The staff gave us a free upgrade upon check in, as it was relatively low season. We were on the third floor and had nice views of the surrounding mountains

The room is very new, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It is also close to the beach. I especially want to praise the service

Facilities: very new, bathroom stoves are all good brands of five-star standards Hygiene: very clean Environment: the scenery outside the window is so beautiful, Service: very warm and friendly, the staff also blew a warm kiss when leaving😂

I like it that the old town is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can access many shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was exceptional too, from freshly made pancakes to local food items

This is a family of three who run this hotel with great care (in fact, their son is only 15 years old). The breakfast is also very good, parking is free, and luggage is delivered to the room

The room was very nice, with a small terrace for sunbathing, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. The triple room had a sofa bed, I don't know why this was not mentioned on the trip.

Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning

Excellent apartments, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. Accessibility is difficult for those who do not have a car, since the complex is located on a mountain

The facilities are more than adequate and the masseuse Valetta knows what she is doing and is very knowledgeable about medical conditions. The location is outside of Budva but has shops and restaurants close enough

Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! On the other hand, from there it's much closer to the ancient (2000 y. !) olive tree, 100% worth seeing

What a great hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms are are clean and adequately equipped with a washing machine in the bathroom. There was good air conditioning throughout

Taxi fares can vary into Budva and cost between 8 Euros and 20. Give Montenegro a chance you will love it

The best place I have seen in Rafailovichy and Budva. Fish and shrimps were delicious 😋! And homemade wine was something not from this planet. And atmosphere was like you at home.

We came here several times and every time meal was perfect. The size of one meal was so big that two sets were enough for three persons. The service here is provided in English, Russian and Serbian languages

We took dorada, sea bass, Shopsky salad and 0. Very tasty, though too much oil. We also tried chorba soup and palachinki. Service is much better than in coast-side cafes

Food is really tasty and price is quite affordable. Restaurant offers a set menu for 6 euros: one of several main courses (chicken, veal or pork meat), soup and salad

Love the service and attitude! And the prices are decent, perhaps even small for the volume and quality of the provided food! We enjoyed it a lot!

This is the perfect place to stay in Montenegro. It is close to Budva, Sveti Stefan and Kotor. You Can relax in the quiet and cozy surroundings. Nice pool and perfect bar with cheap cocktails and they are very good

You will not find more peace anywhere else on the coast. Being family owned, they make sure you have the best experience possible. Poolside beds, bar, small restaurant with homemade dishes for breakfast and dinner

Really nice quite place with very friendly people. Will stay here again on my next stay! You need a taxi or car to go the beach but that's all well worth it. Restaurant is also the best I have eaten in Budva.

There is not a kitchen in all of them though. There is a pool, bar and restaurant. All cheep and serves decent food. The only downside was the shower in our room, it was leaking and a little broken

Would have given it 4 stars because of the shower, but the staff was so nice and willing to help with anything, especially the young girl Marte at the reception. It makes up for the leaking shower

Cleaned regularly, change bedding, towels. You must bring your own beach towels. The hosts can provide a beach umbrella upon request. Convenient location: rchdom and a cafe, and a supermarket, and a pharmacy

Quite nice place. Good situated - close to ATM, beach and shops . Very nice owner, German speaking well. Rooms are clean, air condition works fine.

The place is quiet, has all the amenities, 7-10 minutes to the sea. The beach is beautiful. For the money that I paid is not even bad. Close shop

The deposit, which was supposed to be returned within 2-3 weeks, as the manager told us, was not returned.

The owners speak Montenegrin and German. So I advise you to arm yourself with a translator application in advance if you do not know these languages. In the first aid kit there is a thermometer and a tonometer

I can say for sure this was the best holiday we’ve ever had with my husband. Our apartment was spacious and clean, and the terrace looking over the sea was absolutely stunning.

We stayed there 4 nights and was amazing close to the beach very clean and perfect value for the money. Hosts cleaned every day and changed the towels also they were there for all of our needs

All the options I have indicated reflect the truth, I even stayed there when I came before and the breakfast dining area was in the Dukley Resort section facing the sea, it was a different and beautiful place, thank you.

You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere

What a wonderful stay! Although we were in beautiful Budva, the room was so lovely and overlooked the waters, so much so tht we didn’t want to go out at all! You can walk by the waterfront which is very pleasant

Breakfast was inclusive of the room rate and had a variety of food. The staff of the hotel was so professional. The only slight difficulty was the carpark which only had a few parking spaces for the hotel

Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach

We did have a tech issue with our door key but it was sorted very quickly. The breakfast selections were excellent and at 5 starts’ level of quality👍

Although the rooms / apartment are a bit small, but clean (a cleaner comes every day) and perfect for sleeping in and having a light dinner. It is a 10-minute walk from the beach

It is about a half hour walk to Mogren beach and Old Town. Parking is provided on the street, but there is always a place reserved for travelers. The property tax is very attentive and helpful

Very nice, hospitable, sympathetic, pleasant hostess. She served her baked goods. Very clean rooms with a romantic balcony. There are all amenities. Not far from the sea. They speak Russian and English.

Guest house Damjana is the best. Rooms are very clean and the host are very good people, wonderful. 🤗

The rooms are serviced daily and the inn keepers go beyond their call of duty to tidy up the place. It is conveniently located, next to many stores and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bay

Very neat and daily cleaned rooms. 30 minutes walk to the old Town and 10 to the marginally attractive beaches. The hotel is surrounded with convenience stores and interesting restaurants

We had a great 3 night stay in early June. I booked directly with Jovan and received excellent service. The sea view top floor apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and with stunning views over Sveti Stefan

You can actually drive down to the back of Milocer beach as the walk back to the apartment is pretty steep. We ate at Caffe Caffe and twice at Drago both were very good and the latter has fabulous views

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Absolutely amazing! Super clean as the cleaner cleans everyday, nice pool, great breakfast, good location, bus stop just 5 steps away and the owners were the most accommodating people I have met on a holiday! Super helpful with all of our queries

Every thing was lovely. Jovan and his family are very nice. I got a sea view room. It was wery clean and tidy. We use the pool every day. Jovan told me that Septembar is the best month to visit Sveti Stefan.

The town beaches were very nice and it was an easy walk to Milocer and Queens beach from the town beach which were the nicest beaches we found during our holiday in Montenegro
