The location was awesome, Breakfast was very good, service was good. We had reserved several rooms and the A/C was not working in some of the rooms and the safety locker also had problems. Some of the staff members were not enthusiastic in doing their jobs, but some were helpful. It would have been nice if they provided water bottles in the rooms. Expected better amenities for the price we paid

Very clean, well maintained, very accommodating front desk, nice breakfast spread, amazing view, a gem in Bar. Easy walk to a great selection of restaurants as well as great in-house food. Cab driver told us on the trip over how this is the best in the region, he was correct!

The room was clean! Some of the staff was helpful! About 15 minutes walk from the main bus station! But the local bus station was confusing and I couldn’t find any near by! Taxi service took adavantage and over charged for the rides!

Friendly welcome, nice view, the hotel owns the most romantic beach in town ( in my point of view). I did not like the monotonous breakfast and that the restaurants are 10-15 mins far from the hotel. We stayed here 14-21 May and found the hotel exactly as expected room was nice and large , everything worked maid service every day, breakfast was everything you could want. The gym was well equipped , Sauna / Steam rooms pools all included, the location is ideal really close to the beach front full of nice restaurants are favourites were Cantina and Medittaraneo , really recommend a stay here.

We had a great stay. Wonderful large room, junior suite, clean and large balcony, bath tub and separate shower, powerful shower. Bed large and comfortable. Room 310,Kettle provided but no cups or teaspoon included, had to get from restaurant. Kitchen needs removing and room updating, it is not a self catering apartment.

This was the second time I am staying at this hotel, again as a conference participant. The entire experience is great: Position, quitness, SPA and pool, service and last but not the least important: food. Especially breakfast that is sumptous buffet-style.

Hotel looked great from the photos but is a little tired when you get close up. Whilst clean and tidy it could do with some repairs to bring up to scratch … leaking taps, scuff marks on the walls. Sometimes when You are lucky, You came across places and people that make You feel like You belong there. Rivijera has all You need for perfect vacation. I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and I did not want to leave! The room was fresh and clean. It was also cleaned daily. All the personal in this hotel made the visit super, the cleaners was very nice and sweet, and the guys who worked in the reception made our stay feel personal and we felt very welcome! I was with my wife and my daughter for the first time in high season in the hotel Ami. The prices were higher as in the other hotels in Petrovac, but on the first day we noticed immediataly why. we had great stay, variety of facilities and helpful staff, easy to park your car. the cleanjng service is good but not as expected. the bed’s linen not changed everyday. there are many pools, great drinks, great view from the room. private beach also. the rooms feel old but they are well preserved. Our stay hear was wonderful. But what impressed me most, was help and engagement of hotel team and host himself when other guest by mistake took our luggage. The hotel is huge and has plenty of activities, the pool is great and the breakfast is amazing, because you can have multiple choices of food. The bedrooms were also really comfortable. I think the only problem is that when I went with my dad, he booked a room with two beds and when we first arrived they gave us one with only one bed. But they quickly moved us to another room.

I stayed at this hotel from 1 June for 10 nights. Nicely situated by the beach, watch out for all the front row sun beds saved early in the morning, nothing is done about this. The beach is course sand but gets pebbly as you get to the waters edge. Wear beach shoes. It's not easy getting in and out of the water.
