Great location, 1 minute walk to the beach, and right in the center of the town. The large double room is very spacious, clean and has everything you need. Included breakfast is excellent, open buffet, and so is food at the restaurants. It gets a bit noisy after 9 PM because the clubs and parties in the vicinity, but if you want to feel the vibe of Ulcinj, this is the place to be

Place is amazing.. The view is a perfect one for a coffee or a morning tea. The service is changed now and refilled with a new waiters and it is a fast service. The coffee itselfs isn't good isn't tasty. Restrooms are new but not so clean.. Everything what this place is for is the amazing view that it has got.

10 out of 5 stars! The friendliest and most accommodating place we’ve ever been to. Very friendly family owned business who will look after your every wish. Everything is perfectly clean and the pool is amazing (not the freezing cold kind!). The breakfast is more than you can ask for. The beach is truly only 5 minutes away. We’ll definately come back! Superb place. Family run business where both children and grown ups can get in touch with nature and enjoy luxury at the same time. Stunning sunsets while swimming in the pool. Quality food&drinks, staff makes you feel like their family member. Top room service. Quiet and close to everything important. An absolute yes and an absolute revisit for this hotel. A really good hotel in a peaceful and quiet area only about 5 min away from Long beach by foot, or 15 min from a "larger" selection of restaurants. The hotel is run by a family who really puts in the effort of making your stay exceptional. Best hostel experience i’ve ever had! Enjoyed it so much I ended up extending extra days. Koko is amazing, full of energy and happy to help with anything needed. So easy to join in on any activities and meet new friends, they make it very inclusive for everyone. Koko and the volunteers keep it nice and clean everyday. 10/10 would highly recommend!

We’ve had the best trip here. Koko is great! Super chilled out but also super fun, helps with absolutely everything. We did an incredible boat day trip, super cheap but cave exploring and cliff jumping. Great beaches! The hostel is amazing, really comfortable beds, ac, great sunset tours, the best staff and great character. Everything you could want in a hostel 🥰

Captain Kokolo is a kind and friendly man who runs plenty of fun activities such as sunset and boat tours, dinners and hostel nights out! Koko is also willing to lend a hand in anyway he can with things like laundry, directions, transfers and local attractions. The owner was very solicitous. I think we are among the final guests this season and he has gone out of his way to make us happy. He arranged for his son to drive to our next town (Kotor). Breakfast is good, and included with our rooms. Prices are reasonable, too.

I am delighted with this hotel. Small, quiet, neighbors are not heard at all, perfect soundproofing. All rooms have a sea view. The owner is very polite and sociable, speaks Russian well. They clean the room every day, downstairs there is a good cafe, in a word, super !!!

We stayed at the apartments last month and were very pleased to be there. The owner and the staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. You really feel yourself at home. The restaurant provides the guests with delicious meals. The villa is clean and comfortable. We highly recommend everyone to stay there! Thanks a lot!

The apartment is very spacious. The room is separated from the living room by a door. The AC is on the living room. Good location near the end of the beach. The Wi-Fi is good and there is free parking. The host was super nice. He gave us late check-out and also gifted us two local beers to try. The only down would be that the apartment could use some renovation.

Amazing place! With a great view!

In front of Long beach, reaching by walking the most famous sandy beaches. Very clean, perfect communication with the owner and as well a lot of help with taxis, transfer and general information.There are different food shopping stores near, a pizzeria, some bars and 5min away there is a local market, Lunapark and plenty of restaurants. Very satisfied.

The location is great (very close to the sandy Beach), the restaurant attached is excellent for a most reasonable price, the room was of very high standard (big, bright, clean, nice and sturdy furniture, very comfortable matress). During our stay in Monténégro we also went to Petrovac and we could really compare and appreciate how much ulcinj and this hotel were great!!

I spent several days in July 2018 at Adriatic apartments in Ulcinj. It was recommended to me by a friend of mine, and definitely this was a great recommendation! The beach is very close, just 2-3 minutes by foot. The hosts are very nice and helpful and rooms are very clean and cozy. I really enjoyed my time here! Highly recommended!

Good things: clean room and people who work there, transport to the beach. Bad things: the breakfast was the same every day and not so good, the hotel is located near the street and it was very noisy. The cleaning women worked late at night and in the early morning. Not so good for resting.

This hotel is elegant, comfortable and reasonably priced. We made a last minute reservation here and I’m glad we did. The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and very clean. In the morning we could eat a very nice breakfast wich was included in the price and the food was fresh. Also the place of the hotel is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for relaxing by the sea. The comfort studio apartment we stayed in was really comfortable and came with a great view of the sea and old town across the bay. Breakfast was fantastic and food and drink was fairly priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stunning in every way! We felt like we were in paradise! The hotel is gorgeous, built on terraces with the sea all around. Swimming in the private beach was terrific. We are 3 dinners at the restaurant and we’re very satisfied with the quality, not to mention the ambiance. The staff was professional in every interaction we had. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t want to leave!

We only stayed one night as we were travelling on into Albania. The apartment was lovely and the view amazing. The access however is horrendous. It’s a tiny cliff side track barely wide enough for our hire car and you’re expected to back up if someone comes the other way. Parking is limited so you block someone in or are blocked in. Perfect, very pleasant hosts. Nicely arranged clean spaceous and comfortable appartment with new furniture. You have all you need. Fantastic location away from the loud centar but very close to it, 5min walking distance from the best part of Ulcinj. The sunset from the terrace is great. If we come again to Ulcinj this is the place we would come for sure.
