Located right on the beach. Great service. Food was a solid 4. Location is 5. I liked the food in small cafe at the entrance, more than at the restaurant. Also great inner courtyard, protected from the winds. SPA is very good: several saunas and large swimming pool.

Mixed bag experience. The staff is completely indifferent (except for spa staff, one butler, and teenagers working the breakfast service). We have mobility issues and the elevator broke, leaving us to struggle to the 4th floor where our room was located. No one cared. The elevator repairmen arrived 24 hours after we pointed it out. The rooms are nice and clean, beds are very comfortable. The Italian restaurant serves good food (not a great price-to-quality ratio, but tolerable. 27 euro pizza is a crime, it's not even authentic). The breakfast spread was enjoyable. Essentially, nice rooms and good food, but the staff must have been huffing the same fumes since everyone there is equally confused about what their job and responsibilities are. Overall, I did not feel welcome in the hotel and I would only return for the spa.

The hotel is very worn out, long overdue for a major overhaul. The spa center is not a spa, but just a swimming pool with nearby saunas, there is no relaxation area. Definitely not worth the money paid, much less 5 stars, the hotel category is 3 stars at best. Breakfast is very good, a wide selection, but there were not enough tables during breakfast.

Large variation of SPA. But it was too much people in september.
Room is spacious, clean but too oldish. Looks like it was build by soviets and never renovated..

The location and rooms were good. But the service was terrible: they charged a damage deposit from card 140 eur that was supposed to be returned back on check-out day, however, the deposit is not back not the check-out day, not 2 or 5, or even 12 days after check-out. When requesting them to resolve the issue, they say they have returned it back. Worst problem solving experience ever.

Good location on the Jurmala beach with a spacious executive suite, separate sitting room and balcony with side sea view. Liked the breeze of the Baltic sea from the balcony.
Easy to walk to the main town street though and view the various Victorian houses in the area.
We enjoyed the breakfast in the Il Sole restaurant overlooking the beach and had dinner there one evening.
The hotel has one of the largest Spa centres in Latvia and the Baltics.

Went here to pick up stuff that a friend of my sister left behind on her school trip. She had been in contact with the hotel and they told her it could be picked up in the reception. Went there and the service was very bad. Gave them check out date and room, but there was no help to get at all.

I stayed at this hotel for one day before my long flight back home. I had a very relaxing experience, free of any worries, as everything was well-organized: exclusive access to the beach, fantastic breakfast, sea water swimming pool and saunas that were included in the price. Shopping at the apparel, glasses and jewelry boutique stores in the hotel lobby was fun. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

There were lots of spiderwebs in the balcony of my room and the bottle opener in my room was absolutely filthy. Moreover, the shower head was covered by black mould.

Location is very beautiful, safe, and quiet. The houses in the neighborhood are very beautiful with a Victorian style. The rooms were ok, a little dated but good condition. The staff was excellent and polite. The SPA was amazing!!! I did the Garden experience and I highly recommend it. Felt amazing and peaceful. Pool is a lot of fun, overall it was a great experience.
