Hotel is some distance from the town centre. Very noisy rooms and 2 dogs chained up outside were barking during the night.

This hotel is not expensive, just make sure you come with no expectations. Rooms are big with cozy atmosphere due to the wood construction some rooms has beautiful view. Very good and comfy hotel to stay in. Environment is very beautiful, lots of outdoor places to sit and relax. Rooms are big and clean. Food is ok. But the true Gem is Pavle. Pavle was so nice, helpful, kind, and a good conversation partner which made our time wonderful. He was available at all time and supplied everything we needed. Defiantly recommended hotel.

We visited polar star only to use their sauna and it was amazing. You have to book it in 1 hour advance so they can heat up. It was clean and cozy. They had everything needed from towels ,changing room,shower. After sauna we had dinner there as a buffet. The food was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!

Great place. Spacious room with fireplace. Beautiful view. Good location not far from Black Lake. Not bad breakfast. Nothing supernatural but you won't go hungry. One minus is untrained staff. The fireplace started to smoke and smoke went into the room. The guy who came from reception didn't know how to fix it.

Having such a hotel in adventurous town is a blessing. It’s really difficult to have a place with such qualities like daily room service free breakfast and incredible. Good service. I really recommend this place. We were lucky to find it.

The atmosphere of the hotel is so wellcoming , the wood and brick design is so beautiful . The view from our room was breathtaking . The staff were so attentive . Thay made us feel like family . amazing wooden house run by a very nice family. shared bathroom could detour some people, but if you like wooden rooms and tasty homemade cooking this is a great place. it's a bit out of town, so I would advise having a car. Also, I would advise you to organize your own trips to local attractions since you'll get a better deal. I didn't, so one star went away with my money :)

It is about the restaurant. We loved it! Very good choice of food. Tasty, good value, freshly made dishes. Fried fish with potatoes is absolutely delicious 😋 Definitely recommend 👌 Yes, unfortunately people are smoking right there... But, overall, it is way better than everything else you can find in the area of Zabljak or Kalasin.

The staff (Boyan) greeted us in a very friendly manner and explained where we could park our motorcycles safely. He also showed me around the rooms I had booked (3) for my group. He clearly explained everything about the hotel and the menu. The food was excellent and although the rooms were a little tired they were very comfortable.

Price is fair for what You get- it is the cheapest place in whole Zabljak, owner does not show the place as hight end hotel. The issue that is clear to everyone who stayed there is the bathroom - one for all the guests and the owner, which means queues in the morning, even up to one hour of waiting. Tip: you better eat breakfast somewhere else.

OK for the price Terrible breakfast in a smelly kitchen Double bed is just two simple mattress put on a double frame with simple sheets on it. It leaves a hole in the middle Good enough for a night or two.

Everything is fair - the guesthouse with no claims on any stars, but if you want to stay overnight in a tourist place and at the same time save your money, then this place is perfect for this. There is one bathroom for all rooms, free breakfast (bread with jam and fanta) from 7 am to 9 am, WiFi and parking.

Racho was an amazing host, he gave us a lot of important advices about the duemitor park and really tried to make our stay as good as it could be !

Amazing! I had the worst day with all sorts of things going wrong until I got to this place already a bit late at night. And then the staff was so unbelievably warm, kind, approachable and accommodating, they all made me feel right at home and made me forget about all the hard day I had. I had the best time staying here, sadly for just one night, and I can’t say enough good things about this place...

The restaurant is a solid chetverochku. Wanted to use the pool and sauna were told that the pool is open only in season. Sauna tiny, fonts no, no benches to sit on and comfortable to wear. Overall not worth the money spent.

We booked a stay for 6 nights. Center, clean and most importantly a nice old lady. You can feel a family atmosphere from her, she cares to make our stay pleasant. He offers very tasty hot rolls and drinks. We feel at home. It radiates warmth and good energy. We highly recommend 🥰 And Madam, we wish you good health ♥ ️
