Initially, a studio with a terrace on the 1st floor was booked, but upon arrival, at our request, it was replaced by a 2-room apartment with a side sea view on the right, on the top floor

The shower is excellent with a powerful shower head and a large cabin; the room overlooks a terrace with a table and chairs from which to watch the bay; the French window has double glass and the curtains are double to isolate the room far from the street

Very good sleep, peace and quiet. On the downside, there is uniform food - breakfast version - only fried, or eggs as an omelette. The distance from the sea is a minus, 35 minutes on foot and back to a very large hill

Unless someone has a car, it is 5 minutes away, or you can reach an agreement with the owner's father - Drago - and he will take and drive you to the beach or the hotel at any time for a fee

I recommend 100% the beaches are very close, it is worth going by car because the return is uphill. SWIMMING POOLS ROOM😀😀😀 views 😮 super woow OWNER very committed.

We had a great 3 night stay in early June. I booked directly with Jovan and received excellent service. The sea view top floor apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and with stunning views over Sveti Stefan

You can actually drive down to the back of Milocer beach as the walk back to the apartment is pretty steep. We ate at Caffe Caffe and twice at Drago both were very good and the latter has fabulous views

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Absolutely amazing! Super clean as the cleaner cleans everyday, nice pool, great breakfast, good location, bus stop just 5 steps away and the owners were the most accommodating people I have met on a holiday! Super helpful with all of our queries

Every thing was lovely. Jovan and his family are very nice. I got a sea view room. It was wery clean and tidy. We use the pool every day. Jovan told me that Septembar is the best month to visit Sveti Stefan.

The town beaches were very nice and it was an easy walk to Milocer and Queens beach from the town beach which were the nicest beaches we found during our holiday in Montenegro

Jovan was extremely welcoming and very kindly managed a parking place for us. We enjoyed using the lovely pool which was always quiet

The Villa Przno is almost directly on the beach. The location is really very good. The hosts are very friendly, courteous, polite, responsible and reliable

No matter what concerns or questions were dealt with immediately. Very clean! Parking perfect! We are just very happy with everything. Highly recommended for a 5 person household. We'd love to be back next time
