The Villa is equipped with modern facilities and all amenities for a comfortable stay, suitable for all categories of tourists.
Location: Budva, 8 km from Budva, 30 km from airport Tivat, 80 km from airport in Dubrovnik.

Consists of one 4-storey building.
Beach: public sandy-pebble beach 350 m from the hotel (2-coastline). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. The beach is 810 m.

BALIC Apartments are situated in the center of the settlement of Sveti Stefan, surrounded with the Mediterranean flora and 250 meters to the beautiful sandy beach. Local bus station in front of the villa makes it very convenient for the guests to explore the town.Parking on the street in front of our house. Market is at our villa in the street level. Restaurants, pizzerias and cafes are next to us at a distance of 20-50m left and right. Guests have access to the Internet.Balic apartments offers modern and tastefull accommodations and yet maintains it's authentic villa style. Room facilities include air condition, cable tv, en suite bathroom, internet connection while apartments also provide mini kitchens. Guests can enjoy beautiful views of the town and olive garden from the large terraces and balconies.

Very nice and comfortable place. The villa is located 5 minutes from the sea, you can use the pool, there are several mini markets and many restaurants but the main thing is the friendly and hospitable owners of the villa. 50 meters away is the Mediteran Express stop which will take you to the city of Budva where there are many interesting locations and a large supermarket (DHL and others). Here you will find everything for a family vacation and enjoying the views of beautiful Montenegro.

We rested in early September 2021, like in a kindergarten. Don't go there, don't talk loudly, the fact that there is a pool there, this does not mean that you can safely swim in it, every time the Villa Mistress runs out and starts telling what you are doing wrong, you cannot even take a bottle of water with you near the pool, if you are thirsty, then go up to your room for a drink and come back, on the street tables are reserved only for those who order breakfast, if you come and want to sit there, you will be immediately kicked out to your room, sit there, eat there, and do not show yourself at all! Wi-Fi worked for periods, it seems to me that it was turned off on purpose! The rooms are old and dirty (the dishes that are in the room are dirty, already sticky, it was disgusting to take them in hand), we were not cleaned, only the garbage bags were changed, the bedding did not change, the towels were old, torn in places and hard. The hostess allowed herself to communicate with us in a rude manner, and upon departure, when the keys were returned, she snorted, turned around and left. One thing pleased me, it was the view from the balcony.

If you need wifi 24/7, then this is not the place for you. If you come to the sea with amazing views, then this place is great. The room has: cups, glasses, table, appliances, kettle, plates, turk, pots and pans, tiles, boiler, TV, small refrigerator, air conditioner, hairdryer, towels, bedding. Everything is clean, super.
From what is not: soap, shampoo. There is a swimming pool, but in September I want to swim in the sea. There is a shop 2 m from the entrance to the hotel. Nearby in 100m Drago, Cafe cafe, etc. There is a forester and a smooth road descent to the sea. The location is convenient for those with children, because stomping on the steps is still a pleasure. We are happy with everything, only wifi failed, but it worked stably in the evening. In general, I will rate it 9 out of 10.

Great views and nice pool. You pay for view and location. The price is too high considering. Rooms are very dated. No soap or shampoo provided. No front desk for help with questions. Towels feel like sandpaper. Ripped bedsheets. Loud, old aircon. Needs full remodel.
