It feels like home in a small villa: the surrounding environment is quiet, like a rabbit, the environment is beautiful, antique, convenient for shopping and dining, convenient transportation, 20 minutes walk to the thousand-year-old city, you can also listen to the waves and watch the sea along the Mediterranean

The location is easy to find, the third row along the street, quiet in a busy area; The room is not big, but fully equipped, the landlord is very friendly; The small restaurant downstairs is great, cheap and super delicious

The old lady at the front desk is very welcoming, the sound insulation is average, the air conditioning is very good, there is a refrigerator, and there are two large beds. I am very happy that there is no hotel tax

The landlady is enthusiastic, never disturbing, and will come to help if there is anything

The room is very close to the beach, and the landlady is very nice!

The restaurant downstairs is unbeatable and delicious

A nice guesthouse with a good location We had a really nice stay in Budva. The guesthouse was nice, comfortable and clean and the host was really helpful and nice

Some recommendations: - it is necessary to agree on a fixed price with taxi drivers before the ride in order to get a decent price. - it is worth it to arrange airport transportation with the guesthouse before arrival

Nicely decorated spacious apartment, with a generous balcony. Quiet area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Owners are really welcoming and helpful

The guesthouse is around 20' on foot from the city center. The room is spatious and kept fresh with a good functioning AC

I personally didn't find it too clean, they only come in to change the towels and nothing else, no floor cleaning. The breakfast is good and varied, and even if it is not buffet you have a good selection of plates

The shops were right around the corner (a two minutes walk) and the nearest ATM could be seen from the entrance of the restaurant (a one minute walk to get there)

5 out of 5 for service We was serviced by a young man he was so lovely very genuine honest, ognjen greeted us and knew the city well, he gave alot of attention to detail and was a very good, usually hotel staff don't care about guys at all and are fake but he was very great ! He really cared about his job and you can really see he was doing his best Room wasn't cleaned every day and we had to buy...

We came to Budva for our honeymoon, we absolutely love this hotel and a staff member his name is ognjen šćekić he always welcomed us in the morning, He was very professional and service was outstanding ! He was always very polite, honest and very good at his job, I am sure he will go far in life as his attitude is very mature, helpful and we really appreciated his service, Thank you, 100 recommend...

Breakfast is very good 👍 it makes such a difference being served with a genuine person in the morning time so we are so grateful to Mr šcekić, he didn't let us down 🤗 if he didn't service we wouldn't have given this 5 star rating

I'm not sure :/ Thankfully there is a supermarket called aroma market 3 minute walk from the hotel, same with the tea backs only the first say we was given

I would stay here again as budva is so beautiful 😍 the ocean is stunning !

Close to the old town and bus terminal

We are now resting in the apartment, August 2020. The owner is a very intelligent, well-mannered man

All questions (the stove could not be turned on, the electric kettle was needed ) We decided right away. Gorgeous view from the terrace of the villa. It’s not far to the sea, the market, supermarkets

The room has everything: a mini-kitchen with all utensils, a hairdryer, a toilet, two small soaps, towels. The main thing is that the neighbors are good because the terrace is shared by 4 rooms

The rest is wonderful, thanks to the owners!!! Minus - the road is nearby, but if you close all the windows and turn on the air conditioner, you can't hear anything

Stayed in nice room with large balcony and views to die for. Was taken good care of by owner. So pretty and everyone so far has been so lovely and nice here

The truth is that he only speaks Montenegrin and English, I don’t know either, it doesn’t interfere with understanding each other

Great accommodation! The hosts took care of every detail (I mean the interior design, as well as the comfort needed by guests). Great location, as they would say "everything underfoot"

A wonderful newly opened hotel just 2 minutes away from Lučice beach. Great design, friendly and polite staff and excellent breakfast. Definite recommend!

Perfect location with a great view, cozy and spacious rooms with lots of daylight. All recommendations for all who prefer more quiet places

It can’t get better than this! Amazing staff,- hands down the best and nicest service we’ve ever had! 🤩 Jelena and her wonderful staff went out of their way to make sure we’re satisfied,- when my daughter got sick she brought breakfast and had Marco (restaurant manager) to bring a pot of soup with fruit in the evening (even though she was off duty!)

The most important thing for me is a room to be extremely clean, and here you can have it. The kind lady Jelena, who works at the reception, is always ready to help and keeps everything running smoothly

It was a very pleasant experience. As others mentioned, the staff is very friendly and professional. Keep in mind that the hotel is located farther away from the main beach and restaurants and bars area (about 15 min).

Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room

Spotlessly clean and very well kept accommodation. Pool area beautiful with a fantastic view of the mountains and sea. Reception staff and cleaners lovely. There is no restaurant on site which is a shame

This Aparthotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the amount of steps and steep roads in and out of the property. Also there is a busy road to cross when going to the beach

Something to bear in mind if you have young children. All in all we had a lovely stay and would return in the future

Having somewhere on hand to grab a drink or something to eat would of made the stay even better

We have stayed here for one week. The apartment was very modern and clean and huge. Unfortunetly the balcony wasnt good to sit out. It was surrounded by other houses. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Great expirience, the internet was abit down due to tech difficulty all around budva but still no need for net when you got an amazing apartment to make up for it!

The best was the pool in this apartment. Never was cowded and its a children magnet. Not so far from the beach and a big IDEA shop is not so far from the apartment. For us the parking was free in the garage

Apsolute positive, service is great. Parking was provided. Apartman was also great, clean, spacy.

Bad Restaurant, not fresh food sometimes, My son was in hospital about intoxication from pool or food.
