Absolutely incredible — truly unforgettable!

Our stay at Oak Leaf Residences in Montenegro was beyond amazing. The villas are absolutely stunning — like a palace — and the views are to die for. Photos online simply don’t do them justice. The panorama is so vast and breathtaking that it’s something you can only truly appreciate in person.

The location is epic, peaceful, and private, yet close to everything. The villas are spacious, beautifully designed, and everything worked perfectly. The service was exceptional — the team was only ever a message or call away for anything we needed. Every day they prepared beach towels within minutes, brought us food and drinks, and gave us great local advice.

For our wedding, they went above and beyond. The setup was absolutely beautiful, the bar and serving staff were incredible, and everything ran seamlessly. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Whether you’re visiting for relaxation, a family getaway, or a celebration like a wedding, I can’t recommend Oak Leaf Residences highly enough. It’s peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable. We’re so grateful to the team for making our time there so special — and we can’t wait to return one day.

We had our wedding here, and it was simply an amazing experience. The venue itself is beautiful, and everything was thought out down to the smallest detail—there was no need for additional organization, as the stunning view alone made for a delightful time. Everything was spotless, and the fact that the washrooms were checked and cleaned throughout the wedding day was a thoughtful touch. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were helpful and understanding. Since the venue is a little far from the city center, whenever something was missing during the event and we contacted the reception, they were at the door within minutes and supported us in every situation.

As a small piece of feedback, for weddings it would have been a nice gesture to surprise the bride and groom with a champagne or a little gift ☺️. Also, I wish breakfast had been included in our package.
Anyways, I can’t wait to come back here again!

First of all it’s location, the view from villa is unbelievable 😍 Celebrated my wedding here and it was the best decision for our intimate wedding.

We were six girls renting one of the villas and we had an amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful than in pictures, we felt we were living in a castle. The service was amazing as well, so helpful and nice people. Would highly recommend this place!!

Without a doubt, this hotel deserves attention! I came back here after several years and did not regret it! Everything is the same, comfortable and cozy! Privacy 100%! We have just spent amazing 5 days at the Oak Leaf Residences occupying Villa 1 and 2. Villas are spotless clean, well maintained, equipped and have amazing views over Budva bay. If possible take Villa 2 for best view ever! The staff is always there to help You! Highly recommend Oak Leaf for relaxing vacations!

Great stuff, amazing organization, they will help you with everything you need. Home and the view are so amazing you will never want to leave! Will go there again for sure!

It's very beautiful. The facilities are very new. The welcome coffee is very considerate.
