The room was ok, clean, and the cleaning service every day. Very noisy AC and fan in bathroom and very poor quieting the room. You can hear everything what's going on outside. Infitity pools were nice, the beach wasn't really walkable from the huge rocks---very slippery. Nothing to do besides swimming and sitting. If you have small kids or you're old, I imagine it's nice. It's a great place to visit for a couple of hours, not something I wpuld recommend staying longer.

Location of the hotel is not at the shore vant they have a parking and five minutes away are all the good beaches. Owner gave us few recommendations about restaurants coffee shops and beaches and everything turned out to be very helpful. Definitely I would come back to this place.

Try avoid room 204 unless you are wheelchair-bound because shower does neither have door nor a lower guide ("dam") nor sloped floor, and water spills everywhere with risk of slipping. The hotel is located on the rock upon the small city beach which is a 10 min walk away. The staff is very friendly. We had a delicious dinner there and te breakfast which was nothing special but ok. The rooms are bit old style and need some refurbishment. Strange blankets. No toiletries, no caffe, no water. All is all is ok but lack a lot of amenieties for a 4star hotel.

The hotel is very good, the customer service is 5 start. When we arrived the room was not ready they apologised and gave us a room upgrade. They organised transport for us so we could go to Albania for a day. Rooms were well cleaned and tidy we even had chocolate left on the bed for us. The sea view room has a nice view, it is almost the highest hotel around. The hotel breakfast is normal, the continental breakfast is not bad, and the bathroom glass is very clean.

We stayed here 14-21 May and found the hotel exactly as expected room was nice and large , everything worked maid service every day, breakfast was everything you could want. We had a great stay. Wonderful large room, junior suite, clean and large balcony, bath tub and separate shower, powerful shower. Bed large and comfortable. Room 310,Kettle provided but no cups or teaspoon included, had to get from restaurant. Kitchen needs removing and room updating, it is not a self catering apartment.

Hotel looked great from the photos but is a little tired when you get close up. Whilst clean and tidy it could do with some repairs to bring up to scratch … leaking taps, scuff marks on the walls.
