Absolutely amazing place. Service was wonderful, the staff genuinely wonderful. The views from the rooms are spectacular, and the rooms themselves are very comfortable. Only issue is the nightclubs in Ulcinj, which apparently don't have any noise pollution regulations, as despite being a kilometre away, even with windows and shutters closed, you can still hear every word of the utterly awful music...

This is our second visit to this stunning hotel with its jaw dropping views! It is by far our favourite in Montenegro. The welcome we received from the owner and his family was heart warming and genuine. The staff were excellent throughout. We were able to enjoy incredible food all the while enjoying an incredible view . Do not miss out!

Good things: clean room and people who work there, transport to the beach. Bad things: the breakfast was the same every day and not so good, the hotel is located near the street and it was very noisy. The cleaning women worked late at night and in the early morning. Not so good for resting.

This hotel is elegant, comfortable and reasonably priced. We made a last minute reservation here and I’m glad we did. The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and very clean. In the morning we could eat a very nice breakfast wich was included in the price and the food was fresh. Also the place of the hotel is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

That said: Hotel Zan is by far one of the places I would love to visit again. As we arrived a bit late, around midnight to be exact, we were greeted by the owner himself, Mr. Tony Curanaj. He was very welcoming and made us feel at home in no time...

It was a diffirent experiment. Bcz hotel is in outside the city. You'll go to sea nearly 10mins by foot. Foods are normal. Not good or not bad. But no restaurant around the hotel.

Greatest of welcomes in the best location in Ulcinj. Located at the beginning of Velika plaža (large beach), you have the advantage of a huge privatized beach and being relatively close to the city center. The shallow waters of the beach offer a good spot for families with children.

Gorgeously delicious food, highly hospitable staff, wide spectrum of amenities I fell in love with the beach, the soft and sparkling sand and pure water so much that I haven't even checked them yet...! ☺ , hi-tech conference room, and amazingly tranquill and relaxing nature that surrounds this place - make this hotel an enchanting and extraordinary one! You will always find this place friendly and relaxing. You can hang at the deck bar with a fresh made coffee, with a beautiful and unique sea view experience. I love to walk from hotel villa to another, the landscape is huge and there are so many gardens with fresh bloomed flowers. The pool area offers a cozy lounge area. You are 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. Perfect for guests and visitors

The hotel is a new building which is really nice and well maintained and clean. The pool and the rooms are all in top condition and there is nothing to complain about. The hotel manager is also a very nice woman who takes a lot of time for her guests and even had a coffee with us in the morning and chatted. The other staff was friendly too. Very clean, new hotel! The staff is great and takes care of all requests, we felt very comfortable and welcome! The accommodation itself is new and equipped with everything necessary, the rooms are large and kept very clean! The pool and the gym are cleaned daily and are in top condition. The hotel has a superb view, as soon as we arrived we had a pleasant feeling that came true, the location has its own parking and you don't have to waste your time looking for a parking space, at the reception we were greeted by a nice boy with a lot of common sense who showed us the garage...

Lovely hotel, great service, the manager and his nephew in the reception are perfect hosts and provided excellent service. As the wife and breakfast lady. Clean rooms, confy beds in a spacous apartment. We enjoyed our week in Ulcinj a lot, good food, daily excursions and wonderful weather. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a short trip, and it was great. Everything about it was as it is described. And the view from the apartment was something not to be missed. Thanks to the owner for helping us with everything we needed. Would recommend it to everyone and will be coming back for a longer stay.

First impression of my room was not pleasant since the toilet was not clean. The location is good if you have a car, but if you want closer to the beach, its 30min walk (even though transfer could be offered, sometimes you do want go to beach later and there wont be a transfer). The food is okayish, for the breakfast is enough, but after a week you will be get tired of same food. The noice isolation...

The team here want you to have a good stay, as much as Michael Jordan wanted another basket...he was as driven as these guys are. It wasn't smooth sailing for us...a few technical hiccups. But the room was a pleasure to rise with, and the breakfast excellent...a truly great omelette. 5* isn't for a perfect experience. It's for a perfectly lovely place to stay.

We stayed in Tati apartment for 8 days, and our vacation was more than amazing. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The view from the terrace is very beutiful. In the mornings Tati cooked very tasty breackfast for us and in the evenings we could make barbecues there. Tati and Almira are very good people we enjoyed staying in...

The nice owner, clean in rooms, air-conditioners in every room. Swimming pool next to apartments. A lot of shops around and near is a tasty restaurant that the owner recommends. Also you can order some food in Blue Star. Beach is quite near too. Feel free to ask the owner about some tips to take a taxi, rent a car our ideas for a long trips.
