Perfect location for a vacation with friends. Perfect outdoor ambient with terrace, food place, hammock, lake view, outside bar place, outside bathroom etc.. (Road to the place is rough, take care with low cars)

We have been to many apartments and hotels, but we have never experienced such hospitality. We are very glad, that we chose this accommodation, we will definitely come back. It is close to everything and still quiet. Delicious and plentiful breakfast, comfortable bed, extremely clean rooms. So cozy, very nice stuff and romantic breakfast in the balcony. Not too far from the beach and very cheap.
hard to find in the chaos of Ulcin's streets, definitely worth it, host was really nice, gave us a room upgrade for city view, was always helpful with information about our stay, ten minutes to the beach, five to restaurants, one to a brimming local market 10/10 we would definitely come here again

A very nice place to stay in the Ulcijn old town. It has an incredible sea view. The hosts are very sweet, good and helpful. Rooms and bathroom are clean.
We came here for lunch, the host was wonderfully accommodating and the food was delicious. Would recommend if you’re visiting old town.
Truly cosy and romantic place with stunning sea view and great hosts. At the perfect location, in the heart of Old town. I will remember this stay for sure :)

When we arrived, they put us in a room that was not reserved, but they quickly moved us. The rooms are not exactly like the pictures, but the staff is very friendly and pleasant. They instructed us in everything, we had parking. The owner of the apartment took our passports and paid the residence tax himself, all praise for the hosts!
Apartment no. The 1 we stayed in is neat and clean with a large shower cabin and an excellent terrace. For the money we gave, it was more than good.
We are here for the umpteenth time. Great place for vacation.

Beautiful view of the sea. The apartments are on a hill, so returning from the sea is difficult, especially in hot weather. The apartment lacks tools, there is no electricity. kettle, there is no elementary knife, the pan is terrible, it is impossible to cook on it. smell of sewage.

Excellent place, the owners exceptionally kind and pleasent people. We were served coffee and juice upon arrival. Feeling was like we visited family or old friends. Very clean and nice room, better than on the photos. Amazing see view, both from the room balcony and from the roof terrass. Delicious and abundant breakfast.

The best part of out vacation was how family friendly everything was. It made our stay with two little kids feel like a true vacation, comfortable and relaxing.
While we didn't stay at the place, they were kind enough to help us ample times when in need of a taxi, printing, etc. during our stay at Ulcinj. Staff is very friendly and helpful, prices for the rooms seemed to be within what others offer around the area - and, the place looked new and well taken care of.
They have nice food and fancy stuff

The place is very nice and you can feel there llike at home. . It's got a beautiful garden and a swimming pool which is big and deep so it 's good for swimming. Our bungalow wasn't big and modern inside but for us it wasn't so important. You can eat and relax under an olive tree looking at a beautiful garden. The owners are very nice and friendly.

Very pleasant house, placed on the peaceful part of the sorrunding. Beautiful garden with shade for cars. Kind and helping staff. Temperature is few degrees lower than the rest of the beach area which often means you won't need to use airconditioner. Warm recommendations.
