Wonderful experience.. It's one of the best holidays ever... The great beach is in front of the hotel. There are never too many people. Staff is very friendly. The hotel has comfortable rooms and breakfasts are excellent.. They have a restaurant so you can have lunch at special prices for hotel guests

Kaja was very helpful during our stay and helped us with any issues we had fab customer service we checked in the 16th of July sadly I didn’t get the other young ladies name but she was also very helpful . We booked the hotel 30 mins before we arrived. There was parking in front of the hotel. There we were greeted and shown to our rooms. A family room and a double room. There were a lot of stairs, which we did not like. The rooms were not ready when we arrived and they seemed dirty. The air conditioning was not strong at all. The hotel was generally nice and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, but the bathroom was quite small and a bit uncomfortable to use. It worked fine for a short stay, but might be an issue for some guests.

A very nice and beautiful hotel with a direct entrance to the sea and private area at the see. Unfortunately our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. We mentioned it at the reception and they handled it very professionally and reacted really friendly and directly took care of the issue.

The hotel staff were excellent! I fell sick on the first day, they organised a driver to take me to hospital, they cooked me soup whilst I was recovering and they made sure I was ok every day. The room was superb, very clean and with all the right amenities. The location was great, it escapes the hustle of kotor but is close enough to reach it by car or bicycle quickly enough. I have stayed here a few times when travelling with work. Staff are very friendly, WiFi is great. Breakfast is good too. Beautiful location. And they really helped organise things like airport transfer! Couldn’t ask for more

I like the breakfast garden. It is a quiet place and iis close to the sea. The stuff is very kind. Next time I come to Tivat I will be there again.

Very friendly personnel, beach is near and food served in hotel restaurant is great. Only few minutes away from Porto Montenegro, Old Park (Large Park) and Tivat downtown.

Extra accommodation !!! Rooms large, neat, comfortable. Beach in the yard, nicely decorated, clean sea. Restaurant within the facility with top quality food, perhaps the best in Tivat, and affordable prices !!! Staff friendly, always at your service. I am especially thrilled because this is a family business and everyone works together. All recommendations for this place !!! We will come again !!!

It is not bad, but at the end of the season many of the dishes on the menu did not have them. Anyway, compared to everything in the area here, it's mostly about income.

The staffs are real friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The room is not too large and smelly from the toilet. The most important thing is that the water is completely not hot enough.

Small, compact, home away from home holiday accommodation. Transport to Kotor and Tivat towns are accessible by bus (cost €2) from the hotel's doorstep. Staff were super amazing.

Superb location along Kotor Bay. Peaceful spot outside of the main town of Kotor. My room had a water view, service was great, breakfast was also great, there are a few free parking spaces outside the hotel. I went in the off season and parking was not an issue. Great location, friendly staff, and a good restaurant - I had a great (but short) stay at the hotel and can definitely recommend it for people looking to be close but not in Old Town. The My only complaint was when I asked someone at the front desk to help book me a ride to the airport and they said it would be €40 - I declined and got a taxi for €23.

The scenery outside the window is so beautiful, even in a mountain view room, it is far beyond expectations. The facilities are similar to those of domestic B&Bs. After all, at this price, you can't ask for too much. The breakfast is OK.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. To begin, the staff were incredibly polite with great recommendations for local restaurants and always willing to help with things like excursions, taxis, etc. The scenery of the hotel was incredible, pool very clean and the location was great as we expected to be a 10 minute drive from kotor old town. Absolutely loved our stay and will be returning.

Stunning hotel in a great location, staff super friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice, very comfortable, clean and tidy. Pool area was beautiful as was the dock where the sunbeds were set by the sea. Really good breakfast and drinks by the pool or beach were great. Would highly recommend.

Just go back from 5 amazing days here the hotel is stunning with amazing views, and facilities, the location is perfect, just outside Kotor so away from the hustle, but very easy 35 min walk or 5 mins in a taxi into Kotor old town.
