In order of importance: - host's hospitality: met us or arrival and was meeting every day (lives nearby) and asking about our stay and suggested where to by, where to go, where is the best beach - proximity to the nearest beach - simply 50m down the street

- aparment appearance - its really new, looks great - view from apartment - The apartment with sea view provided very nice view on the sea and sea clifs!

You can't beat the locatiion, especially the view from the balcony. The apartment is nicely furnished and generally very comfortable.

The view from the apartment is fabulous, the balcony as well. Going down 2 elevators you reach beach, terraces and market.

The people really looked after us. They really helped with any queries we had and made a plan. The everyday cleaning was unexpected and very much appreciated. Awesome location for families

Nice, spacious apartments very near the sea front and numerous shops, restaurants and bars. Friendly and accommodating people to meet you when you arrive

Also: the apartments could do with a dusting and one or two extra provisions (e. better pillows, some washing-up liquid). And you may get some street noise at night if your apartment is at the front of the building

Slight drawback: it can be a bit difficult to find, as people in the area don't necessarily know the apartments or street name

There is a footpath on the same side of the road that leads down to the right area and is more direct than the street that also leads off. The flats are above Supermarket Jedro, but staff there may not know this

If you are subject to roaming charges on your phone, head to the beach front and have a drink at a bar with free wifi, then use WhatsApp or Viber to make contact

Make sure you have a Montenegrin (+382) number to contact the owner when you arrive, and ask for Hotel Aleksandar if you need directions (it's just opposite)

Since we were the first tour, the accommodation took place immediately upon arrival. Corner with toilet together, small kitchen with cooking facilities, and of course a functional climate in each room

Downstairs was a dining room where breakfast, lunch and dinner were served , always a choice of 3 meals. on the beach to the sea about 300 m
