities.Rooms were very small with sloping ceiling and we kept hitting our heads. Bathroom and shower tiny - no bath. No sink plug. Heated bathroom which was great. Air-conditioning good. Lifts small. DO NOT get clothes washed as service is outrageously expensive. €76 for 7 pieces of clothing!! We nearly died of shock.

Very nice hotel with a good design. The rooms and hotel feel well maintained and looked after. The shower and bathroom is great (rain shower) and the breakfast selection is also decent. The hotel is located on Gediminas Avenue which is a main street in Vilnuis. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is very modern and well presented. We had breakfasts which are to a good standard and it was busy at times. I would recommend staying at this hotel if in Vilnuis.

Fantastic hotel - this is our second time and we really enjoy it. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only issue that the casting system for televisions is only compatible with android devices…. Won’t stop us from staying again, I’ll just remember to bring my chrome cast next time!

I stayed at this hotel many times. Very nice atmosphere, cozy and clean. The hotel is old but in good condition. The room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast offers a good variety of products, so everyone can find something for themselves. The best part for me was the pancakes! However, on the weekend, the staff seemed a little lazy, and many items were missing from the buffet at the same time.

Hotel staff are great, friendly and speak many languages. 5th floor has no lift access which meant I had to carry my suitcase up a flight of stairs - not what I wanted at 2am after a long day of travelling. The rooms are basic but spacious. The breakfast is quite exceptional compared to others I've had in this price range.

I stayed in Grata hotel with my wife during the Christmas and my experience was very positive. I’m also thankful to their staff who allowed us to do early check-in. In addition, we both loved their morning breakfast. Thank you for this wonderful experience and I hope to stay again in future also.

Very Nice hotel with spacious rooms and nice staff. The breakfast was also delicious and had quite a bit of variety. A very good option for a short stay after a flight from Vilnius airport or before a flight. Loses a star as it can be noisy and hard to sleep being so close to the airport (they provide ear plugs but for us they are uncomfortable to sleep in) and waitress at breakfast was serving food...

Ideal place for a stopover after or before your flight. Right next to Vilnius airport, cozy room, comfy bed.

The only bad thing is their pillows. Pretty big so I had some neck ache. But all other staff is pretty good. Big choice of food in the morning. So close to the airport! Will stay again when traveling. Thanks

Nice causy hotel on the entrance of the Vilnius airport. There are fair sized rooms. Decent restaurant. If your flight is very early I recommend to stay in this hotel. 2 minutes away from departure. They have scales to weight your luggage.

200m walking distnace from the Vilnius airport arrivals exit Room had all basic necessities including towels, extra pillows, soap/shampoo. Slippers are chargeable. Room was clean and fresh. Water in taps is safe to drink Polite staff to welcome us. The reception has a board showing the flight schedule at the airport

Hotel has very spacious rooms, but: reception closes and no one to talk to after 9:00 pm. They helped me book a taxi, which was nice because they called me in my room late at night to help out, even though reception was closed.

Appreciate the helpful and welcoming service. Clean hotel, calm place around with some fresh greenery. Lovely style and cozy inside the hotel. Close by the airport (keep in mind that this is the reason why there might be noise late in the evening or at 4am because of other travelers).
