We are thankful for the great stay in your nice hotel.
Everyone in the group liked accommodation and the service of the personnel. Your Wellness center and fitness club are enjoyable. The food, the evening music and artist were great.

Excellent location, great value, SPA area has large pool, 2 saunas.

Nice hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Good food, with a varied selection of breakfast items.
Set in a sleepy town, just outside of Riga. Be careful of taxis, lots of unofficial taxi drivers ready to pounce on tourists.

This hotel has a lot of good things about it, but ultimately some bad things that makes me leave not such a good review.
First of all, I wouldn't recommend this place for couples or solo travelers, as it is very catered for people with children. The spa, jacuzzi and pool are basically playgrounds. Even the breakfast experience was terrible, with children running around meanwhile you try to get food. On top of that, the walls in the rooms are paper thin. I woke up every single night with children running and screaming in the hallways, as late as 23:00 or 6:00 am. There's not a lot of respect for other guests.
On another note, the personnel in the reception are very nonchalant and dismissive. I had a small problem about my room not being cleaned properly during the stay, which was received with a lot of suspicion. Adding to that, they don't even say good morning, hi, how are you or try in any way to be welcoming.
The good part is, the rooms are perfectly fine, the hotel is beautiful and the spa area is really the best part of it all. Breakfast is acceptable, but not very catered to western tastes.

Great location close to the beach and the woods, good service, pool and gym but the breakfast could be better and the elevators are very few and slow (if they work at all). Rooms are clean and nice but pretty tiny.

A nice place to spend holidays with family. Kids loved the indoor pool. A short walk to the sea. On the other hand, avarge variety for breakfast. Expected room to be cleaned daily in a 4 star hotel, but it wasn't.

Nice hotel with a good range of extra services. Everything was very clean. Rooms were nice. They seem to value looks over actual functionality at this place. Service was ok. At times we felt that we spoke the wrong languages though (not Latvian).
Jurmala is a beautiful place to visit and this hotel is surely a save choice for families. Walk to the beach in 2-3 minutes

Luxury hotel in a good price. The staff was wery nice. I really enjoyed the massage and wellness centre as well. The rooms were nice and delicious breakfast.

Excellent hotel near the beach, clean and comfortable. Pool is nice and location is good for peace and relaxation. A little walk to main part of Jurmala.
