In my opinion, this is the perfect hotel. It’s just a 7-minute drive into the old town, and the hotel offers AC, a clean pool, and stunning views. My family and I spent 12 nights at the beautiful Villa Mima and absolutely loved it. The views are simply breathtaking. One could spend days just watching the amazing cruise ships and super yachts come into the Bay. Great restaurants are nearby and surrounding scenery is amazing. It is one of the best places we stayed in during our recent vacation in Kotor. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. Breakfast was really good with excellent choices. The central location makes the hotel ideal as we could reach most of the places we wanted to visit with ease. We loved our two nights at Hotel Vardar. The staff were very accommodating and upgraded us to a balcony room with great views of the square. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. This hotel is very cute and located in the middle of old town. Very easy to get around. Even though it is on the main walking road, it is very quiet and we didn’t have problems sleeping. There is a terrace which has a good view of the old town, but we were told that reservation is needed. Would be great if there is more variety of breakfast options.

We weren’t guests at the hotel, only came for breakfast. The service is slow and the offer isn’t the best, but it’s ok. Unfortunately it smells like sewer outside in the patio where we were eating. The fitness bowl is good although it’s mainly just a lot of apple and a bit of banana.

The location is excellent, just outside the old town right on the waterfront. Dorm room was fine, get a lockable drawer each. There was no bin in the room and no way to dry your hands in the bathroom, also there is hardly any privacy to take a shower, only a flimsy shower curtain you can partially see through.

The staff are your friends, even family. I never enjoyed in an hostel that much before. Very good located, comfortable and clean. They also provide you with all needed information at the check in. No doubts it will be my choice again during my visit to Kotor.

Great location! Waking discussing to old town. Across the street are the boat tours. The hotel is clean and the staff are really helpful. Each one of the receptionists went out of their way to answer our questions, make recommendations, and make life easier. Great, great hotel!

The location is very central, within walking distance to Old Town. You can easily park your car on the street in front of the property. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would describe the breakfast as average. It’s a place I would consider staying at again if I return.

Nice hotel Sold hotel for what it is. Nice room. Clean. But no extras and minimal character. Very good location if you are taking a bus - 5 minute walk to the station. Also a short walk to the old part of the city.

Basically it's good, the room is big, the location is convenient, and the service is OK. But some of the facilities in the room are a bit old, and don't let the hotel call a taxi because the charge is more than twice the normal price.

A few minutes from small beaches. Guest parking. New construction. Rooms clean, tidy and spacious. The bathroom is big and nice.
