Where to stay in Vilnius

Stayed here in July 2024 as part of tour group. Was given a room on the lower floor. Room was not as spacious as previous Radisson hotels in Tallinn and Riga. Staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was good. Well located with CUP next to hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with two kids for 5 days. After 2 days, I realized that I couldn't turn off the air conditioner all night long, and that's why my kids caught a cold. When I talked to the front, they said that technically, the air conditioner can't be turned off completely. (Even if turn it off with the remote control) They said that if I open the window, the air conditioner will turn off, so...

Great room and location. Breakfast had a good selection. My room had empty hand wash, shower wash and tissue box with only 2 tissues left. First day l declined room clean as was resting after long travel. Second day was out from 8am till 6pm and returned to find room untouched. So Beautiful hotel but housekeeping let them down.

Stayed there 2 nights on the weekend. Sauna and gym is free and convenient. They have early checkin/late check out options. Loyalty program gives free room upgrade when available. I will definitely choose to stay here next time.

Very nice experience I have to tell!! Arrived just for two nights for a business trip conference which was taking place in the hotel directly. Everything is very clean and smells nice, breakfast are plentyful. Staff is helpful and always smiling. Give them all a cookie 😊 Also, surroundings of the hotel are nice, walking distance to a river. Only downside - sauna wasn’t working.

Loved this gem, highly recommend it for any kind of stay to Vilnius. It's in a main thoroughfar but set back a bit in a courtyard so it's extremely quiet. Our stay was great! Very clean and peaceful. Great staff wonderful food and beautiful room! Unfortunately the scent boxes in the hallways, dinning room and outside in entrance for the courtyard. the smell was very overpowering and affected our sleep. Rooms are nice but they only have 2 lifts and you cannot use stairs (emergency only). As a result during rush times you have to wait 20 minutes to either go to your room or leave the hotel. Completely stupid and badly thought. Breaking the whole experience because apart from this major issue the hotel is nice.

Well-meaning staff and decent rooms but this place gets a lot wrong. The food is pretty diabolical at times (stayed here for a whole week) and is obviously purchased in and warmed up rather than it being cooked by a real chef on site. Friendly staff, great location. The ceiling in the room was industrial style exposed which I do not find appealing but otherwise the rooms are good.

We loved it. The rooms are not huge, but very nice and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and you get everything you need, including robes and slippers. The breakfast is included and I should say is a very good breakfast. The selection is great. Everything tastes great. Very good espresso based drinks! Stayed here previously, now stayed after my cycling trip, called desk before reservation to ask if I can store my bicycle inside, I was promised that they can lock up in storage room. Everything else was good.

Very big hotel close to the old city and train station. I was living at 6th floor with great furbished rooms and panoramic windows. Really nice views but price for room was about 20 EUR more expensive than standard rooms at 2-5 floor. I don't know how those rooms are, but 6 floor rooms are unbelievable.

Not the best experience. Basuc amenities.Rooms were very small with sloping ceiling and we kept hitting our heads. Bathroom and shower tiny - no bath. No sink plug. Heated bathroom which was great. Air-conditioning good. Lifts small. DO NOT get clothes washed as service is outrageously expensive. €76 for 7 pieces of clothing!! We nearly died of shock.

Very nice hotel with a good design. The rooms and hotel feel well maintained and looked after. The shower and bathroom is great (rain shower) and the breakfast selection is also decent. As well as this we've found the staff nice and friendly too. Our room in the pics is a twin room with two single beds. Overall a good experience.

We had a one night stay for business purposes (13 people). It is a nice and cosy hotel in city centre. Rooms were spacious and clean. The accomodation is good enough. The breakfast also good. The breakfast area is not clean. The sofas are very dirty there. In general the hotel policy is not to clean the rooms unless you ask something specific. The towels are very very old. They must be replaced immediately. The breakfast was a wonderful selection for the value I received. The Bell Staff was friendly and helpful. You get a feeling of privacy staying here. The best aiport hotel i've been to. For the football european championships they made a special beer offer and public viewing in the lobby where people actually took advantage of. The rooms and everything was nice and the distance to the airport is a 5min walk. there is no need for a taxi at all.

Good hotel. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, for me less comfortable pillow. I didn’t liked shower, as there were no shower wall, so all bathrooms was in water. But still I liked a lot this hotel, next to airport. Good breakfast selection. Good delicious

Clean, big rooms, close the airport and have very good restaurant (not too much choise but it is ok). You can check your flights on the screen in restaurant. I love it.
