5 star for the Place, Not for the food and the staff! So much expensive in october, and then we should eat from the buffet, not from the menu!

Absolutely amazing place. Service was wonderful, the staff genuinely wonderful. The views from the rooms are spectacular, and the rooms themselves are very comfortable. Only issue is the nightclubs in Ulcinj, which apparently don't have any noise pollution regulations, as despite being a kilometre away, even with windows and shutters closed, you can still hear every word of the utterly awful music...

Nice place with maybe the best view in Ulcinj. Place with a history. Stay at this hotel is a mix of history and romantic feeling. Hotel is not a 5 star hotel but the feeling you get walking around this special place is fantastic. They have a restaurant and nice open terrace where you can dine or just take a drink.

Good restaurant with a very nice view on the bay. Be aware that the starter and main dish will be served at the same time so hurry up. Shrimps were very good I can advise that but the mussels were not that tastefull.

Nice place, good views over the ocean, good rooms, food good price-quality. Noise from the city until 1am, but that is a problem for all hotels around the city. Be aware it is in a medieval town, so no cars allowed.

Greatest of welcomes in the best location in Ulcinj. Located at the beginning of Velika plaža (large beach), you have the advantage of a huge privatized beach and being relatively close to the city center. The shallow waters of the beach offer a good spot for families with children.

Very clean, new hotel! The staff is great and takes care of all requests, we felt very comfortable and welcome! The accommodation itself is new and equipped with everything necessary, the rooms are large and kept very clean! The pool and the gym are cleaned daily and are in top condition. Very good service and smiley faces with very welcoming attitude. Very good location for Velika Plaza or anywhere else (Ulcinj is very small city with quick access.) However, the price paid for the suit did not quite correspond with what hotel offers. There is no elevator, though the staff are quite helpful to give a Hand with luggage on arrival. Despite, coming up and down though stairs not quite fun...

First impression of my room was not pleasant since the toilet was not clean. The location is good if you have a car, but if you want closer to the beach, its 30min walk (even though transfer could be offered, sometimes you do want go to beach later and there wont be a transfer). The hotel has a superb view, as soon as we arrived we had a pleasant feeling that came true, the location has its own parking and you don't have to waste your time looking for a parking space, at the reception we were greeted by a nice boy with a lot of common sense who showed us the garage...

Lovely hotel, great service, the manager and his nephew in the reception are perfect hosts and provided excellent service. As the wife and breakfast lady. Clean rooms, confy beds in a spacous apartment. We enjoyed our week in Ulcinj a lot, good food, daily excursions and wonderful weather. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a short trip, and it was great. Everything about it was as it is described. And the view from the apartment was something not to be missed. Thanks to the owner for helping us with everything we needed. Would recommend it to everyone and will be coming back for a longer stay.

We visited with "Ulcinium" - I wouldn't recommend them. But the hotel was great, except the internet and it was VERY hot when we arrived.

Perfect location for a vacation with friends. Perfect outdoor ambient with terrace, food place, hammock, lake view, outside bar place, outside bathroom etc.. (Road to the place is rough, take care with low cars)

It was our first time in Ulcinj, and AM Palace met our expectations. Newly build building, with superb breakfast, and great terrace. We appriciated the halal sign for the food that was served as breakfast. The neighbourhood is quite, but a bit unfinished infrastructure (I can not give AM Palace negative points for that, manicipality Ulcinj should invest more). We booked in the Hoti 2 hotel but got a room in the Vista hotel. The room is nice and tidy. Well, the environment is not the most beautiful... there are many abandoned buildings.
