We were desperately looking for accommodations for the night after a stressful day. Not only did they have a beautiful room for a great price, but they treated us like family. We had to leave before the scheduled time for breakfast but they provided us with a substantial continental spread before we had to leave.

We stayed there with my girlfriend. Every staff member was very nice and helpful. We felt welcome. I can suggest this place to anyone visiting Kotor area. Beach is just across the street, great view from restaurant terrace. We rented bikes there and cycled along the bay, also historic city is close by bike.

Right in front of Kotor across the water. Clean rooms , kind-of rustic beds. Very good restaurant with authentic Balkan cuisine. Fresh fish and wide choice of meats. We stopped here on our cycling trip with the friends. Highly recommended

We went into the restaurant twice. The waitresses was very kind, the food are delicious, the price are very reasonable and you can watch the sea too during the meal. Very charming hotel with nice and clean rooms, with great view and everything you need. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The most friendly personnel and host you can imagine make this stay real pleasure. Best leave your car at the private parking space and take a taxi to the beautiful old town of Kotor.

We had a great stay at Hotel Galia while exploring the beautiful country of Montenegro. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, the room was comfortable and the view of Kotor bay from the balcony was stunning! Dinner and breakfast were excellent and the service was great! Overall a great hotel to stay and I highly recommend!

Amazing hotel, just 50 meters away from the closest beach. The hotel itself is placed on the coast with beautiful view on the sea and hills. Hotel has a lot parking spots and it is highly biker friendly. Breakfast offers so many choices so you wont have problem with having a nice morning meal. Overall highly recommend place to stay!

Maybe I overrated the place, but it offers you almost everything you want for a few days of visit. The rooms are not big but for us they were perfect. Tasty food without pretensions. Very nicely positioned near the lake, a few minutes from the old center.

Calm place for piecefull stay 1-2 miles away from Kotor. But with a wonderful view to Kotor Bay. The hotel is owned by a family.

Kuca je sagradjena od kamena, pa samim tim je boravak u njoj veoma prijatan, visoke temperature se gotovo i ne osjete. Privatna ponta odakle se direktno moze uci u more je odmah ispred kuce. Sa terase i iz soba se pruza nevjerovatan pogled. Sve preporuke i hvala vlasnicima jer su nam izasli u susret i dozvolili da ranije napustimo kucu zbog privatnih razloga.

Sandra was such a great host. Stranger Tides Hostel on Dubrota, just in the outskirts of Kotor, is a fantastic hostel. Stranger Tides is possibly the nicest and most comfortable hostel that I have ever stayed at! Perfect location,nice owner...

A place we would go back. Gorgeous view from the balcony to the sea and the mountains. Has it own beach and it is just on the other side of the road. The road is quiet. It has a shared well equipped kitchen. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A little shop nearby. The host is awesome, helpful and really like to talk in a good way.

Breathtaking view, very clean room, lovely guests.

Cozy rooms with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and balcony. The bathroom is shared on the floor, but this is not inconvenient :) The view from the window is gorgeous and the sea is two steps away.

Amazing!!! The apartments are adorable, looking straight out onto the terrace and bay of Kotor. Just a stroll along the sea front takes to cafe's and bars and the beautiful Budva old town, The hosts are so helpful, I unfortunately hurt my back during my stay, and they were so amazing, arranging for a taxi to take me to the doctors, and for him to stay with me throughout. I could not fault the place...

The location is good and the views spectacular .I can only comment on the room we stayed in which was studio.The bed was comfortable but propped up with bricks and a piece of timber. The shower is in a deep bath with no curtain which any splashes on to the floor go into a drain off .You have to mop floor afterwards which leaves it slippy and dangerous..Had to ask for fresh towels after third day .Overall...

