Greatest of welcomes in the best location in Ulcinj. Located at the beginning of Velika plaža (large beach), you have the advantage of a huge privatized beach and being relatively close to the city center. The shallow waters of the beach offer a good spot for families with children.

Gorgeously delicious food, highly hospitable staff, wide spectrum of amenities I fell in love with the beach, the soft and sparkling sand and pure water so much that I haven't even checked them yet...! ☺ , hi-tech conference room, and amazingly tranquill and relaxing nature that surrounds this place - make this hotel an enchanting and extraordinary one! Highly recommended!

You will always find this place friendly and relaxing. You can hang at the deck bar with a fresh made coffee, with a beautiful and unique sea view experience. I love to walk from hotel villa to another, the landscape is huge and there are so many gardens with fresh bloomed flowers. The pool area offers a cozy lounge area. You are 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. Perfect for guests and visitors

Very good service and smiley faces with very welcoming attitude. Very good location for Velika Plaza or anywhere else (Ulcinj is very small city with quick access.) However, the price paid for the suit did not quite correspond with what hotel offers. There is no elevator, though the staff are quite helpful to give a Hand with luggage on arrival. The hotel is a new building which is really nice and well maintained and clean. The pool and the rooms are all in top condition and there is nothing to complain about. The hotel manager is also a very nice woman who takes a lot of time for her guests and even had a coffee with us in the morning and chatted. The other staff was friendly too. Very clean, new hotel! The staff is great and takes care of all requests, we felt very comfortable and welcome! The accommodation itself is new and equipped with everything necessary, the rooms are large and kept very clean! The pool and the gym are cleaned daily and are in top condition. The hotel has a superb view, as soon as we arrived we had a pleasant feeling that came true, the location has its own parking and you don't have to waste your time looking for a parking space, at the reception we were greeted by a nice boy with a lot of common sense who showed us the garage...

Lovely hotel, great service, the manager and his nephew in the reception are perfect hosts and provided excellent service. As the wife and breakfast lady. Clean rooms, confy beds in a spacous apartment. We enjoyed our week in Ulcinj a lot, good food, daily excursions and wonderful weather. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a short trip, and it was great. Everything about it was as it is described. And the view from the apartment was something not to be missed. Thanks to the owner for helping us with everything we needed. Would recommend it to everyone and will be coming back for a longer stay.

The pro: located close to the beach, room nice and tidy, also it's cleaned every day and was always neat, the personnel speaks a little english but very good german, welcoming and in a tidy outfit, they are versed in helping and dealing with diferent situations. the food was good and somewhat varied, the AC worked and helped during the hot nights, our room was a little smaller than the other ones but...

It's a bit far from the city for everyday visit and also a pricy place. Aside of this, one can find himself free and relaxed. It has it's magic to make you forget your worries. The only thing that was missing here was music. All of the beaches are quiet. Who knows. Maybe the absense of music makes people relaxed.

I would say my impression is super controversial. The beach is awesome and the ability to rest, sunbath and swim without clothes is awesome. However, the hotel is totally worn out, it's more like a museum of a Soviet-era. The food is far from delicious, most is not tasty at all. At the same time staff is quite friendly and nice. But overall the stay fell inadequate to the price. If you are really courageous...

I am totally biased about this place. I love the character of this beach. Facility seem to need a lot of renovation, but the beach is great. For parking you need 5 euros, and chairs are 10. Be aware, if you are visiting, around 17 -18 pm, the crowd of people going back to the city is just endless river. Often, you will need more than one hour to pass through Štoj .

For those who likes retro style. But with all… Don’t wait nice fency clean toilets or showers… but all works fine. The beach is nice… part of the resort is out of service…

Beautiful nudist colony.very Quint and secluded. Other than few very good seafood restaurants not much more. Great place for rest and quiet time.

Beach needs clean up and old abandoned guest houses don't look very inspiring. Beach is big and low on visitors in May. If nudist appearance is not disturbing, then good place to have quite time.

First impression of my room was not pleasant since the toilet was not clean. The location is good if you have a car, but if you want closer to the beach, its 30min walk (even though transfer could be offered, sometimes you do want go to beach later and there wont be a transfer). Stayed in the main building and the rooms were spotless and well presented. Staff very courteous and helpful. Pool lovely, free Wi-Fi good, and the manager is very kind. Would recommend to any potential UK visitors.
