Staff were brilliant, always there and helpful, and the room and facilities made this an amazing holiday, got to be honest only went in the pool once, but was really nice, we just seemed to enjoy the outside sea area with sun beds more you could just all day there watching the world go by, and swimming in the sea absolute amazing place and staff and a credit to the owners, already looking at going...

The hotel perfectly combines authentic stone architecture with modern comfort, and the pool and terrace overlooking the bay make it the ideal place to relax. Staff were warm, attentive, and made our stay feel special

Stunning hotel in a great location, staff super friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice, very comfortable, clean and tidy. Pool area was beautiful as was the dock where the sunbeds were set by the sea

All-in-one: access to beach, on-site pool, simple breakfast to start the day. Getting there is a challenge to drivers that do not know how to maneuver on one street roads that de-facto are two way.

The scenery of the hotel was incredible, pool very clean and the location was great as we expected to be a 10 minute drive from kotor old town. Absolutely loved our stay and will be returning

Everything, the hospitality from Nigel (and Philip)the fresh homemade breakfast, the beautiful spot at the bay of Kotor, the apartment ( we stayed in the poolhouse), the swimmingpool and everything was taken care of ( like suggestions and reservations for diner and things to do in the environment)

The facilities were incredible. The garden/pool was beautifully designed and having the direct access to the bay was a true highlight

Our room was delightful with gorgeous views onto the garden. The breakfast was extremely enjoyable and set us up for the rest of the day. Nigel & Filip were very attentive and provided everything we needed

They gave us great suggestions for things to do and see. They booked us restaurants and made everything extremely easy. It was great to chat to other guests each morning and we looked forward to it every day

Our stay at Palazzo Sbutega truly made our trip to Montenegro special. From the first moment we arrived we felt right at home and knew we had made the right choice

The parking was perfect too! The car was covered by trees which is very important with the high temperatures

What an amazing place, beautiful big, clean room, large balcony with stunning views and you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us and give us advice on where to go and what to see

About 45 minutes to 1 hr walk to Kotor downtown. Taxi costs around 5-8 euros per way. Kettle, water and coffee/tea in the room would be good additions. We loved the room and We enjoyed our stay

Tre Sorelle, a mediaval house, is right next to the accommodations. We really liked that part of Kotor

A special mention goes to the host, whose warm hospitality and kindness made us feel truly at home. Always ready to help, they added thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable

Fantastic place managed by amazing, kind and welcoming people. This house really is a palace. Nice, big and clean rooms with mini bar, nice bathrooms, amazing terraces with nice views

It is our 4th time staying here. Staff is great and location is amazing. Compared to many locations you get a great value for the money. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to relax

(and yes: they can be ordered beach/poolside! ) The rooms are rather worn down and beds not the best either. but again: this is a 3-star hotel. All in all, a definite recommendation from here

We also found the staff welcoming and serviceminded, especially the daytime beach/pool service, housekeeping and restaurant staff

We rented three rooms: in one, the fridge didn’t work, and in another, the air conditioning wasn’t functioning. Noise levels could definitely be improved with hallway carpets and better-sealing doors

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order

The combination of beachfront and portside dining right by the bay of Kotor is unique, and the place has a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere to it

The owners were very welcoming and friendly, the room was comfortable and the view of Kotor bay from the balcony was stunning! Dinner and breakfast were excellent and the service was great! Overall a great hotel to stay and I highly recommend!

Amazing hotel, just 50 meters away from the closest beach. The hotel itself is placed on the coast with beautiful view on the sea and hills. Hotel has a lot parking spots and it is highly biker friendly

Maybe I overrated the place, but it offers you almost everything you want for a few days of visit. The rooms are not big but for us they were perfect. Tasty food without pretensions

Breakfast offers so many choices so you wont have problem with having a nice morning meal. Overall highly recommend place to stay!

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Forza Terra for 3 nights recently and loved it! We paid more to have the prime water view and it was totally worth it! Service is top notch, drinks and food great and room extremely comfortable

Staff was very nice and very careful. The room was cost, clean, and full of thoughtful gesture, and the view was so nice. The restaurant was not good, it was perfect, excellent. A very good place, very valuable

We had an excellent 6 night stay here at end of May/start of June. The service and staff ratio per guest was excellent. The breakfast each morning was fine for us. The housekeeping was very good

The cabs without a meter all wanted €15 but with the meter, it was only 7 euro from the hotel tothe hotel to the old city of Kotor. They will arrange for you to be picked up at the hotel for a tour of the bay

This lovely little hotel has a rooftop terrace and a swimming pool. They have a small private beach and a room with a beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor. Just 15 minutes from Tivat airport or 30 minutes from Budva.

