Unfortunately, the room experience did not meet expectations. I chose a paid room upgrade, but the upgraded room was clearly worn out: the furniture was dirty, with damaged corners, and there was very loud ventilation in the room, which affected overall comfort.
The biggest disappointment was the visit to the wellness center. It felt like a public swimming pool with no supervision — while swimming, guests had to be extremely careful because children and teenagers were jumping into the pool onto other people’s heads, creating a real safety risk. The saunas were overcrowded and required waiting in line. Although a spa reception employee was present in the pool area, no remarks were made and no attempts were made to ensure order or safety.
Overall, the experience unfortunately did not meet expectations, especially regarding the room quality and the organization of the wellness center.
Upon checking in for my most recent stay, I was asked if I needed parking, to which I replied yes. Crucially, at no point during this interaction was any charge for parking mentioned. It was only upon checking out the following morning that I was presented with an unexpected charge for parking.
When I questioned this, explaining that parking had been free just three weeks ago, the receptionist's response was simply, "but yes, today is a holiday." While a holiday might explain a different pricing structure, the complete lack of upfront communication about this additional cost is unacceptable.
For a charge of just a few euros, this oversight left a very bitter feeling. If a hotel chooses to charge for a service that was previously free, or has variable pricing based on dates, guests absolutely need to be informed at the time of check-in, or ideally, when booking. Transparency is key, and its absence here significantly detracted from an otherwise uneventful stay. I hope the hotel considers improving its communication regarding parking fees.

We stayed in a standard double room – it was quite small, but very well designed, with a tea kettle, minibar, and a convenient option to refill a carafe with fresh drinking water anytime.
The swimming pool was spacious and pleasantly warm, with the added bonus of two saunas and a jacuzzi.
Quiet beach location in Lielupe, you can walk to the beach and enjoy sunset... what makes this hotel as well to a bargain is the free access to indoor/outdoor pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Hamam and that breakfast is included in all rates! coffee is good, wide selection of food but I hate how the present fruits ("peel yourself")
Parking is free 24/7 365 days outside in the streets (easy to find except on hot summer days) - hotel parking 5€ during warm days - Free from October to March.
Please remember that Jurmala has a 3€/day car-fee - now for the whole year!
