We rested for 2 weeks in September 2018, my husband, a child-infant (under 2 years old). This was one of the best places I've ever stayed at! Everything was just great: the room was cosy, super clean und had everything one needs (small kitchen, iron, hairdryer, etc). Kousek od moře cca 10 minut. Skoro denně úklid, čisté ručníky, příjemná paní na úklid a p.Desa ráda se vším pomohla. Mohu doporučit.

Boravak je bio izuzetno prijatan. Divna gospodja Desa koja radi u vili se pobrinula da u svakom momentu sve bude cisto i uredno. Redovno su menjani peskiri i posteljina kao i upijajuce prostirke u kupatilu (menjane na dnevnom nivou). Vlasnica i osoblje su ljubazni i predusretljivi... Lokacija je dobra. Odnos cene i kvaliteta, korektan.

You will not find more peace anywhere else on the coast. Being family owned, they make sure you have the best experience possible. Poolside beds, bar, small restaurant with homemade dishes for breakfast and dinner. And the prices are very very reasonable. Will always come back to this place.

This is the perfect place to stay in Montenegro. It is close to Budva, Sveti Stefan and Kotor. You Can relax in the quiet and cozy surroundings. Nice pool and perfect bar with cheap cocktails and they are very good. The service is so good. Very kind. Especially Philip made our stay fantastic. Our room was good with an amazing view.

Its a climb to get there. But worth it to sit in a peaceful wooded area and appreciate a beautiful tree who has seen the sun rise and set for so many many years. Sit beside it and listen to the stories it whispers to you.

The Villa Przno is almost directly on the beach. 3 minutes on foot. The location is really very good. We stayed in apartment no.1 for 12 days. Nothing is missing. A wonderful stay. The hosts are very friendly, courteous, polite, responsible and reliable. No matter what concerns or questions were dealt with immediately. Very clean! Parking perfect! We are just very happy with everything. Highly recommended...

My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure. The hotel is very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach.

You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere. We did have a tech issue with our door key but it was sorted very quickly. The breakfast selections were excellent and at 5 starts’ level of quality👍.

All the options I have indicated reflect the truth, I even stayed there when I came before and the breakfast dining area was in the Dukley Resort section facing the sea, it was a different and beautiful place, thank you.

What a wonderful stay! Although we were in beautiful Budva, the room was so lovely and overlooked the waters, so much so tht we didn’t want to go out at all! You can walk by the waterfront which is very pleasant. Breakfast was inclusive of the room rate and had a variety of food. The staff of the hotel was so professional. The only slight difficulty was the carpark which only had a few parking spaces...

Modest but comfortable apartment. Cramped, but the rooms have everything you need. To the sea to go no more than 10 minutes, and this is the main plus. From our room we could see similar apartments standing nearby and a piece of mountains.
