The room is very new, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It is also close to the beach. I especially want to praise the service. It makes you feel at home. This is a family of three who run this hotel with great care (in fact, their son is only 15 years old). The breakfast is also very good, parking is free, and luggage is delivered to the room.

The room was very nice, with a small terrace for sunbathing, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. The triple room had a sofa bed, I don't know why this was not mentioned on the trip.
A good hotel in the center. Literally 5 minutes to the sea. Very friendly staff. The manager speaks Russian. The room is small, but everything is there, comfortable. Bed linen and pillows are excellent. Very quiet, despite the fact that it is right in the center. Breakfasts are awesome! We were delighted with the hot pancakes. Everything is very tasty and varied.
Hotel Villa Garcia exceeded our expectations. It is a family-run hotel, located in a nice place in Budva. It is minimalist in design, comes with balcony with nice city / mountain view’s. The staff gave us a free upgrade upon check in, as it was relatively low season. We were on the third floor and had nice views of the surrounding mountains. There is free parking.

Excellent apartments, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. Accessibility is difficult for those who do not have a car, since the complex is located on a mountain. There is a restaurant in the complex with decent pasta and pizza, at very reasonable prices.

Helt greit hotell med gode senger og to fine basseng. Ligget høyt oppe og du bør ha egen bil eller beregne taxi hver gang du skal ut. Rommet vi fikk lå like ved bassenget men hadde ikke utsikt. Rengjøring og skifte av håndkle annenhver dag.
What a great hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms are are clean and adequately equipped with a washing machine in the bathroom. There was good air conditioning throughout. Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning. Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! On the other hand, from there it's much closer to the ancient (2000 y.o.!) olive tree, 100% worth seeing.

Friendly Manager. But the rest of the staff were not service minded. Cleaning was just vacum cleaning and made up the beds every 3rd day.
It took took long time to wait for breakfast. Many complaints from staff that the children should not play in the pool 😡

The best place I have seen in Rafailovichy and Budva. Fish and shrimps were delicious 😋! And homemade wine was something not from this planet. And atmosphere was like you at home.
Nice place, although I did not eat anything fancy, what we ate was very nice, there home made wine was the best we had in Montenegro.
However, not the place to go to of you want to stay out late, we felt like we were intruding when it got to 22.00.
Lovely place, absolutely superb when everything around it is in bloom. Really good cooking, simple and tasty dishes. Love the service and attitude!
And the prices are decent, perhaps even small for the volume and quality of the provided food!

Food is really tasty and price is quite affordable. Restaurant offers a set menu for 6 euros: one of several main courses (chicken, veal or pork meat), soup and salad. We came here several times and every time meal was perfect. The size of one meal was so big that two sets were enough for three persons.
The service here is provided in English, Russian and Serbian languages.
We took dorada, sea bass, Shopsky salad and 0.5 l of homemade white wine. All these costed 30 euro. Very tasty, though too much oil. Dorada has more tender meat. We also tried chorba soup and palachinki. Very good. Service is much better than in coast-side cafes.

Really nice quite place with very friendly people. Will stay here again on my next stay! You need a taxi or car to go the beach but that's all well worth it. Restaurant is also the best I have eaten in Budva.

Quite nice place. Good situated - close to ATM, beach and shops . Very nice owner, German speaking well. Rooms are clean, air condition works fine.
A good place. Cozy house. The owners speak Montenegrin and German. So I advise you to arm yourself with a translator application in advance if you do not know these languages. Nice people. In the first aid kit there is a thermometer and a tonometer.

I can say for sure this was the best holiday we’ve ever had with my husband. Our apartment was spacious and clean, and the terrace looking over the sea was absolutely stunning.

My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.
The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure. The hotel is very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach.
Breakfast and room were perfect.
You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere.
We did have a tech issue with our door key but it was sorted very quickly. The breakfast selections were excellent and at 5 starts’ level of quality👍.
All the options I have indicated reflect the truth, I even stayed there when I came before and the breakfast dining area was in the Dukley Resort section facing the sea, it was a different and beautiful place, thank you.
What a wonderful stay! Although we were in beautiful Budva, the room was so lovely and overlooked the waters, so much so tht we didn’t want to go out at all! You can walk by the waterfront which is very pleasant. Breakfast was inclusive of the room rate and had a variety of food. The staff of the hotel was so professional. The only slight difficulty was the carpark which only had a few parking spaces...

Nice hotel, clean, hospitality is best, owner is too helpfull
The hotel is quite simple but clean. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, convenient stores and the beach. However the wifi sucks and the cleaning lady really wants to clean everyday, even when you're still in the room which is quite annoying. This could be solved with a "do not disturb" and "please clean room" sign for the door.
Very clean and spacious rooms. The rooms are serviced daily and the inn keepers go beyond their call of duty to tidy up the place. It is conveniently located, next to many stores and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bay. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the inn to Budva visitors!
Very neat and daily cleaned rooms. 30 minutes walk to the old Town and 10 to the marginally attractive beaches. The hotel is surrounded with convenience stores and interesting restaurants. Great value hotel, highly recommended when choosing to visit budva.

We had a great 3 night stay in early June. I booked directly with Jovan and received excellent service. The sea view top floor apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and with stunning views over Sveti Stefan. Jovan was extremely welcoming and very kindly managed a parking place for us. We enjoyed using the lovely pool which was always quiet. The town beaches were very nice and it was an easy walk...
Every thing was lovely. Jovan and his family are very nice. I got a sea view room. It was wery clean and tidy. We use the pool every day. Jovan told me that Septembar is the best month to visit Sveti Stefan.
I can’t say enough good things about this place! Absolutely amazing! Super clean as the cleaner cleans everyday, nice pool, great breakfast, good location, bus stop just 5 steps away and the owners were the most accommodating people I have met on a holiday! Super helpful with all of our queries. Treated like a good friend and not just another customer! I would highly recommend!
