We were six girls renting one of the villas and we had an amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful than in pictures, we felt we were living in a castle. The service was amazing as well, so helpful and nice people. Would highly recommend this place!!

We have just spent amazing 5 days at the Oak Leaf Residences occupying Villa 1 and 2. Villas are spotless clean, well maintained, equipped and have amazing views over Budva bay. If possible take Villa 2 for best view ever! The staff is always there to help You! Highly recommend Oak Leaf for relaxing vacations!

Stunning Villa with perfect view. Pictures match 100%. But still for this price service is like on a camping area. Slow, impolite with strange policies. E.g. Checkout before 10 am including unbooked wakeup call at 9 o clock.

we had great stay, variety of facilities and helpful staff, easy to park your car. the cleanjng service is good but not as expected. the bed’s linen not changed everyday. there are many pools, great drinks, great view from the room. private beach also. the rooms feel old but they are well preserved. Our stay hear was wonderful. But what impressed me most, was help and engagement of hotel team and host himself when other guest by mistake took our luggage. The hotel is situated near the sea. And this is a huge plus. Across the road is a bus stop Megastore.Normal entrance, and in Montenegro on this matter. Hotel is in a great location, becici beach is accessible from the back of the hotel. Budva is only a short taxi ride away, no more than €8 each way. My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure. The hotel is very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach.

You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere. We did have a tech issue with our door key but it was sorted very quickly. The breakfast selections were excellent and at 5 starts’ level of quality👍.

All the options I have indicated reflect the truth, I even stayed there when I came before and the breakfast dining area was in the Dukley Resort section facing the sea, it was a different and beautiful place, thank you.

What a wonderful stay! Although we were in beautiful Budva, the room was so lovely and overlooked the waters, so much so tht we didn’t want to go out at all! You can walk by the waterfront which is very pleasant. Breakfast was inclusive of the room rate and had a variety of food. The staff of the hotel was so professional. The only slight difficulty was the carpark which only had a few parking spaces...

Family of 4 stay and we loved it. Spacious rooms, good breakfast and best of all was great service and location. The free shuttle boat to centre was loved by all of us. Beach chair use you pay as a minimum spend but the service and food is great and worth every penny. Also not as busy as public beaches. This Hotel was fantastic for our mini break in montenegro. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we were provided with clean towels everday. Close to both Budva and the beach at Boreti, lovely hosts rooftop pool and sun beds great to have some drinks at the end of the day. Close to a market and out of the main massive hotels

AMAZING 🤩 Everything was really good. They help us to park our car, easy check in, they give us a really good room for the price that we paid and give us some recomendations, and once in our room they come and bring us free fruit… all the service was ESPECTACULAR!!! We didn’t expect that, for sure if we came back to Montenegro we will stay here! 10/10
