Hotel Tre Canne

We went for a skyview pool and sauna there, worst experience in our life. Mens shower didn't work, so as showers in a relax area didn't work, so my husband had nowhere to shower at all. Toilet doors don't close properly. Sauna is really cold, we could only warm it up to 70 degress, there's no place to take hot water to spill it on the sauna rocks. Only 2 saunas out of 3 were working, but the working ones were really dirty. The pool water is really cold and there are some sharp pieces at the bottom, so I almost got cut (gladly I didn't). The windows for sky view are dirty and moldy, there is even some moss growing there. The view is not that great, there is a big construction going on underneath. And that's for 30 euros/person🙄 Didn't eventl worth a try...

We just wanted to use the day SPA here today. It started of well with a nice welcome at the reception and the Spa reception at the 15th floor.

We paid 30€ per person which is reasonable for the equipment ( 3 Sauna 1 Pool).
In the wardrobe we quickly discovered a big black cockroach. A little unsettled we decided to continue to the sauna as the general area did not seem dirty.

2 of the 3 Saunas did not work. In the remaining working sauna we discovered two other big black cockroaches. We could not stay and left immediately. I have never ever been to a cockroach infested SPA and this is definitely not relaxing.

The young and helpful receptionist refunded us our entry at the end, but still we would have preferred not to have gone at all..

We had a bad experience in the Limoni Lounge and Bar at this hotel on a rainy day in August 2024. We are a family of 4 and we ordered foods and drinks to shelter from the rain outside. We sat, ate and had drinks and my husband opened his laptop. After a while the owner or the person in charge came and asked us to leave because 'the restaurant is not an office'. We looked around and saw people around us who had been sitting there long before we arrived and nobody bothered them or asked them to leave. That behavior towards us was very ruude and inappropriate. We were insulted and are never coming back!

My family and I went to have breakfast at the Lemoni restaurant in the hotel. While we were about to leave, a guy probably the owner or the manager came over to us asking us to leave. We were utterly shocked and asked him why. He disrepectfully answered you had been sitting for quite some time. I replied to him we were leaving anyway but because of the rain we cannot leave now with our children. He did not show any sign of sympathy but insisted that we leave. I told him we were not the only ones stuck inside because of the weather. I got offended by his attitude and behaviour and went over to tell him that he had no manners and should learn how to respect people. We left very disappointed and frustrated.

Hotel is nice and equipped. Apartments are spacious and clean. Both pools are out of order currently. One only opens late in the summer and the other closed for maintenance. Disappointed our kids couldn’t swim here on Holiday, beach near the hotel was covered in trash in The water and on the rocks. Hotel didn’t advertise the pools are closed.

The location is great. The host of my apartment was very friendly.
In general the hygiene/cleanliness was not good. But what annoyed me the most was the spa. When I arrived I went to check the spa and the first thing I see is a mom changing a diaper next to the pool. On my last day, I arrived at 10am, just at the opening of the spa area. Spa mean Wellness / Relaxation. But Short time after there was a swim trainer training two little boys in the pool? The music was extremely loud and I could with the kids and the training session not use the pool or relax. So I thought I will go hide myself in the sauna area. Well sauna is not on, only in a few hours.
So the spa area is in reality a family pool.
I booked this hotel just because of the pics and the feeling it gave for me as an adult that I could relax. That was wrong.
Really a shame.
