A great place for a family vacation. Cozy rooms with all amenities and a kitchenette. From the balcony there is a gorgeous view of the mountains. There is a place to park your car. To the beach by car 7 minutes. The beach in this area is great! Walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. Very green and well-groomed area of the hotel. Recommended for relaxation.
The best holidays in life, home atmosphere, clean and modern apartments and above all a host named Meti, kind, polite and helpful at any time of the day or night. I would highly recommend!!!!!
Great place and awesome people!! The rooms are clean and comfy and got everything you need: small kitchen, air-conditioning, clean bathroom. You can even lend a bike for free. I've been there a couple of times and recommend it to everyone, from backpackers to families ;)

Nice apartment, very comfortable, clean, we had a kitchenette with all the utensils, a nice balcony. The terrace overlooking the sea was spectacular: beautiful view and plenty of sunbeds and chairs. There are two beaches nearby, both are very close. Will definitely come again!

Nice place with maybe the best view in Ulcinj. Place with a history. Stay at this hotel is a mix of history and romantic feeling. Hotel is not a 5 star hotel but the feeling you get walking around this special place is fantastic. They have a restaurant and nice open terrace where you can dine or just take a drink.
Good restaurant with a very nice view on the bay. Be aware that the starter and main dish will be served at the same time so hurry up. Shrimps were very good I can advise that but the mussels were not that tastefull.
Nice place, good views over the ocean, good rooms, food good price-quality. Noise from the city until 1am, but that is a problem for all hotels around the city. Be aware it is in a medieval town, so no cars allowed.

Hotel Zan is by far one of the places I would love to visit again. As we arrived a bit late, around midnight to be exact, we were greeted by the owner himself, Mr. Tony Curanaj.
He was very welcoming and made us feel at home in no time...
It was a diffirent experiment. Bcz hotel is in outside the city. You'll go to sea nearly 10mins by foot. Foods are normal. Not good or not bad. But no restaurant around the hotel.
Affordable, new, clean, very close to the beach. Nice service. Need to invest on WiFi speed and coverage, especially during busy period.
Overall, very good experience.

Hotel staff are very polite and gentle. Place is excellent, near city center and not far from beach. Parking could be bigger but it's good. Internet connection in room is bad, I had to came down in restaurant to have a good connection. My objective review is 4/5.
P.S. I suggest fritters for breakfast with Deutsch coffee, you will adore it for sure.

A very nice place to stay in the Ulcijn old town. It has an incredible sea view. The hosts are very sweet, good and helpful. Rooms and bathroom are clean.
We came here for lunch, the host was wonderfully accommodating and the food was delicious. Would recommend if you’re visiting old town.
Truly cosy and romantic place with stunning sea view and great hosts.

The room was very clean at all times, the effectiveness of everyone inside of the apartment’s casa mia was so genuine and there were there for any kind of question that we’ve possibly had in mind as long as we stayed.
Casa mia saved us when another aparment scammed us. They were supper quick to give us a key and the apartment was very lovely for the price.
Beautiful, elegant, bright and impeccably clean apartment in quiet environment, at the same time close to everything you needed for comfortable and nice vacation. Hosts are very kindness and always at your disposal. For each recommendation, if your choose Ulcin as a destination.