Perfect! Everything is just right here. Stylish house with lovingly furnished apartments. The owner has a lot of style and an eye for detail. Everything is very, very, very well maintained. It really has to be emphasized

Nikola is the best and most lovely manager I ever met, he made our stay so much easier and enjoyable ! The rooms are spacious and clean and almost all have sea view, view which is amazing from your balcony, even better on the rooftop where the jacuzzi is located

Small boutique hotel with a great view of the bay. Small pool When you can sunbathe. Easy access to the waterfront walk, where you can do a pleasant 30-minute walk to the Old Town. The breakfast buffet is good enough

Pool is really nice compared to hotels in the area and breakfast is delicious. Parking is easy with multiple spots

This place is perfect, brand new, very clean and the people working there is super lovely. Is well located, one street down you will find the coast and cute spots to swim, you can easily achieve Kotor walking by the sea

A very short walk down to a much quieter lane along the shoreline, which was very pleasant. We didn't hire a car or bike, so walked a lot. Buses were cheap but be prepared to wait

The working staff were young, energized and so passionate to talk about Forza Mare and other chains they have also in Kotor & Porto Montenegro ( which defeintely ill visit)

This is purely a review of the restaurant and a warning re pricing model. We are here the other night staff were friendly and attentive and the food was good though portion size was a little small for the cost

All staff are extremely friendly and attentive, serving food and drinks then taking plates away very efficiently. The food was delicious both nights and we thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ style of our meals

We would recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in the area and hope to return at some point in the future!

Went there for dinner this evening. The table side service was very good with every server very much ready and willing to attend to us. Our dissatisfaction lies with the price and presentation of the food

For a 5 star hotel/restaurant we were expecting at the very least hot food and better designed plates. We ordered the sea bass, sea bream (which suggests it's 2 fish) we only received one of the two fish

This accommodation is close to the water with a very nice pool. It's around 2 km from the city centre, the trip will cost you anywhere between 2euros or 10 euros depending on how dodgy the taxi driver is :)

Swimming pool with an amazing view!! Next to that the rooms where decent with everything you could need. Only the bed was an sleeping couch that was very uncomfortable. So probably better to avoid the most basic room

The shower is in a deep bath with no curtain which any splashes on to the floor go into a drain off. You have to mop floor afterwards which leaves it slippy and dangerous. Had to ask for fresh towels after third day

Just a stroll along the sea front takes to cafe's and bars and the beautiful Budva old town, The hosts are so helpful, I unfortunately hurt my back during my stay, and they were so amazing, arranging for a taxi to take me to the doctors, and for him to stay with me throughout

If you are into peace and tranquillity, with stunning views this is the place to stay. There are supermarkets near by and we always walked into Kotor for our food and enjoyed the friendy people and the vista's.

I could not fault the place, the apartment and more importantly the welcome, friendliness and support of the hosts

- Incredibly comfy bed - A view that constantly impressed us - Free air con!! - A little kitchen that we used every day - The pool was really well kept and a blessing in the heat - Ideal location - 20 mins to old town, shops and restaurants near by - Free bike hire - we used these most days and they make getting around the bay so easy

Very good! ! The boss and the boss lady are very nice. We checked in in the morning and gave us free breakfast. In order to let us and our friends stay on the same floor, they upgraded our room for free.

Great hotel and services. New rooms even with massage chair. Nice garden and pool inside. I hadn't time for breakfast, bur all other was super.

We stayed in the apartment which was brilliant. Having a great view of Boker Bay we could sit outside and enjoy the view. We had the room cleaned everyday which we didn’t need as we were out most days

A very unique and short but phenomenal experience. The hospitality was at the highest level, the cleanliness was brilliant, and the breakfast was diverse, with everything being delicious

The restaurant for dinner had a special tradition and phenomenal food. In short, I can say that this is the best hotel in Montenegro

I personally took advantage of the valet service every chance I got. Took a private boat tour with my family right from the Hotel

Breakfast could be tastier. The coffee machine is not great. Otherwise nice modern rooms, remote location, friendly staff.

Rooms were spotless and spacious. Outdoor pools were not in use as it was winter but the indoor pool was heated. Great selections during breakfast, catering for pretty much every food eater

They genuinely wanted us to have the best time giving thoughtful suggestions, helping to book taxis (€10 or less to Old Town Kotor), providing top class breakfasts and drinks daily

And to top it off, the views from our room and the pool were stunning. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely go back if ever in Montenegro again

Never had a problem getting a sunbed and pretty much always had the sauna to ourselves. The breakfast was delicious, varied each day, a great spread, very friendly service, a highlight of the day

A short walk to the church & supermarket with the top swim spot nearby. In the other direction the promenade of Dobrota with all the restaurants. Would definitely come back again - 10/10

Everything was perfect; however, there are a few things I hope the owner of this place could rectify: there’s no hook in the bathroom for me to hang my towels and clothes, and no shower gel or shampoo was provided

Good location a bit outside of Kotor, probably a twenty minutes walk, however there is a bus once an hour. The place offers a small pool behind the house but it's not a pool to stay there a whole day

Unfortunately the bathroom was leaking water and neither the garbage was emptied nor the towels/bedsheets were changed in a whole week

You couldn’t get a better location or hosts! I highly recommend this accommodation! The hosts are incredibly caring and extremely helpful with anything that you need during your stay! Perfectly located and the view is incredible! Superb

Grappa on arrival and all degrees of separation resolved by remembering Dejan Stefanovics time at Sheffield Wednesday. Kotor is wonderful and you cannot help but feel a warm welcome at the markovic appartments

Excellent view from apartment. Good price to quality. Very nice and helpfull owners. Close to Kotor :2-3 EUR by taxi ? Wi fi, TV, shared balcony for each floor. I can recommend that place!