This accommodation is close to the water with a very nice pool. It's around 2 km from the city centre, the trip will cost you anywhere between 2euros or 10 euros depending on how dodgy the taxi driver is :) . Please note they only accept cash and would suggest parking on the back street close to the water as is easier to get to

Beautiful spot overlooking the bay

Swimming pool with an amazing view!! Next to that the rooms where decent with everything you could need. Only the bed was an sleeping couch that was very uncomfortable. So probably better to avoid the most basic room. The rest was perfect! Kotor is a 15 minute walk away.

Griled squids are served with spinach , mixed meat are served with fried potatoes, spaghetti bolognese is served with parmigiana. All portions are so big and filling. Service is fine and everything is delicious and tasteful. If there were a sea view , this restaurant would be perfect.

Well worth it! We booked this apartment because of the balcony views... whilst it was super hot during the afternoon, it was definitely worth it. The location is ideal right next to the lake and only a 20minute walk away from old town. The restaurant next door is delicious - we would have loved to have eaten there more but there were so many options near by! All of the staff were incredibly helpful...

Loved the apartment. Taxis had a hard time finding it just off the main road, but otherwise it was perfect for us. Walkable to town -20 minute walk- and close to water- less than 5 minute walk. Peekaboo view of water and in a complex with loads of families so full of life with kids playing in evenings. Space was great with patio, room darkening blinds, great furniture, washing machine.

We spent a wonderful time in this hotel. We stayed two nights, the room was well equipped and the landlord was really nice. The hotel has a restaurant which is really nice (and not expensive).

Wonderful experience.. It's one of the best holidays ever... The great beach is in front of the hotel. There are never too many people. Staff is very friendly. We booked the hotel 30 mins before we arrived. There was parking in front of the hotel. There we were greeted and shown to our rooms. A family room and a double room. There were a lot of stairs, which we did not like. The rooms were not ready when we arrived and they seemed dirty. The air conditioning was not strong at all. The hotel was generally nice and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, but the bathroom was quite small and a bit uncomfortable to use. It worked fine for a short stay, but might be an issue for some guests.

A very nice and beautiful hotel with a direct entrance to the sea and private area at the see. Unfortunately our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. We mentioned it at the reception and they handled it very professionally and reacted really friendly and directly took care of the issue.

The hotel staff were excellent! I fell sick on the first day, they organised a driver to take me to hospital, they cooked me soup whilst I was recovering and they made sure I was ok every day. It's got lots right. But there's room for improvement. 1 star knocked off for the rude management and 1 star knocked off for the poor evening food. Beautiful views, very comfortable bed. This is an awesome hotel. I can honestly fault nothing. Amazing breakfast selection with menu ordering included. We pop down to breakfast, staff notice and our room is made by the time we return. May seems to be the best time to visit Kotor Bay which is truly a hidden gem. Do. It.

Stayed here as part of a small group tour, rooms were fine but needed a really good clean, particularly the bathroom. Breakfast and coffee were very ordinary.

Marija2 is a very good hotel in Dobrota, Kotor. Accommodation is very comfortable and reasonably priced, which includes a very nice buffet breakfast. There is free parking on site and free Wi/Fi. We loved our 3 night stay at our 2 bed seaview apartment. Tamara was very friendly welcoming us with pancakes and coffee and nothing was too much trouble. Nice stay, pleasant flat and great view from the balcony. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time exploring Kotor. The hosts were super friendly, and really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The flat is 2 minutes walk from a grocery store and right next to a nice restaurant.

Perfectly located from the old town (i.e., far enough from the crowd and close enough to everything) and 15 min walking distance from the bus station, in Dobtota. It's overlooking the sea and morning views are superb. Clean, well maintained and organised to cook thank to a well equipped shared kitchen. I stronhly recommend.

The room is clean, but the shared bathroom is small. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. The main gate is not easy to find. There is a small door with access control just after passing the building, which is very inconspicuous. There are many travelers from different countries to make friends with. City tax is 1 euro per person per day. There is no elevator, so the luggage has to be carried upstairs

Great hosel Amazing service, shared rooms are clean and comfy, WiFi was amazing, the bathroom is shared but clean and you’ve got everything you need, shower gel provided.
