The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation (pine trees, palm trees, cypress trees) in the small town of Petrovac in the Central part of the Montenegrin coast. The location is the best in the city, the hotel is literally blended into the natural landscape. A high level of service and wide range of additional services. Ideal for lovers of relaxation and comfort in a peaceful location.

Location: in the heart of the Montenegrin seaside, in the small town of Petrovac, located between the town of Sveti Stefan and Bar. 18 km from Budva, 40 km from the airport g. Tivat airport Dubrovnik and 91 km away. the Hotel is surrounded by pines, palms, cypress and other southern vegetation. Nearby is the embankment of Petrovac with restaurants, shops and bars.
Total area: 22000 m2.
Consists of 2 buildings "A" and "B" (connected by Skywalk), 91 rooms: 11 single rooms, 38 double rooms, 42 junior suite, superior suite and family room.
Beach: the main public sandy-pebble beach of Petrovac, 50 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). The length of the beach 500 m. a Convenient entrance to the sea and flat bottom, suitable for families with children. 170 m from the hotel, right over the mountain, is a concrete Ponta. There is a beach café, restaurant, sunbeds and umbrellas in the water are easy steps. This favourite vacation spot of youth. After sunset, the beach turns into an open disco. 600 m from the hotel is another Lucice beach is pebbly with a gentle entrance into the water. On the beach a few summer restaurants and water slide. The whole beach is surrounded by pine forests. Umbrellas and sunbeds on all the beaches are available for extra cost. Beach towels are available at reception.

1. When we came, we had inconvenience about the rooms. The hotel staff were wery rude. Started to blame us when we tried to explain the situation. I could call the whole hotel personnel as "Soviet Union Era mindset" - very unprofessional, only couple of them speaking english properly and not even close to European standarts.
2. The rooms were a joke. The whole room was filled with cigarettes smoke, I wasn't able to sleep properly because of the cigarette smell and smog and they said - we can't do anything about it till tomorrow. The hotel room was degraded and "used" not everything was working properly.
In addition to that the bathub was clogged and water stayed after the shower. I described the problem to the staff in the reception in the morning. But after the whole day, I could say 12 hours the problem was still there. The bathub draining was clogged.
3. The hotel parking area. They promised us a parking. But the parking was a frame of a new unfinished building. We had to leave our bigger vehicle elsewhere.
5. The staff didn't even tried to explain about the pool and other hotel amenities. Cards provided were plain white. No indication of the room number or anything.
The only good thing about the hotel was the food. But still lacking more fruits.
As a separate note, I was really not happy reading malicious reviews posted by some guests who disliked one or two things and rated hotel really low. Objective of a review is to provide an objective representation of the reviewed place.
Half board dining was awful. Food very basic and same every day. No vegetables for dinner. Most food run out over 30 mins before closing. Dining room was dirty. Seats with ingrained dirt. Food barely warm. Dining staff incredibly unfriendly and uninterested.
Bedroom was in the 'new' section and after the uneven walkway through the building site (5 min walk from reception), with exposed wiring and pipework was navigated the room was superficially ok. However, the sink was blocked, the safe in-operative, the bed linen missing (no covers for spare pillows or the duvet). Duvet dirty with awful stains. Daily cleaning was very poor. Dirt left in sink, toilet paper left on floor next to bin, bed not made.
To say this was poor was an understatement. It ruined the start to our holiday so much so we checked-out early and paid to stay somewhere else.
Montenegro itself is stunning. Just don't stay in this hotel. It's grim.
