I was wisting restaurant only with family, for drinks, hence my review is related with restauran, and not with hotel in general. What sells this restoran is view. You can enjoy your drinks or food, while having a really nice beach and sea view on your side. Service is really good as well.

Right on the strip across from Small Beach. Be prepared for a raucous time if you stay ANYwhere near the strip. Night time rocks...including the walls and windows, but that is Ulcinj, not the hotel. Hotel was pleasant, clean and staff very friendly and professional.

Greatest of welcomes in the best location in Ulcinj. Located at the beginning of Velika plaža (large beach), you have the advantage of a huge privatized beach and being relatively close to the city center. The shallow waters of the beach offer a good spot for families with children.

Absolutely amazing place. Service was wonderful, the staff genuinely wonderful. The views from the rooms are spectacular, and the rooms themselves are very comfortable. Only issue is the nightclubs in Ulcinj, which apparently don't have any noise pollution regulations, as despite being a kilometre away, even with windows and shutters closed, you can still hear every word of the utterly awful music...

The hotel is a new building which is really nice and well maintained and clean. The pool and the rooms are all in top condition and there is nothing to complain about. The hotel manager is also a very nice woman who takes a lot of time for her guests and even had a coffee with us in the morning and chatted. The other staff was friendly too. Very clean, new hotel! The staff is great and takes care of all requests, we felt very comfortable and welcome! The accommodation itself is new and equipped with everything necessary, the rooms are large and kept very clean! The pool and the gym are cleaned daily and are in top condition. Very good service and smiley faces with very welcoming attitude. Very good location for Velika Plaza or anywhere else (Ulcinj is very small city with quick access.) However, the price paid for the suit did not quite correspond with what hotel offers. There is no elevator, though the staff are quite helpful to give a Hand with luggage on arrival. Despite, coming up and down though stairs not quite fun...

First impression of my room was not pleasant since the toilet was not clean. The location is good if you have a car, but if you want closer to the beach, its 30min walk (even though transfer could be offered, sometimes you do want go to beach later and there wont be a transfer). Stayed in the main building and the rooms were spotless and well presented. Staff very courteous and helpful. Pool lovely, free Wi-Fi good, and the manager is very kind. Would recommend to any potential UK visitors.

The hotel has a superb view, as soon as we arrived we had a pleasant feeling that came true, the location has its own parking and you don't have to waste your time looking for a parking space, at the reception we were greeted by a nice boy with a lot of common sense who showed us the garage...

Lovely hotel, great service, the manager and his nephew in the reception are perfect hosts and provided excellent service. As the wife and breakfast lady. Clean rooms, confy beds in a spacous apartment. We enjoyed our week in Ulcinj a lot, good food, daily excursions and wonderful weather. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a short trip, and it was great. Everything about it was as it is described. And the view from the apartment was something not to be missed. Thanks to the owner for helping us with everything we needed. Would recommend it to everyone and will be coming back for a longer stay.

The pro: located close to the beach, room nice and tidy, also it's cleaned every day and was always neat, the personnel speaks a little english but very good german, welcoming and in a tidy outfit, they are versed in helping and dealing with diferent situations. the food was good and somewhat varied, the AC worked and helped during the hot nights, our room was a little smaller than the other ones but...

We visited with "Ulcinium" - I wouldn't recommend them. But the hotel was great, except the internet and it was VERY hot when we arrived.

Perfect location for a vacation with friends. Perfect outdoor ambient with terrace, food place, hammock, lake view, outside bar place, outside bathroom etc.. (Road to the place is rough, take care with low cars)

We booked in the Hoti 2 hotel but got a room in the Vista hotel. The room is nice and tidy. Well, the environment is not the most beautiful... there are many abandoned buildings.
